Chapter 102: Iris: Discoveries

ONE WEEK and three days of

living with Lucas in his wabi-sabi-thed ho as he likes to call it have passed.

I’m more refreshed now. Even my skin is back in shape and all the stress is gone. I haven’t been online all this ti thanks to the guys and Lucas who kept restricting

from opening my social dia.

According to them, rumors were already flying online about Lucas and

and I was getting the worst comnts thanks to the livestream that happened last week when we were at the gym.

The news of how all this drama was unfolding even reached Lucas’ Dad, who sent word for

to stop coming to work for a couple of weeks. Thanks to him, the yoga classes I’ve been taking with Chloe, paired with the couple of sessions I’ve been doing with Lucas, have

settled.

Not to ntion how touring around this apartnt feels like I’m turning into Dora the Explorer. Every day I make a new discovery, like the large Japanese-style sauna situated a few ters away from the villa. I later heard from Lucas that he forgot to tell

about it, but how I discovered it was a whole new matter.

I woke up feeling bored that morning and my writer’s block was at its peak so there was no way I was writing in such a mood, thus, my only source of entertainnt was TV since I had been cut off from the wifi. But even that didn’t satisfy the boredom I was feeling.

Then I saw a fluffy cat sitting outside the large ceiling-to-floor windows by the French doors. It drew my attention and I found myself enchanted by its presence. In an on-the-mont haste, I followed it outside, and like a guardian spirit, it sashayed lazily right through the hedge that separated the villa from the well-cut lawn surrounding it.

I followed the cat onto the lawn, doing my best to rember the direction I was taking in case I got lost trying to find a stray cat. To make a long story short, the cat was returning back to its owner who happened to be one of the villa’s caretakers, and I discovered another pleasure to satisfy my mood.

It’s like everything in this mountain was made just so the Andrews family could collect themselves and have so peace whilst they’re here. It has given

a glimpse into the mind of the woman who was the mastermind behind all this—Lucas’ mother.

He told

all about her m every ti I asked anything about her after discovering a piece of her villa. For the most part, I know that she loved Asian culture and practices so much that she almost changed her citizenship but stopped after realizing she was pregnant.

Thank god she did or my Lucas would have been eye candy to so Japanese chick by now and I’d be stuck with the assholes here in Africa...I’m just saying.

He also told

about her fashion sense, how she ca up with the idea to start a magazine, and how his dad supported her and they made Adder what it is now in ten years. I loved hearing him brag about his family, it made

feel good knowing at least one of us had a normal relationship with their parents.

That’s why I tried my best to keep my composure when he told

about how his mom died.

"She just woke up dead. There was no underlying reason nor did her postmortem suggest she was poisoned. Her ti to leave us had already arrived and she left most peacefully ever known to man," he lanted in bed whilst I ran my fingers in his hair, trying my best not to cry at how sad he looked talking about his deceased mother.

I’m surprised I even managed to comfort him that night. My heart still breaks whenever I think of his heartfelt reminiscing.

Sighing, I check the ti on my phone. It’s five-thirty. Lucas should be back any minute now. He claims work has been taking a toll on him for the last few days because of the magazine releasing in two days, so I try my best to make him feel at ho once he arrives from work.

It’s already starting to feel like we’re a married couple now. He is the working dad and I’m the stay-at-ho mom who likes doing yoga and getting massages. Not to ntion how good the sex is. I know that once this is over and I have to go back ho, I’ll miss feeling him inside

right on the first day.

If I didn’t know any better I’d say he was getting experience from soone outside our relationship. He has been getting better at making

scream his na in pleasure every day, and it might sound like I’m bragging, but so am I. Last night I made him recite poetry on a whim after sucking him off.

Pffft. Thinking about it still cracks

up.

The sound of a car pulling up outside draws my attention from the reality TV show I’m watching and I walk to the windows. True to my thoughts, it’s Lucas’ Lamborghini pulling up at the front door.

I throw the remote on one of the sofas, making a run for it so I can et with him by the small door for so hugs. I’m lucky to reach the door in ti for to him open it and step inside. The mont his front is visible I jump at him, wrapping my legs around him and nuzzling my nose into his neck.

He slls like the ocean, my all-ti favorite scent on him.

"I missed you," I whine, doing my best to sound cutesy. Every ti I do it, Lucas gets hard. It’s been an early discovery of mine and I love how it always happens according to my discovery like now. I can feel him bulging in his pants.

However, unlike other days, Lucas doesn’t grope my ass. It’s not because of Paul and Tim since the two have been glued to him ever since he went viral again after the gym post.

"I missed you too," he replies with the sa energy he gives

on other days and kisses my neck too, but he still doesn’t grope .

I open my eyes in frustration about to ask him why he’s holding back when I make eye contact with her.

Bella. She’s standing right behind Lucas holding a bottle of champagne in her hands with a smirk on her face.

Does she ever know when to give up?
