Chapter 50: Chapter 50: He’s So Shaless Chapter 50: Chapter 50: He’s So Shaless The show was still going on.

After Wu Mu snagged the note, the program suddenly picked up pace, and even the music beca more dramatic.

Wu Mu and the folks behind him, including Wang Xiaotian, were like they were engaged in a grand city battle, zipping through traffic in several taxis, frequently accelerating to overtake the others, fully capturing that blockbuster feeling.

Of course, the production team didn’t forget to add a disclair, clarifying that all the cars were traveling at legal speeds and advising viewers not to try this themselves.

While Wu Mu and his companions were speeding away, the cara suddenly switched scenes.

A girl appeared at the center of the screen.

“Is she the client for this episode?” Han Yan speculated.

As she spoke, she seed to rember sothing, grinning mischievously and nudging Zhang Li, “Hey, jealous much? Wanting to be Wu’s girlfriend, do you wish it were you instead?”

Zhang Li rolled her eyes at her, “Jealous of what? I’m his anti-fan.”

Han Yan smirked, “Keep denying it, but I don’t believe you’re not jealous.”

She had long seen through the facade of her best friend, who under her anti-fan exterior, was still a Wu Mu fan!

And if you’re a fan, there’s no way you don’t want to sleep with your idol!

All those who say they don’t are just lying through their teeth, having fantasies about an opposite-sex idol of the sa age that you adore.

While the two were talking, Jiang Qian on the show made a bold declaration, “The star I hate the most is Wu Mu!”

“Who would be a fan of such scum? A celebrity who’s kept as a mistress, everyone loathes him!”

Han Yan’s attention was imdiately drawn.

She applauded in agreent, “Well said! Who wouldn’t hate scum like Wu!”

“Hahaha, I didn’t expect the client this episode to turn out to be an anti-fan of Wu. Can’t wait to see him lose face.”

Han Yan was amused.

Zhang Li also beca intrigued, Wu Mu as her own anti-fan’s boyfriend? How dramatic!

But the drama didn’t stop there.

Jiang Qian, still righteously listing Wu Mu’s flaws, was caught red-handed by Wu Mu.

“Haha, so funny.” Han Yan laughed heartily but was a bit annoyed as she pointed to Jiang Qian’s face, “Hey, did you see her expression when she first saw Wu? Her eyes lit up. How can you, hating Wu, be attracted by his looks?”

I like your attacks on Wu, but I’m not pleased looking at him making your eyes sparkle!

Zhang Li thought it was normal, “Getting dazzled for a mont by soone as handso as Wu Mu is human nature.”

Han Yan was reluctantly persuaded, but then…

“Hey, look at the corner of her mouth!”

“You fake anti-fan! You switched sides way too quick!”

Han Yan was speechless, looking at Jiang Qian who seed secretly happy but still trying so hard to suppress it.

Girl, can’t you hold off the ecstasy a bit longer, at least show so restraint?

How long did you even last!

Zhang Li covered her mouth, laughing.

“Check out the barrage,” Han Yan grabbed the mouse, eager to see how the viewers would “attack” Jiang Qian, the fake anti-fan.

She expected to see harsh comnts, but to her surprise, the audience was quite forgiving.

“Hahahaha, this client is hilarious, switching sides so quickly.”

“Girl, don’t believe Wu’s crap! He’s playing you!”

“It’s really just a pure skill gap; completely got played by Wu the Dog.”

“Wu the Dog is really good at this, just aiming straight for where it itches.”

“Truth be told, you can’t bla the client, I’m also an anti-fan of Wu the Dog. But put yourself in their shoes, it’s really too much to handle. A major star who’s handso/pretty like Wu the Dog is now, nominally, your boyfriend/girlfriend. They get close to you using that status, talk to you about the gas you like, the ani and movies you’re into, and it’s not just lip service—they genuinely understand. They ask you for help with problems related to those topics, and after you solve them, you’re admired and praised with awe… Just thinking about it makes feel dizzy.”

“Ha-ha-ha, indeed, online he’s Wu the Beast, but offline Wu the Treasure. I really don’t get it, with the skills that Wu the Dog has, how could he have been such a bootlicker before?”

Han Yan couldn’t figure it out either; if Wu the Dog had these skills, he should have shown them much earlier!

They would rather Wu the Dog be a playboy leading others on!

At least then, even if their idol’s reputation collapsed, they could cope better, instead of feeling that their cherished idol is just a plaything at soone else’s beck and call, making these fans seem as lowly as dust.

On the show, Jiang Qian had already been dealt with by Wu Mu.

Then it was Wang Xiaotian and the production team’s turn to jump out.

After Lin Qingyue finished announcing Wu Mu’s task, the scene cut to an additional monologue fild separately by Jiang Qian.

“Do you think your roommates will approve of your celebrity boyfriend?” the director asked her.

Jiang Qian shook her head firmly, “If it were Haoran, they might be shocked at first but wouldn’t object too much. But with Wu Mu, they would absolutely object!”

“Why?” the director continued to probe.

Jiang Qian replied, “Wu Mu has a bad reputation. Who would accept their friend dating a scumbag star? They would definitely advise to think twice.”

Indeed, any sane person would voice concerns upon finding out a friend’s boyfriend is a scumbag star, worrying that their friend might be toyed with and then callously discarded.

Jiang Qian went on, “Among my three roommates, Fangfang is straightforward—she doesn’t know Wu Mu, but if she learns of his reputation, she’ll likely oppose it the most vigorously.”

“Tingting is more passive, she might not say much to my face, but she’d definitely dig up all the dirt on Wu Mu behind my back and urge to reconsider.”

“ngng is the most decisive and she dislikes Wu Mu even more than I do. She’d probably confront him directly, asking him what he’s truly thinking and telling him to stay away from .”

This was clearly another tactic by the production team to heighten anticipation.

Han Yan, not knowing what would unfold later, lit up after hearing this.

“There are Wu the Dog anti-fans? Alright, let’s see if he can get through this unscathed!”

Han Yan’s sense of anticipation was piqued, waiting to see how Wu Mu would be confronted later.

Even the viewers who weren’t Wu Mu’s anti-fans were also looking forward to seeing how he would beat the odds.

It had to be said that the the of this episode was really interesting, with both entertainnt and dramatic elents in spades.

Amidst everyone’s anticipation, Wu Mu and Jiang Qian t with her roommates.

“Hello everyone, I am Qian Jiang, Xiao Qian’s boyfriend.”

Han Yan: “????”

Huh?

What the heck is Qian Jiang?

Han Yan thought Wu Mu got nervous and fumbled his words, accidentally saying the wrong na.

But who could have expected…

“What Wu Mu? Oh, you an I look like that celebrity Wu Mu? Ha-ha, but I am definitely not him.”

“How shaless of him! How can he say sothing like this with a straight face!” Han Yan was completely shocked by Wu Mu’s maneuver!

This guy actually wanted to pretend to be soone else and sneak through the challenge!?

With that face of his, who wouldn’t recognize it? So distinctive, how could he have the audacity to claim he’s not Wu Mu!?

“Ha-ha, ha-ha.” Zhang Li leaned back on the sofa, laughing convulsively.
