Rein continuously tapped his finger on the arm of his seat as Lewis was brought to his knees before him. With Nakamura and Mustang far behind. A while later, Penguin was brought in a golden cube was revolving round his hands that were tied together.
Lewis gritted his teeth, ’just who is this bastard’ he thought.
"Now what shall I do with you...?" Rein said.
He stared for awhile.
"Release them" he said afterwards.
The cube disappeared imdiately, Mustang and Nakamura were very surprised and dissatisfied, considering how much they went through in order to try to catch Penguin.
"Leave my presence before I change my mind...you can get back ho and decide to start a war with , don’t worry I personally will fight the war and it will be over before it even started, with your empire burnt to the ground"
Lewis stood up gently and walked out, even though he didn’t have his staff with him, he didn’t dare ask.

Nakamura and Mustang quickly movent forward. Rein brought out the moon sword and stepped down, walking closer to them, they flinched but their heads were still bowed and on their knees.
Rein placed the sword over Mustang’s right and left soldiers,
"For your achievents I bestow upon you the title Viscount, I will give you a territory and your nobility badge, welco to the Moon Empire, I am expectant of your service"
He moved over to Nakamura, "for your achievent, I bestow upon you the title Baron, I will give you a mansion within a city you choose and your nobility badge, I look forward to your service" he said and went back to his seat.
Both of them were filled with joy but would not dare lose their Composure in front of the Emperor.
"You both will get 700 gold coins, you can leave now" Rein said.
They imdiately left and jubilate afterwards after reaching outside.
"I greet you Viscount sir hahaha" Nakamura said joyously.
"Sure sure, Baron...sir" Mustang replied him with a wide smile. They both went back to their crew to share the good news.
Ariel walked into Reinard’s throne room.
"I’ve done it, should I announce it?" She said.
"Waow, I thought you would to grade up or sothing" Rein said leaving his throne to go et Ariel as the walk outside the hall together.
"With amphalat I can do these things but the grade up personalise them to , it’s more like the amphalat is dashing
powers through the grade up."

??Ranking based on levels
??Guild ranking
??Player Ranking
??Ranking based on levels is an automatic ranking and the player with the highest level will be the rank 1.
??Guild ranking is going to be determined in a ranking war, which will hold once every year.
??Player ranking is going to be determined in a ranking war which will hold twice every here.
??Guild ranking war will be held two full moons before the end of the year, every year and it will consist of two sessions.
??Hunt session and Team pvp session.
??Player ranking war will be held in the middle and the quarter of every year, that is one the sixth full moon and fifteenth full moon.
??Player ranking war will consist of three sessions; PvP session, Team Raid session and Survival session.
"Wait, sixth full moon isn’t that?..." one of the players in the town said counting his hand.
"Yes, in thirteen days ti" another answered.
"Aha, looks like it’s going to be fun galore for us" another said jubilation.

"It depends, if they are spirits, I can summon atleast a hundred low level spirit at once, if they are high level between ten and twenty, if they are elentals, I can only summon two of different attributes and Sorush is the only celestial I can summon so far"

Braschiold’s mouth dropped, he giggled, "Mast– Your grace I think.you are overestimating

Rein smirked, "You managed to sign a contract with a to archon after summoning him and you think I’m overestimating you..." Rein chuckled, "you probably don’t know to archons, even I don’t have one that serves ...I think there is more to you...and my guts is telling
