It had not been long when Lu Xuan pulled a recruitnt drive for the Heavenly Palace, when the news of him being wiped out by a nuclear missile ca. The entire place was in a huge commotion.
It was especially so given that the Heavenly Palace was still a newly established organization. It was quite a wonder if the place could still run, since Lu Xuan—the core figure—was taken care of by the US governnt.
Everyone from the Heavenly Palace was unsettled.
Many were waiting for those from the Heavenly Palace to make their stance clear, and there were even those waiting for a civil war to break out among themselves, so as to gain sothing from all that chaos.
However, soone appeared in the base on that day; soone that none had expected to make an appearance.
That soone was none other than Lu Xuan’s mother, Liu Wanrong.

Everyone within the base gathered around, including all 12 military governors. Over 100 Celestial Realm cultivators were seen gathering at a single spot.
Zhang Hongyang and Yang Chengsi were both seen standing behind Liu Wanrong.
Both of them served directly under the Lu Clan, so they were of a totally different status from the rest in the Heavenly Palace.
Ling Fei, who had only made it to Celestial Realm as of late, stood in the midst of the crowd as she watched Liu Wanrong.
She was rather curious as to why Liu Wanrong made an appearance in the Heavenly Palace base at such a ti.
Liu Wanrong was dressed in yellow traditional ethnic Han dress and appeared elegant, looking as if she was in her mid-twenties instead of a mother of three children.
She looked at the crowd and said, “I presu that you all know who I am, and I’m here only to make clear of one matter.”
Liu Wanrong paused. Everyone saw how she scanned everyone with a cold, unfeeling gaze.
“The Heavenly Palace is an extraordinary undertaking established by my son, and you all are subordinates fostered by my son. My son has just been bombed by the damned Aricans with a nuke and his fate remains unsure, yet I heard that there are so among you who’ve been plotting to seize power, instead of taking revenge for him. I wonder how true is that.”
Liu Wanrong elaborated casually.
Everyone straightened up as soon as they heard what she just said, as all of them knew that soone like that was definitely happening.
It had not been long since news of Lu Xuan being killed by a nuclear missile, when the Heavenly Palace was facing the crisis of splintering.

However, as the news of Lu Xuan being bombed to death spread, so who had their own agenda and ideas felt that they sensed an opportunity of sorts.
It was the ti to splinter the Heavenly Palace and seize command of the Heavenly Palace.
“My lady, the Palace Lord is now killed by the Aricans with a nuclear missile, and we’re actually hoping to gather everyone’s thoughts and opinions, so as to take revenge against the Aricans,” a man of average build said slowly at that mont.
Liu Wanrong remained seated on the Taishi chair and took a look at him, before asking, “So what do you propose then?”
That middle-aged man of average build was elated and replied right away, “Our thoughts are rather simple. The Heavenly Palace could not go on a day without its leader. With the Palace Lord suffering such a misfortune, we shall need to elect a new Palace Lord. Only by doing so would we gain enough power to fight the Aricans!”
Liu Wanrong then looked at that man and said, “It would be even better that you beco the next Palace Lord, wouldn’t you say?”
That man felt stunned deep down, but nonetheless steeled himself and continued, “While I don’t see myself as being suprely capable, I dare say that I’m nonetheless learned enough to be fully capable of leading the Heavenly Palace, and I’d like to see our Palace Lord’s efforts not go to waste as well. Our enemy is the powerful Aricans after all.”
However, a bloody hole was quickly seen on top of his head as soon as he finished, before slumping down right away.
