This morning, Jiang Wei's strange behavior made Yi Ming distracted throughout the entire pathology class. During the monts when the teacher was writing on the blackboard, he took out his cell phone and texted Jiang Wei.

Yi Ming: "How's the dog walking going?"

After about three minutes, Jiang Wei replied: "It's going okay, almost finished."

Yi Ming was puzzled, "What does almost finished an?"

Looking at the ssage, Jiang Wei frowned slightly: "Are you sure you want to ask?"

Jiang Wei sighed. This was really the first ti she had encountered such a request...

Soon, Yi Ming's phone vibrated. He slid his finger across the screen with one hand.

A hot, mysterious object appeared prominently on the screen.

The colors were vibrant, the shape neat and tidy.

"I see, looks pretty healthy."

Yi Ming replied, covering his nose.

He waited, but this ti Jiang Wei didn't reply.

Finally the class ended, and as Yi Ming was packing up to leave, his classmate next to him suddenly grinned mischievously and patted him on the shoulder.

"Hey, Yi Ming, look outside the door, isn't that your sweet little girlfriend waiting for you..."

Hearing this, Yi Ming looked over. Under the tall tree in front of the dical school gate, Jiang Wei was holding a bag, obediently waiting for him.

"Get out of here. Don't talk nonsense."

Yi Ming rolled his eyes at him and said lightly.

His classmate was taken aback, and quickly stuck out his tongue, "Oh, she's not? You seem to care a lot about her, but now you deny it? And tell not to talk nonsense..."

"I'm telling you not to talk nonsense. Only I know how sweet my Jiang Wei is."

Yi Ming swung his backpack behind him and raised his eyebrows arrogantly, "I'm leaving. My little sweetheart has been waiting anxiously."

"Hey, didn't we agree to go play basketball? You bastard, chasing skirts over friends..."

"Is it not normal to choose romance over friends? If I don't cherish my Jiang Wei, should I cherish you instead? If you really want to, bro can satisfy your needs too. Co on, pucker up..."

"Piss off! Get lost!"

His classmate squinted and laughed, pushing away the shaless Yi Ming.

Hearing laughter coming from the dical school gate, Jiang Wei knew Yi Ming's class was probably over.

Yi Ming was easy to spot. The boys at the dical school were taller than average, not many below 1.8 ters, but also only a few close to 1.9 ters.

Yi Ming was fair-skinned, wearing loose, baggy clothes that made him look even thinner, so from afar he looked like a straight telegraph pole, standing tall in a way that would instantly catch people's eyes.

Yi Ming flashed a dazzling smile as he walked over to Jiang Wei.

"I guess you must have missed . Not waiting for at ho, why did you co to campus?"

Jiang Wei didn't bother responding to his narcissistic first sentence. She looked up into Yi Ming's eyes, "I went to the mall and passed by on my way."

"What did you buy?" Yi Ming naturally put his arm around Jiang Wei's shoulders as they walked in the direction of ho. Jiang Wei clenched the tote bag in her hand and said lightly, "Nothing much."

"Let see."

Yi Ming was like a curious baby. He had felt all morning that Jiang Wei was acting strange, and now if he didn't get to the bottom of this mystery, he was going to go crazy.

"Hey! You!"

Jiang Wei was no match for him. After two failed attempts to snatch it back, she gave up and let her hands drop.

Yi Ming took out a light blue nightgown from the tote bag.

"Why did you buy pajamas..."

With his notoriously short seven-second mory, he had already forgotten what he had said that morning.

Jiang Wei didn't say anything, just looked at him quietly.

Yi Ming's eyebrows furrowed slightly. A few seconds later, his mory finally ca back...

"Is it...because of what I said this morning?"

Jiang Wei's face flushed slightly. She grabbed the clothes back and stuffed them into the tote bag.

"No."

Jiang Wei didn't look back and kept walking forward.

"Jiang Wei, it is."

"I said no already."

"Then why did you suddenly change your pajamas?"

"I didn't like the original ones, is that not allowed?"

"Jiang Wei."

"What?"

Looking at Jiang Wei's slightly stubborn back, Yi Ming shook his head and chuckled softly. Then he took big steps to catch up to her and rubbed her soft hair forcefully.

"You're so silly."

"How am I silly?"

"Don't you know, you'll always be a beautiful little fairy in my heart. Fairies look good in anything. I was just joking, how could you take it seriously?"

Hearing his laughter, Jiang Wei's footsteps halted briefly.

Ah, that's right.

This rascal's words always lack integrity. How could I take it seriously?

See, the money for these clothes...was wasted for nothing...
