Illusion Dream Center underwent so changes due to the second Holy Diamond, the surrounding swirling green clouds changed color, and white light shone through the gray clouds onto the Floating Island. The scene was no longer as spine-chilling as before, but this pale view with rolling gray clouds seed sowhat oppressive.

The black door had turned white, and a second green light column appeared on the right side of the circular clearing. Chen Ke asked Parker to stay in the house with Sleery, taking Lucina and Diana down the stairs towards the door.

No sooner had they stepped outside than Diana suddenly emitted high temperatures, her hair turning into Fla. Her Magic Power spread out and she instantly entered battle mode.

"What is that!!!" she cried nervously, her body slowly floating up, each hand holding a fireball, ready to throw at any mont.

Chen Ke suddenly realized sothing, looking at the huge white creature lying on the distant cliff, staring straight at Diana, its six eyes bright red.

"Relax, Diana, that thing is no problem," Chen Ke, wearing An Helei’s armor, could approach Diana, whose surrounding temperature was incredibly high due to her releasing Magic Fire.

"Are you sure?" Diana was skeptical.

"Just put out the fire, Diana, that thing is not a threat," Chen Ke assured.

Diana extinguished the flas, the previous Magic Fire had caused her cheeks to stream with scorching sweat, continuing down her neck to just below her collarbone, and her arms looked oily and shiny. Although Diana was now completely unafraid of fire, her body still sweated due to the high temperature.

Lucina had long since kept her distance, being a re human, she couldn’t stand the high temperatures emanated by Diana. It was only after Diana had cald down that Lucina ran down from upstairs.

"Couldn’t you warn before you started the fire?" Lucina complained.

"I’ll shout ’fire in the hole’ next ti," Diana awkwardly smiled, reaching out to touch Lucina’s neck, causing her to cry out in surprise from the heat. Lucina frowned and punched Diana in the arm.

"Wait until you cool down before you touch !" Lucina said petulantly.

"Weren’t you triggered by that thing?" Diana asked.

"I saw that thing as soon as I ca in, but since Chen Ke didn’t ntion it, I figured it wasn’t dangerous," Lucina explained.

Chen Ke’s mouth curved slightly upwards; it seed Lucina was more sensible. From the interaction between her and Diana just now, it was clear their relationship was moving in a positive direction.

Initially, he had just hoped the two won wouldn’t co to blows.

"It won’t do anything inappropriate, but it’s curious and might pop up from strange places to stare at you occasionally. Just pretend it doesn’t exist," Chen Ke said, leading them downstairs as they walked.

"Anyway, we don’t live here, it can look all it wants," Lucina surveyed the creature.

The three arrived in front of the clearing door; a white halo shone out from the door, reminding Chen Ke of the tokusatsu movies he watched as a child, "Beco light..." He laughed, but imdiately stopped, leaving Diana and Lucina confused.

He stretched his hand towards the door, half-expecting to be blocked, but wasn’t; he easily slipped his hand into the light, which felt much cooler inside.

"Are we supposed to follow you in?" Diana asked.

"You two stay here and don’t move, I’ll be right back," Chen Ke replied, looking back.

"What if you go down and never co back?" Lucina asked.

Chen Ke couldn’t guarantee it, but it was his only option. Diana saw what Chen Ke was thinking and felt sowhat shaken too.

"It’s better than the three of us getting trapped inside," Chen Ke said.

After Chen Ke finished speaking, he steeled his emotions and stepped through the doorway. In the blink of an eye, he had passed into an ice cave. The temperature around him dropped suddenly, and a thin layer of ice ford on his suit. The temperature here was probably well below ten degrees below zero, but since Chen Ke’s own body temperature was low, he couldn’t even breathe out warm air...

What was going on here?

Chen Ke turned to look at the door, which was still there, still emitting a white light, and the place he was in seed like an underground ice-tunnel, with hard, thick ice walls all around. Following the doorway’s white light, he leaned close to the ice wall to take a careful look; the surface was white but deep blue inside, terrifyingly hard when he knocked on it.

There was only one path forward, so he walked inward, the door growing dimr and further away. When he reached the end, the door had beco a tiny white dot behind him, and another entrance appeared in front of him.

Inside the entrance was a spacious area that seed to be lit from above, though not brightly; it was just less pitch-black than before. In the corner to the left, there was a rectangular object lying across the space, one end embedded in the ice wall.

Chen Ke wanted to take a closer look, so he first swept the surroundings with his Spiritual Vision to ensure there was no danger, then summoned the Moonlight Greatsword, its blade emitting a faint blue light. Holding it up as a torch, he ran towards the rectangular object, thinking that if his intelligence were as high as Wang Ailin’s, the sword might shine brighter.

Chen Ke walked for a long ti. He had thought the object wasn’t far, but only after running did he realize how vast this cavern was, and that the object was not small either. After about ten minutes or perhaps over two kiloters, he finally saw clearly what that rectangular object was.

It was an eight-wheeled armored personnel carrier...

And it was absurdly large—the wheels alone were probably three stories high, over 100 ters in length, and tall enough to match a seven-story apartnt building. The vehicle had the appearance of an amphibious armored personnel carrier; dim light from above revealed snow camouflage painted on its armor plates. There were no windows around it, and the vehicle’s front had crashed into the ice wall on the left, with large chunks of ice scattered around. Chen Ke couldn’t figure out how it had gotten there.

There were no tire tracks on the ground, and no passages big enough to accommodate the vehicle driving in; considering it had shattered such a solid ice wall, it must have been moving fast. Who knew how it had crashed in.

Chen Ke walked around the vehicle. The entrance was at the back, opening downwards like those on large transport airplanes, forming a steep ramp.

Chen Ke noticed chaotic footprints underfoot. He crouched down, set the Moonlight Greatsword aside, and asured the distance between footsteps with the Blasphemous Dagger—the spacing and length of the prints indicated both n and won, and the sole patterns were saw-toothed, likely so sort of anti-slip combat boots.

His Spiritual Vision detected no one, aning they had either left or died. He picked up the greatsword and walked into the vehicle. As he stepped onto the doorway, the pitch-dark interior suddenly lit up, flickering with orange cabin lights.

Chen Ke recoiled, ducking down, retracting the Moonlight Greatsword, and pulled out his high-caliber rifle, scanning the interior along a Z-axis. After a long wait and seeing no one, he continued upward into the interior of the vehicle.

The vehicle was massive. From the lettering on the cabin walls, the door area was marked as -3F, aning the vehicle had at least four levels. It resembled a large space like an airport terminal or warehouse, empty except for boxes and racks around. There was a large elevator upfront, seemingly the only way to the level above.

Suddenly, a blue light scanned Chen Ke, and a monotonous chanical voice sounded inside the cabin.

"Biotric ID incorrect, crew ID matching failed."

"Matching ti coordinates...ti incorrect...current internal ti, April 12, 2132..."

"Crew life sign check...signal lost, 62, signal confird, 1..."

"Switching to maintenance mode, all permissions enabled...backup power at 3.2%...main computer hibernating..."

"Granting highest access to visitor, main computer entering repair mode...repair mode...repairing..."

After the vehicle stirred for a bit, it quieted down, and with a snap, the cabin lights dimd slightly. The elevator in front of Chen Ke lit up, its white button seeming to beckon him to press it.
