Lathel's eyes shot out with blue lightning, and the thunder that enveloped his body beca even more terrifying.

From the sky, a bolt of lightning fell, hitting Lathel in the head and causing a deafening explosion.

The ground under his feet shattered, and Web-like cracks spread around.

Lizaru frowned, he then slamd the end of his magic stick on the ground, a magic circle appeared under his feet and it started emitting an extrely dark black aura.

"Lizaru, you…" Haya spoke up, as she was currently using healing magic to heal Taki.

However, Taki's condition did not get any better, on the contrary, his breathing beca weaker.

"Haya, there's no need to waste your effort saving him. Let take care of the rest."

After Lizaru finished speaking, a jet of black smoke flew out from Taki's body.

Taki convulsed for a mont then lay still, he was no longer moving or breathing.

The black smoke that just flew out of Taki's body slowly changed, turning into an appearance similar to Taki's.

The smoke looked around, it looked at Taki's body, and started screaming. But no matter how much he scread, no one could hear his sound.

The black smoke writhed, and tried to rush towards Taki's body but it could not move.

"Swordary, try to hold off that kid for a bit." Lizaru shouted.

Hearing that, Swordary muttered: "I also hope I can hold off that boy."

He felt pain from the hand that he was using to hold the sword and this made him frown. In the end, Swordary had to hold the sword with both hands.

He focused his hands on Lathel, as sweat started pouring out of his body like a shower: "Damn it! Who the hell is that bastard?"

Suddenly, Lathel disappeared.

"Hmm?!" Swordary was startled. He looked around, his eyes full of vigilance, as he searched for Lathel.

At this mont, a figure appeared behind him.

"What the hell?!" Swordary only had ti to scream as Lathel swung his leg and kicked him in the back.

"Don't underestimate !" Swordary shouted as his speed suddenly increased.

Swordary turned around, his both hands relied on the inertia of the torque to swing the sword.

The blade emitted a dazzling sword light which caused countless strange characters to appear and cover the entire blade.

Lathel seed fearless, as his fist swung straight towards the blade without any hesitation.

When Swordary noticed that Lathel used his fist to confront his blade instead of the Cauldron, he imdiately rejoiced in his heart.

'Foolish boy… if you use that cauldron then I will probably fail.'

'But your fist... cannot be as strong as my blade.'

Swordary smiled confidently: "DIE!!"

He shouted loudly, and everywhere the blade in his hand passed space vibrated violently.

The blade was only less than 5 cm from Lathel's fist when suddenly Lathel disappeared, replaced by a giant black object.

"What the hell?!" Swordary was startled. He didn't understand why in just this small mont, Lathel disappeared. He didn't know or understand what had just happened.

The cauldron was also startled when it suddenly transford into Lathel for a few seconds, then returned back to normal.

BAM!

When the Cauldron collided with his sword, the blade shattered and the sword light flashed and disappeared.

Swordary felt his hands ache so much that it was as if they had been broken into pieces.

The Cauldron did not stop after breaking Swordary's sword on the contrary, it continued to rush forward, smashing towards Swordary.

The speed was too fast, and the distance was too short, Swordary couldn't react in ti. He could only watch as the cauldron crushed the surrounding space and vaulted towards him.

Lathel appeared behind Swordary, his fist seed to be holding countless lightning bolts, chirping could be heard from it as it seed that hundreds of birds were singing together.

Swordary was surrounded in front and behind, he was now no different from a fish that was lying on a chopping board.

"Darkness - Ghost Rise!"

Suddenly, Lizaru's voice rang out, and Swordary realized that a black smoke surrounded his body.

BAM!

The impact made a terrifying explosion, the explosive pressure ford a shock wave that swept around, blowing everything up.

20 ters around the impact, the ground broke into pieces and was then blown away. Web-like cracks spread under Lizaru and Haya's feet.

Lizaru swung his magic staff, and the black tennis ball-sized gem attached to the tip of the magic staff imdiately emitted a black aura.

Countless magic circles appeared, enveloping Lizaru and Haya inside. Those magic circles connected together, creating a do that protected Lizaru and Haya.

The shock wave swept through the surroundings but the do only vibrated a little and then beca quiet again.

Haya asked worriedly: "Lizaru, what if..."

"Don't be stupid." Lizaru imdiately interrupted Haya's words. He frowned and said: "The Holy Maiden said that the stone cannot be absorbed by anyone other than the chosen one."

"That boy couldn't have absorbed that stone. The power he is using is definitely so kind of taboo magic."

