Three cultivators whose strength far surpassed those of the Seventh Realm had made massive moves within a ravaged small secret realm; if it weren't for the arrays Wan Tinggui deployed striving to stabilize the secret realm, the people within it would either have been flung into the void turbulence or directly thrown back to the main battlefield.

Surrounded by a dazzling halo as if a goddess had descended to the mortal world, the clear flute sound lingered endlessly without a hint of impurity, and the invisible waves of sound ford a peculiar domain around Liang Yi and the impostor Su Youyi.

The impostor ghost was no fool; naturally, she understood that being within this domain was extrely unfavorable to her.

Furthermore, the unique Sword Intent unleashed by the sword cultivator before her had a significant restraining effect on her, to the point that she couldn't comprehend it at all; even now, when she could replicate the mask, she was utterly unable to master this Sword Intent.

"A ghost entity constituted from Law composition?"

Liang Yi swung his sword, forcing the ghost that tried to escape from Wan Tinggui's domain back, with a contemplative look on his face.

He had heard of such Law-constructed beings; they were considered a very rare type of Spiritual Treasure.

Since treasures like remarkable iron and Divine Wood, as well as Spirit Stones, can be used as materials for refining Magical Treasures, why couldn't the unparalleled Laws of the world serve the sa purpose?

At the very least, the treasured relic of the Refining sect, the Luohuang Nine-Colored Divine Deer, prepared to face the existential crisis of sect annihilation, was said to have been forged by mobilizing the force of the entire sect with several impressive Law powers.

However, nobody had ever seen this thing; its true form was unknown, and Liang Yi had only overheared Jiang Fufeng ntioning that the Refining sect seed to consider resorting to this ultimate weapon.

"So, as long as I find the core of this fellow's Law, I can completely chop it down, right?"

Liang Yi guessed privately in his mind.

"But where could the core be hiding?"

Regardless of using his Divine Sense for Investigation or other ans, Liang Yi didn't detect anything out of the ordinary; even the interface rely inford him of the opponent's attributes without indicating any weaknesses.

"Do you have any ideas?"

Helplessly, Liang Yi could only share his conjecture with Wan Tinggui to see if she had any thoughts.

"Law Core..."

Upon hearing Liang Yi's idea, Wan Tinggui thought it was highly probable, but after using her own thods to thoroughly probe the ghost entity, she found nothing unusual.

But the harder it was to detect, the more Wan Tinggui felt Liang Yi's guess must be correct. Otherwise, why would the ghost conceal it so well?

"No good, I can't find it either."

Wan Tinggui stubbornly utilized the power of her Law Domain to search back and forth several tis but still failed to find anything unusual. The impostor was battered by Liang Yi, wounds deep enough to see bone, but still, no core could be seen.

"We must... first beat her back into a ghost state; her current disguise... is a layer of Law as well!"

Just as Liang Yi was wondering whether or not to aim a sword strike at the creature's head, a weak yet familiar voice ca through.

Liang Yi's expression was stunned, his eyes suddenly filled with great joy as he looked behind him; the fully healed Su Youyi had co by his side without notice.

But in that mont of distraction, Liang Yi sustained several new wounds.

"Don't get distracted, Senior Brother!"

Su Youyi helplessly reminded him, nodding gratefully towards Wan Tinggui before drawing her sword to join the battle.

"Oh, oh..."

Seeing his junior sister, Liang Yi finally relaxed completely, even feeling slightly sour at the nose, his expression sowhat silly.

"How are your injuries?"

While fending off the opponent's attacks, Liang Yi asked his junior sister.

"With the help of Senior Blood Book's Blood Spirit, my injuries have healed, though my body is still sowhat weak, but it won't affect ."

Su Youyi gave her senior brother a sweet smile, showing a reassuring grin.

The effects of the Blood Spirit granted by Senior Blood Book had been truly formidable; even though she had been grievously wounded before, she had managed to fully recover in such a short ti!

"Can you fight?"

Liang Yi was still sowhat worried, given that his junior sister's injuries had been quite frightening.

"Although I'm still a bit weak, holding a sword is not a problem!"

Su Youyi smiled brightly, signaling her senior brother not to worry.

"Let's kill this creature first; I will deal with you after the fight."

Liang Yi's eyes beca sharp again, his aura murderous.

"Okay."

Su Youyi's eyes narrowed, and if the timing had been different, she really wanted to rush into her senior brother's arms, but being able to see him again was the greatest fortune.

"Heh..."

Behind the two, Wan Tinggui let out a cold snort, feeling sowhat redundant.

But with Su Youyi joining, both Liang Yi and Wan Tinggui felt the pressure greatly diminished.

"This creature, after all the masks were illuminated earlier, shed all the masks from its body, condensing into a single mask that it wore on its face."

Su Youyi recounted her previous experience in the Senluo Ghost Prison to her senior brother and Wan Tinggui. ʀᴇᴀᴅ ʟᴀᴛᴇsᴛ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀs ᴀᴛ novelꞁire

"It was on that mask that I felt an extrely strong Power of Laws, which should be one of the Laws constituting its Origin."

"So that's how it is..."

As Liang Yi looked at the face of the impostor junior sister, he couldn't believe he had not considered this, a true oversight.

This ghost was able to take on the appearance of his junior sister all because of that mask, and certainly, the mask had to be worn on the face!
