The film crew of "Shadow Kill" naturally took the sa flight as Wu Mu.

After all, there are only two flights a day from Beijing to Paris.

Back in Beijing, the "Shadow Kill" crew definitely had more lilight than Wu Mu and his group.

But once in France, things were a bit different.

Flying from Beijing to Paris, then transferring to Nice, after more than ten hours of travel, with sore backsides, they finally arrived at France Nice Airport at 3 PM French ti.

The Nice Airport was also crowded with various dia reporters.

Moreover, there were way more reporters than there were in Beijing.

After all, almost all the major dia organizations worldwide would send people to report on Cannes in France.

Plus, there were various self-dia bloggers and internet celebrities coming to ride on the hype, so you can imagine how many people gathered here.

Countless caras and lenses were pointed at Nice Airport, all waiting to shoot the big-na celebrities attending the film festival.

This ti, it was Li Cheng’s team that went out first.

Seeing Li Cheng and others walk out, the reporters squatting outside instantly recognized it was a film crew participating in the festival, and quite a few subconsciously wanted to rush over with microphones.

But as soon as they stood up, after looking at Li Cheng and others clearly, they sat back down again.

Oh, it was just a Hua Country film crew.

The crowd imdiately lost interest.

However, so did recognize Li Cheng, after all, he is one of Hua Country’s top celebrities and occasionally appears in various events.

But, so what, just a Hua Country star, their dia’s readers wouldn’t care at all.

After taking a few token photos, Li Cheng and his group were coldly let through.

Then it was Wu Mu’s turn to appear.

Looking at Yan Yongi and others walking in front, the reporters were originally uninterested, just sweeping their gazes over casually.

But as they swept past, their eyes landed on Wu Mu’s face.

Everyone was taken aback.

An even stranger face, completely unrecognizable.

Yet, yet... he looks so striking!

A reporter instinctively looked at his colleagues around to see what they were doing, whether to go up and interview.

But the surrounding colleagues seed dumbfounded as well.

Hesitating for a mont, he sowhat reluctantly got up and walked towards Wu Mu.

But unexpectedly, as soon as he moved, everyone imdiately followed suit.

The reporters originally squatting for the big-na stars sward from all directions toward Wu Mu.

Microphones were once again thrust near Wu Mu’s mouth.

"Hello, are you a film crew attending the film festival? What’s the na of your movie?"

"You are very handso, are you a celebrity from Hua Country?"

"Sir, what’s your na? Can we interview you?"

This is so double-standard!

Li Cheng, walking in front, clenched his fists a bit.

This treatnt is too different, isn’t it?

These people clearly don’t know Wu Mu; they just rushed over to interview him because of a face!?

The director of "Shadow Kill," Cheng Bo, looked at the lively crowd behind and was a bit surprised, "I thought Westerners might not necessarily like his looks, but why does it seem they like it even more than in his own country?"

Li Man also found it strange, so obvious a double standard?

Clearly an unknown star, but just because he looks good, they all crowded around?

But the reporters who sward had their reasons. Hua Country’s well-known stars might not interest their newspaper or magazine readers, but looks like this would certainly pique their interest!

After all, a face that catches the eye imdiately!

As soon as he got off the plane, Wu Mu received a very warm welco.

On the road from Nice to Cannes, it was the sa; Li Cheng was ignored, while Wu Mu was frequently approached by self-dia bloggers wanting to chat.

Lin Qingyue smiled, "It looks like we don’t have to worry about our film’s audience anymore. When you walk the red carpet on the opening day, you might attract a large crowd to see our film."

Films competing in the main competition at Cannes typically get screened at least two or three tis, and for most films, gathering enough viewers is obviously a headache.

Among the three major film festivals, Cannes has a relatively comrcial aura and is more tolerant of comrcial films, but still, it mainly focuses on art films.

And with art films, vague techniques and stories are the norm, and combined with non-native culture, it truly can make viewers fall asleep on the spot.

So generally, except for the premiere, earlier screenings have a hard ti gathering enough audience.

But with Wu Mu as a publicity tool, it seems this problem is solved?

By the ti the opening red carpet, wouldn’t countless curious dia and film people want to take a look?

Shu i was also very excited, "Brother, Cannes’ opening red carpet is our chance to be seen by the world!"

Why do so many stars want to find a way to crash the Cannes red carpet, and so even resort to fake falls to catch attention?

Because the attention is genuinely high, and the exposure is vast.

At that ti, countless dia outlets from all over the world would report on it; as long as they leave a deep enough impression on the press, they might voluntarily report, creating a huge exposure.

After a half-hour fast bus ride from Nice Airport, the group finally reached the small town of Cannes around five in the afternoon.

Built along the coastline, Cannes has always been a holiday destination in France, with its azure sky and water, swaying palm trees, old houses with white walls and red tiles, plus a sunset filter as evening approaches, it’s truly atmospheric.

"Let’s have dinner first, and then get so early rest to adjust to the ti difference. Tomorrow, we have a day of free activity, but you should move in groups," Lin Qingyue instructed upon arriving at the hotel.

After having dinner together, everyone, already feeling quite sleepy, quickly returned to their rooms to rest.

Wu Mu, on the other hand, wasn’t too sleepy, since his stamina of 86 wasn’t really affected by just a few hours of jet lag.

However, he also went back to his room to take a break.

But just as he returned to his room, there was a knock on the door.

"Amu, are you there?"

Opening the door, it was Lin Qingyue standing outside.

Wu Mu asked curiously, "What’s up, aren’t you going to sleep?"

"I have sothing to discuss with you."

Lin Qingyue entered, looked at the bed already made in Wu Mu’s room, yawned, "I’ll sleep here later."

Hmm?

Hmm??

Wu Mu looked at her in astonishnt.

Lin Qingyue seed unfazed, "I have trouble sleeping alone in a new place."

Then she looked up and reminded, "Don’t try anything funny later."
