"No issues. The stock prices only dipped slightly after you were hospitalized but bounced back today."
Chi Bai nodded. "That's good. Where's Lu Shu? Ask him to co in."
Lu Shu, who had been waiting outside, imdiately stepped forward upon hearing the chairman's voice. "I'm here, Chairman."
Chi Bai nodded. "Brief on the company's situation, then have soone organize a eting."
"Yes, sir."
From the side, Chi Yan said, "Grandfather, the doctor says you need more rest."

Chi Yan thought of Chu Yang, as he had originally planned to spend quality ti with her. But now, that wasn't possible. "I won't be going back to the old residence. I'll go to my own place."
Zhao Yun didn't pry. "Alright, get so good rest."

Chu Yang didn't know he was coming back. She had sent him a ssage in the morning, but Chi Yan had only replied that he didn't know when he would be back, and then nothing more.
Unexpectedly, he returned around 1 PM. Chu Yang imdiately got up from the sofa. "You're back? How's your grandfather?"

Chi Yan smiled and quickly wiped his mouth before going to rinse.
"I need to rest a bit. Will you keep company?"
Chu Yang set her book aside and nodded. She hadn't slept well the previous night and had woken up early, so she was indeed feeling sleepy.
Chi Yan quickly carried her into the bedroom and kissed her for a long while before finally settling down to sleep. Soon, Chu Yang could hear his steady breathing as he slept. Gradually, she too drifted off to sleep.
They didn't sleep for too long, only about two hours, as Chi Yan's leave was just for today. With his grandfather ill again, he had to return to the company tomorrow. So he could only apologize to Chu Yang. "Sorry, I had planned to take leave to spend ti with you properly."
