But she didn’t show any sign of disappointnt and continued with a smile, “Alright then, what do you think? Am I an angel or a Fallen Angel?”
“You look more like a wingless angel!” Ye Chen answered.
“You… can’t you say sothing pleasant for once?” The girl retorted playfully.
“If you were truly an angel, you wouldn’t be using a voice changer to talk!” Ye Chen said, looking at her, “If you take off your mask, I’ll tell you, how about that?”
“Why?” she paused, puzzled, “We have a rule here, we’re not allowed to show our true faces to male guests.”
“What a peculiar rule!” Ye Chen smirked.
“Of course!” the girl nodded, “You must know, the won in the Church Court are all breathtakingly beautiful. If guests were to fall for us, wouldn’t that be troubleso?”
“Haven’t you heard? n are not easily dissuaded!” Ye Chen grinned, “Even if you don’t show your faces, with those stunning figures of yours, they’ll likely never forget you!”
“Is that so?” The girl chuckled and asked, “And what do you think of my figure? Do you think it would make you linger?”
“Absolutely!” Ye Chen wrapped an arm around her, chuckling, “So, do you think I’ll have a perfect night tonight?”
“You…” She blushed, though her mask hid it well. With a slight smile, she said, “You n, why are you all so impatient?”
“If n weren’t eager, how would won’s charms stand out?” Ye Chen replied nonchalantly.
“Hmph, you lecher!” The girl snorted and turned to join the dance floor. Following the crowd, she danced along. Ye Chen slipped in as well. On the dance floor, everyone was joyfully dancing, celebrating in high spirits. Around them, frosty fireworks were set off, bursting into the sky in sync.
Ye Chen held the girl’s hand and tried to tug at her mask, yet she slipped away like a nimble eel, deftly evading his hand. She laughed, “What’s the rush? So eager to see my true face?”
“Stop pretending, Bai He, I’ve figured you out!” Ye Chen squinted, though he had been suspecting the girl before him was Bai He, given their two nights together, he lacked solid evidence. Squinting, Ye Chen looked intently at the girl before him. Her gaze trembled briefly, but she steadied herself before cheekily saying, “Oh? Do tell, how did you figure it out?”
“The scent on you!” Ye Chen’s lips curled slightly, this sentence from the woman had already given Ye Chen the answer.
“Alright, you win!” The woman shrugged, then took off the mask on her face, looking at Ye Chen, her fingertips curling around ssy strands of hair, she smiled and said, “But I’m very curious, how did you recognize ? I’ve never understood how my identity was revealed. Aside from the scent of perfu, what else gave away?”
“Your movents and your figure!” Ye Chen looked at Bai He’s full chest and said, “Every woman I’ve touched, none can escape my keen eye! You know it!”

“Ye Chen, what are you trying to do, when did you beco so domineering?” Bai He turned to look at Ye Chen.
“Haven’t you always noticed I’ve been this domineering?” Ye Chen lifted his chin, appearing very arrogant.
“You… let go of !” Bai He struggled, but Ye Chen refused, he pulled hard and imdiately drew Bai He into his arms. As Bai He was about to struggle, Ye Chen tightly hugged Bai He. Then he said, “There’s sothing I need to clarify with you!”
“What is it?” Bai He was startled.
“Are you trying to seize control of the Church Court?” Ye Chen imdiately asked.

“Let go of !” Bai He imdiately broke free from Ye Chen’s arms and quickly vanished into the crowd. Ye Chen hurriedly chased after her, but Bai He had already disappeared without a trace. Ye Chen sighed softly and then shouted towards the crowd, “Bai He, I’m only worried about you.”
