After leaving the manor, the bodyguard led to a different car from before.
It was only natural that we would leave in a different car since the one from before was the one that was prepared for Iris. I shouldn't have been in that limo in the first place, it was only because she dragged along that I sat in that limo.
Now I was leaving in one of the bodyguard cars that had surrounded the limo.
Though this car was considered a luxurious one that was beyond my ans of acquiring as well.

I was going to sit up front with the bodyguard, but he actually opened the door to the back seat for , so I could only sit in the back.

Once I stepped into the Explorer Association, I found that the sa receptionist was still there.
With how bored she was, it was as if she had been here for a while.
It was almost as if she had been waiting for sothing or soone this whole ti.

Without a single word, she tapped on the desk in front of her as if she wanted to take out the things that I wanted to turn in.

My eyes lit up when I heard this and I quickly nodded to show I understood.
As I was about to go find sothing else to do, the receptionist suddenly stopped and said, "You've done enough for one day, it's already getting dark. Go ho already."
My excitent faded a bit when I heard this, but I knew that she was right.
As I was heading out, I heard sothing else from behind .

After coming ho, I found my parents and my older brother relaxing as usual.

They knew how dangerous being an Explorer was, so they were naturally worried about .

I at least wanted to give them a bit of comfort so they didn't worry about .
In the end, they just accepted that this was the path that I chose and we all headed out to dinner.
