Just then, Pri Minister Turtle walked in from outside and said, "My lord, outside Great Strength Bull Demon King is seeking an audience."

Upon hearing this, Old Dragon King of Ten Thousand Saints was imdiately flustered, and he looked at Nine-headed Insect and said, "My son-in-law, what should we do now?"

"Father-in-law, do not panic, your son-in-law will et this Great Saint right away." After Nine-headed Insect finished speaking, he headed toward the outside under the guidance of Pri Minister Turtle.

Bull Demon King stood outside the Crystal Palace, looking at the Dragon Palace illuminated by the shining light of the Buddhist Relic, a knowing smile appeared on his face—the more precious this Buddhist Treasure, the higher the likelihood of forming an alliance.

Shortly after, there ca from the Crystal Palace a burly and ugly-looking man, emanating a strong aura of malevolence from his entire presence.

"What a fierce fellow, it’s unclear what his true form is, to emit such fierce aura." Bull Demon King was secretly alard; he was widely experienced, yet he could not discern the origin of Nine-headed Insect, only feeling a kind of salty presence about him that sowhat resembled his brother, Great Sage who Overturns the Seas.

"Are you the Supre Sage?" Nine-headed Insect asked softly.

He sized up Bull Demon King thoroughly, finding it hard to associate this seemingly simple and honest man before him with the renowned Supre Sage Bull Demon King from the legends.

"I indeed am Bull Demon King, are you possibly the Old Dragon King of Ten Thousand Saints’ son-in-law who has been taken into the family by marriage?"

Nine-headed Insect acknowledged by bowing slightly, then asked, "May I inquire, what brings the Supre Sage to Dragon Palace at Bibo Pond?"

Old Bull narrowed his eyes with a smile and said, "Honestly, just to save the entire family of Old Dragon King of Ten Thousand Saints."

Upon hearing this, Nine-headed Insect instantly changed his expression, coldly staring at Bull Demon King’s face, trying to glean so clues from that seemingly naive face.

"What do you an by these words, Great Saint?" Nine-headed Insect asked gravely.

"Let ask you, did you steal the Buddhist Relic from Jisai Kingdom?"

Nine-headed Insect’s expression slightly changed as he responded solemnly, "What if I did? And what if I didn’t?"

Bull Demon King gazed at his expression and then smiled faintly, "Well, aren’t you going to invite in to discuss this?"

Only then did Nine-headed Insect step aside and gestured for Bull Demon King to enter.

No sooner had they entered the Dragon Palace than Old Dragon King of Ten Thousand Saints ca up to them with a smiling face, warmly saying, "I wonder what wind has blown the Great Saint our way, my negligence in not eting you from afar, indeed."

Seeing this, Bull Demon King also responded with a smile, "We have been neighbors for many years, and yet we have not visited each other much; I hope Old Dragon King does not mind."

Seeing Bull Demon King’s manner, Old Dragon King of Ten Thousand Saints finally felt relieved; thankfully, it wasn’t trouble from higher up.

"What you say, Great Saint, from now on, neighbors should indeed visit more often."

The two of them laughed and entered the palace. Old Dragon King ordered drinks to be served, then opened by asking, "I’m not sure what brings the Great Saint to old Dragon’s doorstep this ti, but please, let know if there’s anything I can help with."

Bull Demon King just smiled gently, drank down his beverage in one gulp, and then slowly said, "Old Dragon King, you are facing a great disaster!"

At these words, Old Dragon King of Ten Thousand Saints imdiately stood up, stuttering, "Why do you say that, Great Saint? I, Old Dragon, have always behaved myself, how could a great disaster be upon ?"

Bull Demon King then pointed towards the depths of the Crystal Palace and said, "You stole the Buddhist Sect’s most precious Relic, do you think the Buddhist Sect will let you go?"

Old Dragon King stared intently at King Niumo, sowhat awkwardly saying, "Great Sage, I don’t know where you heard such rumors. I, too, am a Dragon Lord. How could I commit such a theft? You should not readily believe in rumors."

"Haha, I hope the Buddhist Sect will think the sa as ," laughed King Niumo, yet his words caused chills to run through Old Dragon King’s heart.

With an embarrassed smile he said, "Buddha is a compassionate being, surely he wouldn’t easily believe such baseless rumors."

"If that’s the case, I shall take my leave now, but I hope Old Dragon King will give it so good thought," said King Niumo.

Having spoken, King Niumo turned and walked away. Reaching the doorway, he turned his head and added, "By the way, the Buddhist Sect will soon arrive here. By then, I fear we might have no place to hide."

Ignoring the reactions of everyone inside the Dragon Palace, he casually mounted his Water-Repelling Golden-Gazed Beast and left.

Watching the retreating figure of King Niumo, Old Dragon King collapsed to the ground, yelling loudly, "Disaster, disaster!"

His voice alard the family mbers inside, and Dragon Granny walked out accompanied by a group of Dragon Grandchildren and Dragon Sons, along with the Nine-headed Insect and his wife.

"Sha on you, old man! All these children are watching. What kind of example are you setting?" Dragon Granny said, sowhat displeased.

"What would a re woman understand? Our entire family is about to face a great calamity, and sooner or later, you and I will inevitably beco ghosts under the blade," he retorted.

"Tosh, tosh, tosh, what nonsense you talk!"

"Your dear daughter and son-in-law have stolen the Buddhist Relic. How could the Buddhist Sect let this pass? When they co knocking, none of us shall escape death," Old Dragon King cried out in despair.

Upon hearing this, Dragon Granny was also startled, only then realizing the gravely audacious act her family had committed. The Dragon Grandchildren were utterly dismayed, each of them downcast as if mourning the loss of a parent.

"Father-in-law, what exactly did this Supre Sage Bull Demon King tell you?" asked the Nine-headed Insect contemptuously, finding all present to be cowardly, scared rely by the ntion of the Buddhist Sect.

Old Dragon King looked at the Nine-headed Insect with so displeasure, thinking to himself that it was all because of this son-in-law’s restlessness that his family was facing such a huge trouble.

However, he also knew well the fearsoness of the Nine-headed Insect, and needing to rely on his reputation, he dared not show any displeasure on his face, rely saying, "He ca to tell us just this, and then he left."

"Nothing else?"

"Oh yes, he also ntioned that the Buddhist Sect would soon be here, and by then, we would have nowhere to shelter."

No sooner had the words left his mouth, than the Nine-headed Insect burst into laughter, his laughter perplexing everyone, each of them staring at his face.

"Why do you laugh, wise son-in-law?"

"Father-in-law, the Supre Sage Bull Demon King has no kinship or ties with us, and we had no interactions in the past. So why would he suddenly co today to tell us this?"

This reminder instantly made Old Dragon King recognize sothing amiss. After careful reflection on what King Niumo had said, he comnted uncertainly, "Could it be that King Niumo is seeking an alliance with us?"

"Most likely. Think about it, father-in-law, as the Buddhist Sect expands its power, not even soone like you can escape untouched. They wouldn’t spare him, the Supre Sage, of his prestige. His visit today must be to join forces with us to confront the Buddhist Sect together," the Nine-headed Insect confidently stated.

"King Niumo is no ordinary character. When he first ca here, with just the weapon in his hand, it didn’t take him long to establish such a significant stronghold. The Buddhist Sect would find it difficult to move against him," continued the Nine-headed Insect.
