Chapter 224: Welco to the Redhill Peaks, My Lord! (3)

The introductory scene presented by the Moon Elf Lord is sowhat awkward and hard to move past, but thankfully, it is not totally unsalvageable. Luis tightened his ass and rose with a smile that bypassed the mories of sha that had just happened a minute ago. Xagrien backed it up with a perpetual dead expression, which totally worked. But as vengeful as Luis’ male god was, he did not let this matter go without doing a man-to-man talk with Xerxes.

Luis almost jumped between two adult dragons, thinking they would raze the ground of Redhill territory with their dragon magics. But thankfully, Xerxes was open-minded enough to credit Xagrien’s big temper to protective paternal instincts.

But seriously, Luis feared that he would see two assud blood relatives making each other bleed over his tumbling over the ground.

In the end, Luis focused on the business at hand, and the tal Clans happily cooperated with him. The welcoming rites that were prepared for him resud. All Luis could say was that tal clans are really a bunch of warm people. In consideration of his admittance that he is a certified foodie, a feast made of their naturally produced food was prepared all for him. They welcod him with gongs and exquisitely put-together garlands that were made from the best-looking wildflowers from their territory.

It was just a bunch of wildflowers, but it really says a lot for Luis.

Redhill Peaks is a land in the northwest of the Amber Forest. It is rich in vast arrays of tal deposits—a true treasure trove of riches in the standard of modern earth where Luis ca from.

However, this significant advantage also cos with great disadvantages. The lands that tal clans occupy are not ideal for extensive agricultural farming like the ones in the Amber Forest. The pool of their flora species is relatively shallow.

This situation is eerily familiar to Luis, and because of it, a bold idea struck him.

"It seems like I need to buy a new skill now," Luis thought as his eyes scanned the honest moon elves before him.

"They are good people," Xagrien leaned a little to him and whispered. He, too, has garlands dangling on his neck. Actually, not just the two of them. Each of his subordinates who ca with him received their own sewn flowers around their necks. Even Baku, which has a gigantic neck, was allotted a set of garlands. Only it acted as a flower crown due to his massive head.

"Yes, I thought so too, and they are making

want to work hard," Luis replied.

Xagrien blatantly looks at Luis with his overwhelmingly attractive expressionless face, "Do not overwork yourself. I will be watching you."

Luis speechlessly stared back at his mate. He does not have any choice but to give a thumbs up.

Before anything else, Luis made it a point to give what was due. He insisted on handing over the Moonlight Circulation Manuals to his honest constituents from the tal Clans.

"Do not turn

down this ti. You will lose a lot if you keep stalling your ti."

Xagrien and Legland stepped forward to give a tily backup, "Feren, You will absolutely want to follow the Moon Elf Lord. Believe ."

The perverted half-dwarf looked at the dead-faced youngster with question marks written on his face. "What do you an by that?"

Then the old man’s face changed quickly upon realizing that Xagrien just casually called him by his first na, "This stinky young brat! You already turned down to be my student, and you still want to make it worse by treating

as if I am your drinking buddy. Just how impertinent could you be?"

"Master..." Legland helplessly scratched his head. He already knows that his teacher loves to be overdramatic, and he respects that, but this is seriously not the right ti! "He is not your student to begin with, so it is acceptable if he calls you using your na. Xagrien is a four-star warrior like you, anyway."

"Getting the training manuals as early as possible is the best scenario for all of us. You may not know it yet, but during the past week, there has been a qualitative leap in the moon elves of the Amber Forest. A lot of moon elves are reported to break through from two-star to three-star warriors in such a short ti. This is the fastest power growth during the reign of the Moon Elf Lords ever recorded by the Temple," Legland solemnly said to the crowd before him.

However, his fiery red eyes are shining with pride. A pride that stems and is directed at their Moon Elf Lord. The words said by the head sentinel caused a buzz among the crowd, but when they thought that was the only bomb that Legland would drop, the blond male decided to expose the thing about Nicol’s reawakening and the existence of the True Elent that his friend achieved.

To say they are surprised was an understatent. The tal Clans are flabbergasted! The sa goes for the folks from the Ris Clan who assisted the steel experint.

