The full set of 289 includes various cuisines, so of which aren't found on Blue Star, but were included in the Air Food Series Props.
On Blue Star,
one couldn't acquire the complete set of 289 Air Food Series Props; to be precise, no person could collect all 289 Air Food Series Props on the Novice Planet.
Of course, not many people would idle away their ti trying to collect such things, considering these Props are practically useless. Aside from those crisis monts when there's no food available, and you could rely on these Props to fill your stomach, that's really all the use they have.
And even then, it doesn't truly satisfy hunger, it just gives a feeling of fullness while the stomach remains empty.

So far, there were a few Ultimate Air Food Props in the Star Map, created by so wealthy young masters showing off their wealth. After all, spending 10 million Points on a piece of Zenith Radiance on an Air Food Prop,
ant it was akin to throwing money down the drain.
And these young masters enjoyed that sensation, reveling in the feeling of wasting money. Don't ask why; just know they love it.
But even those self-proclaid wealthy young masters usually only had one such Ultimate Air Food Prop, and they would often display it permanently on the Star Map Platform, showing it off to others. After all, even with their wealth, they couldn't afford to do this too many tis.
