There are many ways the Bright Concubines could die, and each one was exceedingly tragic.
With the onset of the new era, though Tantrism is well-managed, so of its legacy continues to develop according to outdated customs and superstitions.
These Tantrisms are referred to as ancient Tantrism sects.
Danba was a monk of such an ancient Tantrism sect.
He possessed many Bright Concubines, or rather, their entire sect had many Bright Concubines.
This ti, he left Tibet to kill.
According to them, it was to eliminate demons.
The demon he was ant to eliminate was none other than Su Fan.
Beside Danba was an empty-eyed, pretty girl.
The pretty girl was one of the Bright Concubines of Kuto Temple, having recently completed the ritual of the Vajra Pestle.
The so-called Vajra Pestle was where a hundred and eight high monks and masters of Tantrism united with a girl in Yin-Yang harmony.
Originally, there were crueller things awaiting the girl.
However, because Danba was going out, she avoided one disaster.
Otherwise, she would have undergone Lotus Flower Cutting at the hands of Tantrism's high monks and masters.
It's a terrifying Tantrism ritual, where those masters would take a part from Gesang Shuinai's body to make a Magic Artifact of Tantrism.
Gesang Shuinai would quickly die afterward.
Then she would undergo 'the enlightennt,' whereby rcury is infused into her body.
This wasn't to turn Gesang Shuinai into a mummy but sothing far more frightening.
Almost every part of Gesang Shuinai's body would beco materials for creating Tantrism Magic Artifacts.
Gesang Shuinai's narrow escape was not a result of goodwill from Danba or other high monks and masters of Tantrism.
She escaped on her own, yet ultimately couldn't get away and ended up in Danba's hands.
Danba needed a woman for the long journey to Yang City.
Thus, he didn't send Gesang Shuinai back to complete the subsequent rites necessary for Bright Concubines.
In fact, Danba didn't quite understand so strange rules of Tantrism.
Such as killing a Bright Concubine and turning a beautiful girl into bizarre objects, it perplexed him.
But rules are rules; he wasn't the supre guru of Tantrism, and these matters weren't sothing he could change.
All he could do was let Gesang Shuinai, in her final days, spend as much ti with him as possible, to feel the ultimate happiness of the human world.
Upon reaching the roadside to wait for the vehicle, Danba asked indifferently, "Why did you escape?"
