"You can refuse all requests."
The ordinary mbers flipping through the rules also frowned. Even though they anticipated that the Three Civilizations would not give in easily, they didn’t expect them to be so stringent. After all, there had been promises before.
"Add a clause." Gust suddenly spoke, calmly saying, "Every year, each of the Three Civilizations must approve at least one purchase request."
"This..." Diwusi hesitated.
Gust ignored her and said directly, "Let’s vote, I agree."
Anatoli naturally followed suit.
The ordinary mbers couldn’t help but consider, thinking privately that this requirent made it a lot better; in total, it’s not that many people.
As long as they internally arranged to take turns, they might only have to wait two or three decades at most.
This was finally a good deed by Gust, worthy of his position as Chairman.
Li Ming’s eyes flickered slightly, so familiar, it all seed like a play.
This set of rules obviously couldn’t satisfy others.
Gust’s proposal was probably the Three Civilizations’ initial idea.
But if they had put this forward at the start, others would definitely have wanted more.
Now, everyone was very satisfied, just a simple psychological ga.
The purchase of the Genetic Seed was probably impossible... Li Ming shook his head silently.
"I agree..." He also raised his hand, and the other council mbers looked at each other. Naturally, there was no reason to refuse, passing unanimously.
"Convey this requirent to the Three Civilizations." Gust said calmly, as Diwusi seed a bit helpless.
Anduin stood by coldly, sneering, now they started to get tough? What were they doing before, treating everyone like fools?
Of course, he thought so, but he certainly wouldn’t say it.
"I have a proposal."
Just when everyone thought the process was complete, a voice ca from the ordinary mber seat.
Diwusi looked over in surprise; this wasn’t planned.
Li Ming was surprised. According to the rules, ordinary mbers also have the right to propose, but he didn’t expect soone to use it the first ti.
Was this arranged too?
He had great interest in such unexpected matters, focusing on that figure.
Seemingly unfamiliar, an Interstellar Human, an ordinary face, leaving no impression.
"What proposal?"
The scene was silent for a mont before Gust asked.
"About the Deep Dinsion World..." He had just spoken half of his sentence when Li Ming’s eyes suddenly sharpened.
He said calmly, "As far as I know, sothing occurred in the Deep Dinsion World, which might very likely cause a disaster to the Main Universe. I propose that the High-level Life Form Union should go and intervene."
"What happened? Be clear." Gust said unhappily.
He continued calmly, "The Empire seems to be searching for the missing Eternal Silence Star."
Once he finished speaking, the entire room fell silent.
Even Anduin, who was frowning deeply, was stunned, and soon after, his eyes shone with a fiery gleam.
The usually bored Sener also breathed rapidly, his face flushed.
Everyone was either shocked or astonished, but at the sa ti, there was a torrent of emotions and... greed.
So it was indeed this thing, Li Ming’s mind stirred as he realized that so also didn’t want to see the Empire find the Eternal Silence Star.
But sothing didn’t add up; this matter had started two or three years ago, even if it was kept absolutely confidential within the Empire, the Pioneer side couldn’t keep it hidden.
Although initially, except for Blackbeard’s people, others didn’t know what they were looking for, over ti, most had guessed.
Ordinary X Level Life Forms might not pay attention to this, but the Three Civilizations could definitely gather the related information.
All this ti without any action, but now suddenly making a move, sothing seed off.
The Empire’s representative couldn’t sit still, standing up, his face darkened as he shouted, "Nonsense, the Eternal Silence Star is the Empire’s possession, always under the Empire’s control, never lost, how could it be ’searched for.’"
That was nonsense; which X Level Life Form present didn’t know about this Interstellar secret?
Only those representatives from the civilization supervisory seats probably didn’t understand much and might even start asking others.
"I demand to end the eting now!" the Empire’s representative shouted loudly, but no one paid attention.
This was a conference space within the Star Network, and if any of the Three Civilizations disagreed, it couldn’t be closed.
Diwusi frowned, "Who are you? Why don’t I have any impression of you?"
Her gaze seed unfocused like she was scanning a list, "Bedoc, such an unfamiliar na."
"The universe is vast, there are always so X Level Life Forms, that you don’t know." Bedoc shook his head and said: "Because of this, the Empire has already sent quite a few people, but there are also so who are planning to stop them, I’m afraid it might lead to conflicts affecting the Main Universe."
"So, the High-level Life Form Union should rationally send people to stop it."
Rationally send people?
Everyone felt sowhat speechless, yet no one refuted.
The power of the Eternal Silence Star was generally known, naturally arousing particular thoughts within everyone.
If it was elsewhere, even if soone ntioned it, they might just regard it as a joke, not daring to directly confront the Empire.
But now, sitting around were more than seventy X Level Life Forms, alongside ten central council mbers, all prominent figures in the Interstellar arena.
It seed, it wasn’t impossible to make a move.
"This is an abnormal proposal, and it pertains to the Empire’s internal affairs, not up for a vote." Gust shook his head in refusal, and Bedoc remained unmoved, sitting down straightforwardly.
Soone next to him tried to strike up a conversation, presumably asking about his background or similar, yet it resulted only in silence.
The Empire’s representative’s face turned livid, breathing heavily. Though it wasn’t up for a vote, the news was as good as leaked.
Overtly there was no movent, but once these people privately connect, things could get very troubleso.
"Whether this matter is true or not, I hope everyone refrains from spreading it." At the end of the eting, Gust deliberately emphasized once more.
The surrounding phantoms faded, and Li Ming still pondered deeply with his head down.
"Who’s stirring things up, attracting so many X Level Life Forms to the Deep Dinsion World."
After pondering for a while, Li Ming had Vermilion Bird investigate this Bedoc’s identity trail.
Yet he found that such a person didn’t exist in the Interstellar, or rather, there was no X Level Life Form nad Bedoc.
Although this na did exist within the organization, nobody knew who had added it, nor was there such a person in the expanded conference environnt.
This was a non-existent X Level Life Form who had accessed the virtual network.
That virtual conference space could be operated by only four parties: the Interstellar Alliance and the Three Civilizations.
Eliminating the Interstellar Alliance, it suggested that one of the Three Civilizations was behind this.
Excluding the Empire, that leaves the Federation and the Star Alliance.
The Federation lacked motive; they could get the Eternal Silence Star just by sending people secretly, without needing to draw so many people over.
Doing this would only cause a bigger fuss, plus they still needed to cooperate with the Empire to study the Dominator’s corpse.
Though cooperation and competition coexist, playing such a foul hand seed too harsh, the likelihood was low.
An elimination approach made the answer obvious: just the Star Alliance.
The motive was naturally apparent—
To force the Empire to reveal the secret of the Red River Star Stream.
"Chain after chain, this High-level Life Form Union couldn’t pull this off before its expansion." Li Ming realized.
There might have been so tacit understanding among the Three Civilizations; while the Empire was searching for the Eternal Silence Star, the other two sides did not interfere.
But the High-level Life Form Union was not included in this tacit understanding.
"Truly a sharp jab to the Empire, or should I say, Adam’s weak point." Li Ming couldn’t help but exclaim.
With over seventy X Level Life Forms, thinking of such a number made Li Ming’s face twitch slightly.
The Empire wasn’t entirely Adam’s domain; he couldn’t command Heckler and his faction at all.
Even if the High-level Life Form Union was a scattered organization, the quality of that scatter was high enough to be deadly.
This was truly blown out of proportion, I don’t know if it’s good or bad.
He shook his head silently, stood, and walked out of the conference hall, only to find Robbin waiting outside, pacing back and forth, looking anxious.
