Chapter 1244: Chapter 637: Target Locked—Azure Dragon
“Finally arrived…”
Li Ming had been keeping an eye on the coordinate information and had already estimated the approximate arrival ti.
Therefore, the mont the report information ca through, he imdiately checked it.
The elental particles surging throughout his body entered a state of stasis, Li Ming moved his limbs, eagerly walked out of the Heavenly Palace, heading straight to the shipyard.
Everything that needed preparation was prepared; the strongest force was himself.
He piloted an inconspicuous small spacecraft and entered the Star Gate within the Royal Court.
Due to the Chaos Core’s location near the chanical Court, Ulrich had a concept of confidentiality and specifically constructed a Star Gate Channel reserved for use by mbers within the Royal Court.
Now, near the chanical Court, there were already six giant Star Gates operating concurrently, distributed in various positions to avoid interference with each other.
However, even so, it often beca clogged due to excessive traffic.
He needed to first head to Anduin’s base; the Star Gate Construction Team set off from Anduin’s territory, it was a linear node, and he could only depart from there.
Previously, when Holy Castle returned, it had disembarked midway instead of directly jumping to Anduin’s base.
This ti when Li Ming arrived, he had already coordinated with Anduin beforehand, who was waiting at the Star Gate Node and had temporarily sealed it, leaving the space around the Star Gate empty.
Seeing the inconspicuous small spacecraft wobbling out from the giant Star Gate, Anduin’s eyes lit up and he hurried over at the first mont.
Boarding the spacecraft, he was slightly stunned, “No one?”
“Lord Azure Dragon…” He looked around but received no response.
His eyes flashed slightly, his fingertips emitting threads of runes that dispersed into every corner of the small spacecraft, still receiving no response.
“Where is the person?” Anduin’s eyelids twitched.
“Anduin…” At this mont, a sudden voice was heard from beside him.
Anduin was startled, turned abruptly to look, and there stood Azure Dragon at the edge of the wall.
When? Anduin’s expression changed multiple tis, hesitating to speak, “Lord Azure Dragon… you…”
“I just didn’t hear you, apologies,” Li Ming casually replied.
Didn’t hear? Could there be a more ridiculous excuse?
Inside, Anduin was speechless, realizing the other did not wish to explain, simply proceeded to the main topic:
“The Star Gate Channel leading to the designated coordinate point is ready, estimated to take only five days to reach.”
“It indeed owes much to your help,” Li Ming remarked, saying if not for Anduin’s Star Gate Construction Team, his round trip would have cost nearly a year.
Not to ntion the slow speed of Holy Castle causing even more ti delays.
Making him think of nurturing a batch of similar workflow under his command.
“You are too polite,” Anduin waved generously, then with so hesitation added: “That coordinate is distant from the interstellar civilization area, quite remote… your purpose in going there…”
Although he didn’t finish his sentence, Li Ming understood and faintly replied, “Going there to find sothing.”
“I see…” Anduin observed Azure Dragon was reluctant to elaborate on this matter, though curious at heart, he refrained from further inquiry.
Instead, he brought up the recent hot topic of the “chanical seed sale” while leading Azure Dragon to another Star Gate.
“The agency sale qualification for the chanical seed is very sought after, if not for your support, those two Divine Craftsn probably wouldn’t have granted it to .” Anduin ntioned this matter with a sense of emotion.
Even if it’s just agency sales, most of the profits are taken by the Three Great Masters, but not everyone could qualify for distribution rights.
The surface profits are just one aspect, accompanying the chanical seed sale is a terrifying flow of people.
In essence, securing this qualification almost extends the reach into any civilization, eliminating much of the preliminary work.
For Anduin, who is eager to leave the Chaotic Star Gap, it is an unparalleled tool.
“We’re all friends, helping each other,” Li Ming responded nonchalantly, recalling the chanical seed sale was imminent.
Mikhail had especially reminded him, unsure if he’d make it back in ti.
Li Ming murmured internally, but didn’t mind, thinking he’d simply attend in projection.
Chatting casually along the way, the two soon reached the Jump Star Gate.
Through the porthole, Li Ming’s face beneath the tal mask couldn’t help but show a hint of astonishnt.
Presented before him was a vast array of Star Gates, densely packed, roughly estimated to be no less than five hundred.
“So many Star Gates…” Li Ming exclaid, “Have you solved the issue of mutual exclusion among Star Gates?”
“More or less…” Anduin’s tone couldn’t help but carry a bit of pride, such occurrences where Azure Dragon was astonished were rare.
“These Star Gates lead to many places, so are blind spots of major civilizations, others are cosmic dead ends…” Anduin explained whilst saying: “You are essentially the first outsider to arrive here.”
“That is indeed an honor.” Li Ming glanced around, the spacecraft gradually descended toward one of the Star Gates under traction.
“You jest…” Anduin smiled, yet shook his head.
“Why not manage with a singular large Star Gate?” Li Ming asked.
Anduin explained: “This is essentially my Star Gate experintal facility; I often use them for experints, Star Gate fusion, mobile Star Gates, etc…”
“Hence, they frequently collapse; if using large Star Gates, the cost would be too high.”
Li Ming was enlightened, the spacecraft was already hovering before the Star Gate.
Anduin didn’t continue idle chatter, after bidding farewell to Azure Dragon, disembarked the spacecraft, watching the ship drift into the Star Gate.
……
Boom!
The warship rocked relentlessly, warnings incessantly sounding, the flashing red light illuminating the corridor in scarlet horror.
