Lette looked at the two items in the other’s hand and couldn’t help but laugh.
The coins were what he had given to the demon, it seems the other managed to get hold of them sohow.
After all, demons sell anything, even themselves, as long as the price is right.
As for the flesh, it was seized during his last confrontation with the Great Mage in the underwater palace.
"Didn’t expect that the famous Sage of Reason would put so much effort into dealing with a latecor like ,
like assembling a set to defeat the Demon King,
buying steeds in the east, saddles in the west, bridles in the south, and long whips in the north.
Are you that afraid of ?"
"The more I understand you, the more afraid I am."
The Sage of Reason didn’t hide his fear of Lette: "Even with so many cards in hand, sacrificing many mbers, using almost all resources,
yet, still forced by you to advance my plan prematurely."
Lette sneered: "Let guess, your original plan was to wait until Afra descended, cut off the divine power channel, slay her in the mortal world, then take her Divine and divinity, and ascend to Rule God.
Then co to kill , right?"
"Correct, but... now, it’s sufficient."
The Sage of Reason pieced together Lette’s flesh and soul and initiated the sacrificial array.
"Though I can’t seize authority from you! I can still temporarily paralyze your so-called private server!
This way!
Without the Holy Light Goddess’s protection, without the private server’s support! Facing Destruction Power!
And , wielding power of a middle level Law God!
What trick do you still have?"
With the sacrifice of soul and flesh, Lette also felt the channel between him and the private server occupied, unable to respond.
He calmly looked at the other: "Beautiful, painstaking effort, nice job. Just wonder, are you done?"
"Huh?"
"I asked, have you played all your cards?"
Lette seed a bit impatient: "Your cards, all your ans, have they run out yet?
Now, you are at your strongest state.
And in your perception, I am at my weakest state.
Can this be considered right?"
The Sage of Reason seed to realize sothing, he gripped his staff tightly.
"Bluffing, after stripping away all these external powers, what ability do you have to contend with , a god?
Even your greatest reliance..."
"You an the private server? Sorry, that’s not what I rely on. To , it’s more like a self-made remote control.
Its greatest contribution is executing many complex functions at the push of a button, sparing from repeating aningless labor.
I don’t know your definition of reliance, but I don’t rely on such things."
"Stop being arrogant!"
The Sage of Reason got furious, a gigantic Holy Light Magic Ring appeared behind him.
Then nurous small magic rings erged, revolving incessantly around the Holy Light Magic Ring.
Stuart brandished his magic wand, with black sludge churning over his body.
Divine power roared, causing the world to change color, and the lake waters wailed in turmoil.
Star falling teorite! Eternal Frozen Glacier! Light Flare! Earth’s Fury!
Nurous divine punishnts coalesced out of thin air, launching at Lette.
Facing such grandiose assault, Lette held his Sin Light Greatsword upright in front of himself.
"Light has never been the exclusive property of gods."
Lette swung the Sin Light in his hand, unleashing dazzling radiance, forcibly carving a path through nurous divine punishnts.
The Sage of Reason watched as Lette still wielded Light Power, with his rhythm of black mud montarily suspended.
He couldn’t comprehend why Lette could still utilize the power of light.
"When faced with incomprehensible things, your brain stops working. The flaw of your Tower of Truth heritage!"
Lette leapt high amidst the world-ending calamity, striking towards the Sage of Reason with a sword.
The latter belatedly raised his staff, setting layers of defense. Destruction Power halted the light, but the Sin Light Greatsword, relying on the Holy Artifact’s sharpness, shattered two barriers.
Unfortunately, the strength of the Sage of Reason cannot be underestimated, the strike failed to achieve rit but indeed startled him.
"Being the Light God for so long! You actually know nothing about light!
Is this the once-powerful Sage of Reason, the mainstay of the Tower of Truth, constantly pursuing truth?
Honestly, from the mont you ticulously plotted against and reveled in it,
I already began to look down on you."
Lette twirled his sword with one hand and suddenly thrust towards the Sage of Reason. The penetrating sword’s brilliant light was again neutralized by Destruction Power.
But the incoming sword edge forced the Sage of Reason to sway his staff, deploying two layers of divine rings to resist.
"Enough! Turn to ashes for !"
The Sage of Reason, harnessing his potent divine power, again gathered nurous divine punishnts concurrently.
Yet this ti, Lette took a deep breath.
"Hmph! Ha!"
Boom!
Two forceful roars hit the Sage of Reason, though his soul strength was sufficient post-deification. At this mont, due to multitasking several divine rings, mistakes still occurred.
The recoil force shattered his whole body, splattering ample black mud into the remaining lake water.
Looking at the sowhat bedraggled Sage of Reason, Lette remained calm.
"Many people fall into a big misconception that deism equates to strength. This carries truth, but it doesn’t an humanity is inherently weak.
Stuart, a hundred years have passed.
I don’t know how you survived after self-destructing back then, but when you chose the Path of God, you forfeited your greatest reliance.
Humans are plagued by worldliness, yet that sa worldliness provokes constant introspection, advancent, and self-perfection.
You beca a god, grasping imnse power effortlessly, manipulating mighty laws at will.
God is a shortcut to attaining power.
When a scholar chooses shortcuts, it equals abandoning contemplation and self-improvent.
These hundred years, have you contemplated things, delved or explored?
Your brain has long rusted.
You have fallen."
"You! You’re talking nonsense!"
Seemingly pricked by Lette’s words, the Sage of Reason was enraged and embarrassed. The Holy Light Magic Ring behind him spun madly, light accumulated within the wand, then enveloped his entire body.
"Your overclocking! Super Body and overload! I know all of them! I’ve even furthered and perfected them into a Super God Physique!
Today, I shall use your abilities! To slay you!"
The dreadful pressure even made the space screech miserably. Above the sky, a faint light barrier ford, isolating the heavens and earth.
Watching the Sage of Reason rge with the light, disdain filled Lette’s eyes.
"Still keeping your eyes on , huh? Don’t you have anything of your own? After a hundred years, indulged in sches and intrigues.
Is this what a scholar should do?"
Stuart brandished his magic wand, Light Divine Power roiling before him.
"Want to lecture ? You are not qualified!"
"Not qualified, hmm? Then let point out two overlooked yet significantly important questions for you."
Lette calmly watched the other, his tone icy: "All your preparations are benchmarked against as a Law God.
Who told you I’ve only reached the level of law mastery?"
While speaking, he gripped the Sin Light with both hands, holding it upright in front of himself.
"Second, you’ve been the Light God for so long, yet haven’t figured out one thing?
The so-called light...
has color."
Before Lette finished, all the Holy Light on him suddenly and eerily vanished.
Next, an indescribable killing intent surged from his body, piercing through the sky, shredding the light barrier obscuring the sky.
"First Radiance, Crimson."
In an instant! Crimson light blood from Lette, staining the world.
The Sin Light Greatsword in his hand too split into two scarlet scimitars.
"Hey! Do you know what stuffing is?"
