Therefore, Jiang Xuan directed people to build two tall wooden houses next to the cave, then constructed the slting furnaces inside the wooden houses.
This way, even if soone flew over on a flying mount, they would only see smoke coming out, unable to see what was happening inside.

Jiang Xuan first dug a trench over half a ter long inside the wooden house to act as the air inlet for the slting furnace.
Then, using prepared clay, he began constructing the vertical slting furnace over the trench, assisted by two tribe mbers skilled in construction and loyal.
Ti flew by, and half a day later, there were two vertical slting furnaces over a ter high inside the wooden house.
The newly constructed slting furnaces needed a drying period, which allowed Jiang Xuan ti to make so clay moulds.
Clay moulds are ceramic models used for casting bronze artifacts.
After Copper and Tin lt into high-temperature liquid bronze, the liquid bronze is poured into the ceramic model. Once the bronze cools, breaking the mould unveils a specific shape of a bronze artifact.
The Vine Tribe has wax and experience in making pottery, so Jiang Xuan intended to use the lost-wax thod to create the clay moulds.
He first took two pieces of insect wax and soaked them in hot water.
Insect wax has a low lting point and quickly softened after being placed in hot water.
Jiang Xuan seized the mont to take the insect wax, molding them like clay figures, quickly shaping them into a hamr with a handle.
When the insect wax cooled and solidified, Jiang Xuan had a solid insect wax hamr.
Next, he carved the Vine Tribe’s Totem Pattern onto the side of the insect wax hamr with a small Stone Knife, and trimd the edges of the hamr to make it look more appealing.
Then, he gradually wrapped the insect wax hamr with clay blocks, kneaded from prepared clay. To facilitate placent, the clay turned into a conical object with the top being the end of the hamr handle.
After setting the clay to air dry, it beca quite hard.
Jiang Xuan placed the conical clay mould into the fire pit to bake, and as the temperature rose, the insect wax inside lted quickly.
Finally, he poured out the lted insect wax, and thus a clay mould for a Bronze Hamr was made.
Subsequently, Jiang Xuan used the sa thod to create clay moulds for a Bronze Axe Head, a Bronze Knife, and a Bronze Saw.
After making these clay moulds, the slting furnaces were almost dry, and the work of slting bronze officially began.