"But…"

"Don't worry." Lizaru reassured her: "I used that magic, that boy will definitely die."

Hearing that, Haya just nodded slightly, however, her face still showed concern.

BAM!

BAM!

BAM!

Countless explosions rang out, accompanied by the sound of tal colliding. From the dust, Lizaru could see sparks created from the collision.

Besides, he also saw a few sparks appear and then extinguish as if a bolt of lightning struck the ground.

In the dust, half of Swordary's body was surrounded by the black smoke that Lizaru summoned, and this made his body look like it was divided into two parts.

The right side was the part of his body that still looked normal, while the left side had turned completely black.

"Damn it!" Swordary shouted: "What the hell is that bastard Lizaru doing?"

"Swordary, I am dead." Taki spoke up, however, it did not seem to be his original voice.

"Taki?"

"It's . Lizaru used taboo magic to force my soul to fuse with your body."

"Damn it! Lizaru, does he want to be burned alive by the church? He dares to use taboo magic on a mber of the church?"

"If he cared about that, he wouldn't have done it. Swordary, now we have only one option, which is to kill that damn boy, get the stone, then return to the church and denounce Lizaru."

"Do you an… we should hand over the stone to the Saintess ourselves, in exchange the Saintess will help us?"

"That's right."

Swordary nodded: "Good! Even though we were exposed to Lizaru's forbidden magic, our powers were fused together. Defeating that boy is a simple matter."

"That's right. That kid must have used a magic that consus life energy to increase his strength, he doesn't have much ti left."

"Taki, now we're on a boat, there's no turning back. You must cooperate with and put our conflicts aside."

"Of course I understand that. That bastard Lizaru, if I co back to life, I'll turn him into a grilled lizard."

"Careful!" Swordary shouted.

Right after that, Lathel suddenly appeared in front of him, swinging his leg towards his stomach.

"You brat!" Swordary and Taki said in unison, they were both in the sa body so it was easy to use each other's skills.

Swordary stretched out one hand, it was his left hand that had turned pitch black, under Taki's control.

Suddenly a tal glove appeared, covering that arm.

BAM!

Lathel's hand collided with Taki's hand, making the air pressure explode, and causing the surrounding space to vibrate.

"Huh! Brat!" Taki shouted: "I just didn't have ti to prepare. This ti, I will tear you into a million pieces."

"Watch!" Before Taki could finish speaking, Swordary took over the conversation.

He raised his head, and in the sky, a giant cauldron was falling.

BAM!

The Cauldron had turned gigantic, it was more than 5 ters in diater, and it was falling from a height of more than 50 ters, this caused the already broken ground to sink deeply and break into countless pieces.

Swordary luckily retreated back in ti. Anyway, even though there was only one body now there were two souls in the body.

As Taki fights, Swordary can keep an eye on the surroundings and vice versa.

'Damn it! He used the smoke and dust to cover our eyes, then threw the cauldron high into the air.' Taki silently scolded.

'That's right.' Swordary used his thoughts to communicate with Taki. After all, now that they had rged, they could easily communicate with each other.

'His kick just now was just bait. In fact, that boy used that cauldron as his main weapon to attack us.'

'Damn it!' Taki internally shouted: 'What the hell is that cauldron made from? Why is it so hard?'

'Don't ask ! Concentrate on fighting!' Swordary advised.

Before the dust and smoke could dissipate, a giant cauldron once again rushed straight towards Swordary.

Swordary and Taki of course saw it, but the terrifying speed of the cauldron did not scare them.

They imdiately avoided it, however, when the cauldron ca close to them it turned into Lathel.

'What the hell?! What the hell is going on?!' Both Swordary and I were startled.

However, they didn't have ti to think about what just happened. Swordary's hand held a sword and stabbed towards Lathel, however, Lathel was not afraid at all.

He let that sword pierce his hand, blood flowing out of it like a stream.

"Hahahaha… You brat! You will definitely die!" Taki shouted happily.

"He won't!" Swordary shouted.

Taki felt confused, however, what happened next scared them both.

Lathel didn't seem to feel any pain, his hand that was pierced by the sword continued to rush forward, then grabbed Swordary's sword hand.

"Bastard!" Swordary tried to pull his hand back but he couldn't. It seed like Lathel's hand was like a pincer as it locked Sworday's hand.

Swordary and Taki both had the feeling that sothing extrely dangerous was coming. They both looked up at the sky, at this mont, their eyes seed to be filled in disbelief because the Cauldron was rushing down at a terrible speed.

"Noo!!!"
