The fierce battle continued unabated. However, in a corner of the arena, Android 21 was leaning against a chunk of Katchi Katchin Steel, yawning.
"Hey hey, 21, what are you doing here?"
Hearing Buu's voice, Android 21 looked up and saw her peering down from above, staring straight at her.
"I'm just taking a little break."
"And you? Weren't you off playing sowhere?"
Adjusting her glasses, 21 asked.
"Mm-hmm, this place is so much fun! Everyone's having such a great ti!"
"21, co play with too!"
Buu said cheerfully, inviting 21 to join her.
"You go play by yourself."
"I'm not really interested in fighting. I plan to stay here until ti's up and then regroup with everyone."
Shaking her head, 21 replied disinterestedly.
Compared to being a fighter, 21 actually preferred her identity as a scientist.
Of course, that was her usual, normal form. If she transford into her Majin form, her personality would shift a little.
"Aren't you going to play? But soone already ca looking to play with us."
Buu tilted her head as she spoke, causing 21's expression to change slightly.
Just then, an energy blast shot in from the distance and, with a loud crash, blasted the part of the arena where 21 and Buu were into pieces.
"Who's there?!"
Her expression turning cold, 21 landed on the ground with Buu.
"I am Dr. Paparoni, the genius scientist of Universe 3. Beautiful lady, you must be a scientist too, no?"
The man called Paparoni walked over slowly, his gaze burning as he stared at 21.
"That's right. I'm Android 21 of Universe 13, and I'm also a scientist," 21 responded.
"I knew it. From your outfit and aura, I could tell—you give off the sa vibe as us."
"Seriously, this whole arena is full of muscle-brained fools who don't understand that science is the most powerful and beautiful thing in this world."
"Beautiful Miss 21, let us engage in a scientific showdown between Universe 3 and Universe 13!"
"Koitsukai, Panchia, Bollarator—show your most beautiful forms to our worthy opponent!"
"Yes, Dr. Paparoni!"
Paparoni raised his staff high, and three robots descended from the sky, striking incredibly awkward poses in front of 21 and Buu.
"Wow wow, amazing, amazing!"
Buu clapped enthusiastically, while 21 couldn't help twitching the corner of her mouth.
A scientific showdown, huh? These guys must have sothing seriously wrong with their heads.
"Sigh... Whatever."
With a sigh, 21 removed her glasses and slowly transford into her Majin form.
Though she had planned to stay here quietly until it was ti to regroup, now that soone had co knocking, she had no choice but to fight.
Under the stunned gazes of Dr. Paparoni and his companions, in just a few monts, 21's form and aura underwent a complete transformation.
"I am Majin 21."
"Didn't you want to fight ? Well then, let's get started already!"
Licking her lips, Majin 21 wore a wicked and cruel smile…
"Stop it, stop right now, you demon!"
"That's right, I am a demon—Frieza, the demon."
"Ohohohohohoho!!!!"
On another side of the arena, Frieza was rcilessly torturing a contestant from another universe.
Sure, just kicking the opponent out would disqualify them from the tournant. But that would be far too boring. He had to torture them thoroughly, force them to scream in anguish and despair.
Ah yes, that was the most wonderful music in the world!
"It hurts! It hurts so much!!"
"AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!"
Another round of blood-curdling screams, but Frieza's expression darkened slightly.
I didn't even touch you just now. What are you screaming for? Are you trying to fool ?
Just as Frieza was about to properly discipline the uncooperative toy under his foot, he noticed that the other was looking confused as well—and those screams hadn't co from him at all.
A little surprised, Frieza looked to the side and blasted away a few pieces of Katchi Katchin Steel with a ki blast.
Finally, he saw clearly: on the other side nearby, a woman was doing the exact sa thing—cruelly torturing several contestants from other universes beneath her feet.
No—Frieza had only one person underfoot. She had several!
"Oh my, I rember you. Aren't you one of Universe 13's contestants? What was your na again?"
Eyes gleaming strangely, Frieza smiled as he asked.
"Oh, it's you, Frieza of Universe 7."
"My na is Sharuru—Android Sharuru."
Having noticed what Frieza was doing as well, Sharuru responded with a smile.
"Oh? Looks like you know too."
"No, it's more like I know the '' from your universe."
Frieza was a little surprised.
"You could say that."
Shrugging, Sharuru thought to herself: How could I not know you?
Your whole family of three was turned into batteries by our master. I even played with you all sotis when I got bored.
"You like doing cruel things too?"
Unaware of her thoughts, Frieza looked down at the wretched contestants under her feet.
"Yes, I love it."
"Their screams, their despair, their pain…"
"It's simply wonderful!"
Tilting her head back and stroking her lips, Sharuru looked utterly intoxicated.
The other universe's contestants under Frieza's and Sharuru's feet were deathly pale and trembling in their hearts.
Demons. These two are demons!
This Tournant of Power across the multiverse had no concept of forfeiting or surrendering. The only way to lose eligibility was to be knocked off or to jump off the stage yourself.
But they had the misfortune to fall into the hands of these two devils—who clearly weren't going to let them jump off so easily. They'd be tortured until these two had their fill.

Frieza and Sharuru looked at each other with smiling eyes—each seeing a kindred spirit in the other.
But the next mont, both their eyes shot out powerful beams—aid straight at each other!