"Woah, as expected of our patriarch’s son! His qualifications are the best among the present generation of four-star masters!" they all spoke braggingly.

Sibal heard it with his wolf-like hearing, and he couldn’t help but smile awkwardly, "Oh, boy. They will be shocked once they find out that Head Priest Nicol already cut their ties on their clan."

anwhile, Luis acted like he had heard none of it. He is not here to be Nicol or Nihil’s spokesperson. Granting the training manual, checking on the concerns in the steel production, and other things that he could extend his helping hand. Those are his current priorities.

Luis swiftly finished his first goal as all the tal Clans voted a loud, resounding yes.

So, right where the Transportation Circle was emitting a faint bluish-white light. They all witnessed how their respected Moon Elf Lord conjured thousands of silver lights from his palms, and for the first-tir tal Clans to see this, this experience is what they considered next to a divine miracle.

Actually, it is also a scene of wonder even to those who have already seen the entire process. The foreign power that is contained in those silver orbs is more than enough to cause a chill on their spine and break into goosebumps.

Xerxes couldn’t help but ask, "Is your mate aware that everything he does makes anyone think that he is not just a typical lord?"

Xagrien turned his head and replied nonchalantly, "He is not a typical lord and moon elf lord. He is special."

The undercover Blizzard Dragon felt like he was frozen stiff by such a proud and no-brainer answer. At this point, he is not sure where Xagrien caught this attitude. Is it from Mori or his father that he couldn’t utter the na? Xagrien is hopelessly whipped by the Moon Elf Lord!

Although Xerxes’ question was shot down by the lovesick half-dragon, this question is actually present in everyone’s mind. They just ultimately shrugged it off since they were more than confident that the Moon Elf Lord’s strength was also theirs.

And so, Luis unceremoniously wrapped it up without him knowing that this simple process of granting the training techniques would beco a scene that will be depicted in all forms of art as this signals the new evolution of the Moon Elves.

Grrrr. Luis blushed profusely after his stomach made a loud, beastly growl. "Well, pardon my noisy stomach. How about let’s enjoy the feast that you prepared? I am looking forward to tasting the unique flavors that you have to offer."

"My Lord, We are delicious. Just take

as a sample, and you will know that we will never let you down," Old Master Feren didn’t fail to twist Luis’ statent into an innuendo, and everyone from the tal Clan turned pale.

"Master Feren!"

"Master Feren, you mustn’t! He is our Moon Elf Lord!" Lacques roared in complete horror. He looked at Luis and Xagrien pleadingly to excuse the impertinence of the oldest elder in their clans. But he was scared stiff by the nacing look shot by the latter. "Such a young man! And yet he has an overwhelming presence of a tyrant!"

The huge older man finally understood why the Moon Elf Lord chose Xagrien as his mate. He is extraordinary in his own right!

Everyone was in a frantic state, and they failed to notice that Luis was wearing a smile that was full of amusent. "Two could play the ga," the perverted Moon Elf Lord murmured inside his head.

All of a sudden, the calm voice of the Moon Elf Lord chilled their shaken spirits.

"Oh, is that so? Too bad I do not eat sothing that is past fresh. And besides, I already have my favorite."

"But my Lord, it didn’t occur to

that you are soone who sticks with their favorites!"

"You are gravely wrong, then. Mine was already mouthful, so I don’t have the intention of getting side snacks." Luis consciously snaked his fingers over Xagrien’s and gave the man who was about to explode a very reassuring caress. "What I have is enough to make

feel loved and full."

The Old Master Feren, who is sore and single for the rest of his life, huffed as a sign of surrender, "Fine! Aish! You guys are lucky to be in the early spring of your relationship. Let’s go and eat now."

With that, Luis nodded in agreent and dragged his silent mate. anwhile, the tal Clans could only watch the slender back of the Moon Elf Lord. They simply couldn’t believe that the Moon Elf Lord could swiftly deal with the quirkiness of the oldest elder! No one among them was skillful and articulate enough to make Old Master Feren stand back!

As expected of the Moon Elf Lord!
