"Oh oh, this one is doing so well, look at him, how can he move like that when he’s so old" Ariel said as she watches them through the window in front of her.
"Since most old users give up before trying, they don’t always get to find out that stats allocation can make them stronger than they were in their youths" Kain replied.
"Oh oh, so interesting...very interesting." She said and stuff cheese into her mouth as she continues to watch.

Ariel stops eating and looks at Kain.
"Bo on" she said, munching on the cheese.
"How are you able to make us stronger than we were? How is all this systematic growth possible?" Kain asked.
"Tchi..." she cleans her mouth. "...I’m barely doing anything. It’s just like when you are trying to build a house, all I’m doing is providing you with materials and you guys do the building yourself... and I kind of ripped off the forr guy with a cheat skill allowing you all to hold onto a little of your stats and skills"
"I see... so we can say we are the owner of our strength but still owe it to your for resources?"

Kain’s eye widened, "Could that be one of the reasons you need apostles?"
"Hmm, you are smart, I need them to be perfect and loyal not just strong because I will entrust them with the disciplinary actions of players that defy "

"Don’t worry, I will reserve a spot for you but you probably would not need it when you see all that Reinard has in store for you" She said, folding her hands together.

Ariel giggled hard, which left Kain in a brief blank.
"Great is an understatent, he may be lacking in control but he has an overwhelming potential and power...his also lacking in social skills, which is why I also want you to stay by his side" Ariel stood up and looked into Kain’s eye.

"I’m not sure if that is a possible task" Kain said.
"I’m sure it is...the more Rein dives into the matter with the gods the more I feel like he’s losing sothing and I keep missing it, I keep feeling like what if all of his speculations about them were wrong, what if they weren’t like he concluded. Deep down he might know but he’s dodging..." Ariel tightened her fist together.
"Wow...here I was thinking he’s perfect" Kain said.
"Honestly, he’s not...and he’s denying that fact with all the responsibilities he has in front of him, he’s avoiding it by doing too much" Ariel said, she inhaled and exhaled deeply.
"You have a lot of role to play in Rein’s life..." she said and walked out.
Kain brushed through his hair with his hand, roughing them in process. He smiled and walked out of the garden they were in.

Patricia struggled hard to catch her breathe as she found herself competing with an old man that she could not follow his steps.
"Ho-....w on ear...th is-s-s he so fassst?" She said to herself.
The old man appeared behind her, he pulled down the muffler that was covering his mouth and nose, revealing his grey coloured mustache and beards.
"...young lady, are you having a hard ti...I really hope it was possible to offer help"
"Ah, ...don’t worry, *phew* just do your thing" she said shooing him away by swinging her hands forward.
The old man disappeared imdiately.
She continued to run and finally ca to another horde of monsters.
"Charm!"
The monsters left what they were doing and began to pursue her.
"Alright, Alright, activate Unique skill"

"Eh?" She was stunned by what she saw.

’No!!! At this rate I’ll be on the bottom list’ she said as she faded into blue light and disappeared. She reappeared at the altar of Ariel in front of the statue of Ariel sitting with her legs crossed.
"Oh, it feels more like teleportation, and I couldn’t even feel the pain if the last hit, is it because its a stimulation."
Another person appeared in front of the statue.
"Ehhh? Rita? You were killed by monsters?!!" Patricia yelled.
"Not monsters you moron, that crazy b*tch!!"
"Huh? What happened?" Patricia asked as she was getting puzzled.
"No matter how much I think about it, she is a cold blooded killer and does not deserve to be one of Ariel’s apostles, I an she cut off my arms and legs and left
to die to monsters. Ahhh the excruciating pain!! I won’t forgive her..."
Patricia was shocked, she covered her mouth with her hands.
"Just how much was she desperate to be an apostle" Patricia said.
"It’s beyond that, she’s fucking crazy, because I kept taking the third position from her and that bastard Korean, just how strong is he, his number just rises by the second!"
’I’ve never seen Rita so worked up’ Patricia said in her thoughts. She opened the ranking window.

"Damnit, I gotta get back to it, I have to finish within the first five!" She said and flew away.
"It’s be nice to have a sorcerer class like Rita, I’ve been stuck with this enchanter class, I even thought things were going to change after obtaining Ariel’s blessing but nothing changed." She said and walked along.
The Examination got intense as each participants pushed themselves to the brink. By the ti Patricia reached the examination location the twenty minutes was up.
[Examination has ended]

"Without an altar?" Hassan said as he faded into the air, all of them also faded and appeared at the waterfall sculpture of Ariel.
"Is this the Palatium, I’ve never been here before."
Kain approached them.
"The goddess herself will be coming to announce her apostles"
All their faces were lit and they began to talk amidst each other.

All of them imdiately went on one knee and bowed their heads.
A subtle blue light appeared snd revealed Ariel.
"You can raise your heads" her soft tone rang into their ears.
Patricia and Rita we’re awed by her looks, she wasn’t exactly what Rita had imagined.
’Her stature is like mine’ Rita said in her head.
Jae-hyun looked at Ariel with so much respect and Dignity in his eyes.
’She’s no joke, I can feel so much energy from her, I’ve never felt this type of energy before’ Hassan, the dark guy said in his head.
While the old man smiled with his eyes closed.
"This test was ant to be a prototype to what is to co... I will define your duties as apostles after you have been selected. Hence I will announce the result" Ariel said, staring into the window in front of her.
"First Apostle will be; Coghlan, second; Hassan, third; Jae Hyun, fourth; Jeanne, fifth; Rita, Sixth; May." She stopped.
All of them looked at each other.
"Six? Only six out o–

She snapped her fingers and they were all teleported away from her presence.
She looked at the rest who were still bowing down.
"Follow ..." she said and turned to leave–
"Uhm, what about ...?" A soft voice rang from behind them.
’Did she miss that one’ Kain said in his head.
Ariel’s eye flinched a bit but her composure was very quick.
’That girl was not teleported...?...I have to handle this such that it would not cause issues in their mind’
"Kain take her to the garden" She said.
"Yes my lady" Kain answered and escorted Patricia away. While the newly appointed apostles followed Ariel.
’North sea, what is wrong, why was she not sent away’ Ariel asked, communicating to North sea.
[North sea responds; No idea]

Ariel sighed, ’Welp thank you for the stimulation exam’
[North Sea smiles and goes back to sleep]
’Unique, but has no idea, shall I make her an apostle to keep tabs on her then...?’
