Chapter 271: Rise of the Moon Empire
Rein reached the cathedral, he entered only to et the crown prince seated in front of a corpse, mourning.
He paused and found the situation offsetting, but he was coming as the Emperor of a nation. The crown prince imdiately recognized him and went on his knees.
"We will surrender...I am the crown prince and next in line to the throne, we will do all you ask ..." he said
"I’m sorry it had to be like this" Rein said, "The moon empire will aide in the rebuilding of this city, as for further details I’d have to discus it with my officials before I can co to decision...but I can assure you, that from here hence...we would help you stand up again" he said.
The crown prince’s eyes widened, "...perhaps you are not as vicious as I thought you were" he said.

The twin princes entered and quickly sped past Rein standing and guarding the crown prince.
"We won’t let you kill him" they said in unison.
"It’s fine...everything is fine now" the crown prince said, touching both of them’s shoulder. They cald and hugged the prince.
Rein smiled and walked out of the cathedral.

The war with the forgan empire was the Moon empire’s victory. This rang throughout the Western continent in different forms, so sang it, so told tales of it, saying that the ruler of the Moon empire is an angel, so say he’s a god that descended to earth, all different kinds of story circulated the continent and were even being carried to other Continents, alongside the death of the Emperor and the fall of the Forgan empire, which stood as a stronghold that protected the Western empire.
Amidst all this, Culin and Euphoria empire rged together as one, these happenings continued to surprise everyone has they had no idea what was going on, the Euphoria empire was sowhere that they’d love to better not visit as it was the empire with the highest rate of players residing in it, also the white lotus were a group that the entire world was wary of, as they had four world treasure with them. Even kingdoms from the northern continent are wary of them. The Western continent was still formidable, maybe even than before, with the Moon empire standing as the new stronghold. The Azure Empire has laid so low since its loss to the Forgan empire, but they have not been ineffective. As players are suddenly migrating to the Azure Empire, though the rate could still never match that of the Euphoria empire.
The blessing of Ariel began to spread around the whole world, players began to diversify and slowly players turned into two faction. This was an activity that not even Ariel could control but only accept.
The Moon Empire flag rose in Dexinci city, Kaha province and Pallind fortress, and the soldiers mightily marched back to their empire with the screams of victory, having left their whole family for over a month. Though it was the shortest record of war that the Western empire has ever seen.
In their return the cities had grown larger and populated, the walls were already being raised, though was still I’m construction and far from being completed as it would now extend to Kaha province and surround Selsmire, Perrigwyn and Fenrir Kingdom, these was the empire Rein was creating, the largest empire in the Western continent, perhaps the entire world of Abeir-Toril.
Rein marched into the city on the back of a dragon. His image grew mighty in the eyes of the people as they watched him fly over them, they all kowtowed and hailed him, the citizens of each kingdoms could not deny the goodness that had been coming to them ever since their kingdoms were overtaken, the commoners, of course still needed to work and paid their tax, but there was an intention of tax refund that is at the end of every fourth full moon, there is always a repaynt to all the citizens in half of what their tax, the privilege to store it up and receive it anyti they want was also given. Even though the idea of poverty cannot be fully eradicated, slums would still exist, the entire kingdom was better than before and they were all grateful to Rein for this and Rein exceedingly grateful to Yhuzia for his hard work. The worry if the people accepting Rein was easily dealt with by the rumours of his outstanding victory. Like that Rein earned the title given by the people; The Moon Emperor. He didn’t decline it as he found it cool.
North sea settled down at the Platinum City and rged with Rein’s imperial Palace. Even though it rged with the Palace and was capable of space manipulation, it also covered all of the Moon empire. In essence it could be seen as the Platinum City being the balcony, the imperial Palace being the house itself, and the entire empire being the environnt within the house. With the space manipulation ability North sea had, it was as though the entire moon empire is now north sea and Rein’s domain, which would an Rein was an omnipresent in the entirety of his empire. But it was sothing known to only him. The structure of Rein’s imperial Castle grew and beca more beautiful as it was overlapped by the structure of Bahamut’s Palace. The people of Fenrir watched the Castle rise high into the clouds upon Reinard’s arrival.
"You have got to be kidding " General Roland said in awe as he saw the building expand and beco more beautiful and elegant.
"I’ve been around the world to a reasonable extent...I have never seen a castle as tall as this nor as beautiful. Tower master Roldan said. The soldiers were in awe as they marched towards the castle. With the generals and the ten pillars in front.
The soldiers gathered at the training ground of the Palace which had grown a larger since they last rembered. They could barely fill it up, though they had reduced greatly in numbers.
Azes landed in front of them and lowered his head for Rein to co down, even though Rein didn’t really need it.
"I cannot express how grateful I am for you all" Rein said.
"From my heart, I am grateful and I have a great reward waiting for you all"
The soldiers shouted in joy, they were looking ragged and tattered, amidst them, they were so that had lost a leg or hand, and many of them were bandaged but they all rejoiced regardless of their condition.
"I would like you all to rest, et with your family and gather for again for a feast that will mark the beginning of the Moon empire, co in your finest attire, invite everyone you know, as there is currently no nobility status in the Moon empire until the day of the feast, everyone is equal so everyone is invited to the feast regardless of your birth"
All the soldiers once again rejoiced.
"He is surprisingly good at this" Yhuzia said from where he stood.
All the soldiers returned ho in jubilation after Rein’s speech.
Jon, Arnette, Natasha, Sigrid and Goldevia were all reunited with their family.
Rein was locked in the imperial office, busy than usual with Yhuzia seated in front of him, the both of them were buried in large work. Kuthuya oftened peed through the door to catch a glimpse of his master, as he could not stop wanting to see Rein, having stayed so many years without a master. The main hall of the Imperal Palace had gotten bigger and was exactly like the main hall of the North sea except that she had created a space for officials in case of etings just like Rein instructed, apart from that Rein had three other private eting hall and a large extravagant room to himself, a library, with endless space and height so tall that long ladders were needed to take books. The four gateways beca the four gateways of the Moon empire and were guarded by the four warden archon. Large whitish walls stretched out from the ground high into the sky, at once with four gateways and each warden archon guarding each gateway though they were not exactly there, as that was later duties of the soldiers. The appearing of the walls shook everyone, the Moon Empire beca more of a magical city to the entire world and slowly people wanted to be there, populations began to increase.
And for the sake of the feast, the gates were opened and there was a large rise in population, which ant more work to do.
Yhuzia was atleast happy he wasn’t running out of money, the storage is still full and with the tax refund policy it was a perfect way to recycle money. Which ant the empire wouldn’t go broke from the taxes alone but still even has a large amount of wealth to finance territories and pay nobles.
