105: true end Another Invitation
The unwavering art lessons had beco the weekend norm for Lu Lele and Liu Lili, and the female professor never changed her strict and serious style.
In fact, as the lessons progressed, the professor's requirents regarding detail beca increasingly high, to the point where even Lu Lele, who possessed decades of painting experience from the previous save file, found it sowhat overwhelming.
Faced with a mountain of practice exercises, and having already learned it all once in the previous save file, Lu Lele naturally had no interest in doing it all over again with complete sincerity. She gradually started to cut corners and slack off, doing the bare minimum whenever possible.
Consequently, she, who loved to take shortcuts, beca the primary target of the professor's criticism. She was chewed out severely quite a few tis; if it weren't for the fact that Lu Lele had weathered many storms in her life, any other ordinary girl might have been scolded to tears on the spot.
However, this did not an the professor treated her two students with a purely harsh attitude.
While criticizing Lu Lele for her intentional laziness, she also made sure to point out that she appreciated Lu Lele's unconstrained thinking and unconventional style, because many artists created their masterpieces relying on exactly that kind of distinct mindset and personality.
But the professor also seriously reminded Lu Lele that natural talent was not an excuse for willfulness, and she did not wish to see a version of the tragic tale of Fang Zhongyong, the prodigy who wasted his gifts, reenacted in her own student.
Therefore, while learning, one must maintain absolute seriousness and focus. Especially during the foundation-building phase, absolutely no slacking off was permitted.
Lu Lele was quickly convinced by the professor her sister had hired. She put away her mindset of just learning casually and began studying with utter focus from the very beginning again.
Relatively speaking, the diligent and rigorous Liu Lili received less criticism, but she certainly wasn't exempt.
Upon discovering that Liu Lili was always copying when she painted, the professor very bluntly pointed out Liu Lili's issue and said:
"Painting is not just about copying and imitation. Although being able to do these two things to the extre is also a form of art, it does not an you, Lili, can stand still and remain imrsed in your comfort zone. My girl, I give you a task: learn to fantasize."
The professor assigned Liu Lili many different types of howork. Basically asking her to draw things related to her imagination, such as an imaginary pet puppy, an imaginary teddy bear, and so on.
She even assigned quite a bit of writing howork instead of painting, asking Liu Lili to write essays about her fantasies.
Over ti, Liu Lili made visible progress in the area of imagination. Although there was still a significant gap compared to Lu Lele, for painting purposes, it was already sufficient.
And outside of teaching, the professor also cared deeply about her students' lives.
When Lu Lele fell ill and ran a fever, the professor traveled a long way to bring what she said was a secret ancestral redy from her hotown. After drinking a dose of it and sleeping a night, Lu Lele's illness was gone the mont she woke up. When the two were approaching finals and the pressure of studying increased, the professor would also appropriately reduce the amount of howork assigned, not letting them bear too heavy a burden.
"The person who asked to co and teach you said that she hopes I can cultivate you into true artists."
The professor said this during a casual chat. Her words always carried such infectious power that one unconsciously wanted to obey her:
"And art should not be forced. Nor should an artist create for the sake of creation."
"Art is our life itself."
Gradually, Lu Lele forgot her original purpose for hiring this teacher. She didn't even have much ti to go on dates with Liu Lili. She truly lived like a regular art student, living a disciplined life, practicing day after day, and growing step by step under the professor's guidance together with Liu Lili.
Of course, Lu Lele had not forgotten the scoring session she originally agreed upon with Liu Lili, but the professor graded based on whether one had improved compared to their past self, not on who painted better between the two. As a result, Lu Lele lost completely. In the end, she still hadn't legitimately gained the initiative in bed.
However, through Lu Lele's unremitting efforts, the ratio of dominance and submission between her and Liu Lili in bed had now shifted from Liu Lili being the dominant one eighty percent of the ti to her being dominant seventy percent of the ti. This was a significant, astounding, and gratifying progress.
Lu Lele firmly believed that if she was given a few more years, she would definitely be able to flip this statistic, making the person occupying seventy percent of the initiative herself. This was also an important matter that Lu Lele would absolutely never forget.
Then, during a class near the end of the second sester of their third year, the professor unexpectedly did not ask the two to continue practicing color painting. Instead, she assigned a very strange task:
"Today's lesson is simple. Go out and gather inspiration, then paint a picture that satisfies you to show . There is no need to rush back. I will collect this painting at this ti next week."
Hearing this, Lu Lele seed to realize sothing and asked excitedly:
"Teacher, do you an that we can go out and play now... I an, go out and gather inspiration?"
The professor did not mind the honest words that slipped out of Lu Lele's mouth and said:
"Going out to play or gathering inspiration, either is fine. I have only one requirent: when you see next week, bring a painting that you feel satisfied with in your hearts. This is also the small final exam I have prepared for you for this sester."
Lu Lele suspected that the professor might have so sudden family matter to attend to, which was why she assigned such howork, but naturally, there was no reason to refuse. She bowed respectfully to the professor, then changed her clothes, took her lover's hand, and left the villa.
Unlike in the Yandere Perfect Ending where the two of them went out partying every day, in this save file, Lu Lele and Liu Lili rarely went out on dates. One could even say the number of tis was pitifully small.
Basically, once the weekend arrived, Lu Lele and Liu Lili were either painting or rushing to finish howork. They were incredibly busy. Even finding the ti and energy to do happy things together was difficult, let alone going out on dates.
Now that such a great opportunity had been delivered to her door, Lu Lele naturally had no reason to miss it.
Just as eating delicacies every al inevitably leads to them becoming bland, the sa applies to dating.
People are always like this: the more unattainable sothing is, the more one craves it, and the happier one is upon obtaining it. Conversely, what is easily obtained or already possessed is often disregarded, until it is lost forever and one begins to cherish it.
The dates between the two of them, which were commonplace in the Yandere Perfect Ending, now appeared incredibly precious and had to be cherished and enjoyed properly.
Lu Lele held Liu Lili's hand. The wind in early June, carrying the heat of the approaching season, brushed against the girls' still-tender cheeks. This was proof that they were in the flower of their youth.
Wearing a sweet smile, Lu Lele extended an invitation to her lover:
"Hey, Lili, why don't we go to the amusent park to play? I believe that place is definitely perfect for gathering inspiration~"
