Soon, as hundreds of thousands of years began to pass at a blistering pace, Maximus’s family began to wake up from their slumber.

As if triggering a simultaneous event, the Overlords also erged from their seclusion, having rested their mind from the earlier battle.

However, instead of doing their own things, they began to gather in the Shadow Void Land, pestering Maximus about what they could do, as they couldn’t sit still.

Witnessing the peace in the Aeon Plane, they felt uneasy, as though they were in an illusion.

"If you want to work, then work!" Maximus said helplessly.

It seed they had grown so used to working that having nothing to do made them restless.

This was especially true for Maximus’s direct subordinates and the absolutes who had worked for him for millions of years.

Although they still received plane origin, even ten tis more than before, they still felt unaccustod to idleness.

Having already advanced to the Overlord realm, they believed they could no longer advance to a higher realm.

No longer having any goals or pursuits, they felt life was aningless.

Feeling their state of mind, Maximus frowned but still began distributing various tasks from his hands.

From extracting plane origin from chaos grass, creating the Chaos Void Outpost, enhancing the Shadow Void Land, and rebuilding the Tower of Knowledge, he assigned each work.

Though Maximus hadn’t fully deduced the whole matter, he already had a frawork for them to start with.

"Haha, this is great!"

"Tsk, as expected of Lord Maximus, this is ingenious!"

"It seems the Aeon Plane will undergo another revolution under Lord Maximus’s care."

With their designated tasks, they felt invigorated, more alive than ever.

Watching this, Maximus didn’t feel happy; instead, he felt solemn.

"It seems peace is beginning to dull their senses..."

If even the Overlords felt uncomfortable with the sudden change, what about those below them?

Deducing the effects on every race and civilization in the Aeon Plane, Maximus’s frown deepened.

Though the plane’s prosperity was continuing to skyrocket, he deduced a point in the future where it could collapse like a landslide.

It might not be apparent now, but most beings began to show signs of degeneration, decadence, and complacency.

Without an external threat, independent powers started to form as internal friction began to creep in.

At this mont, Maximus suddenly understood why the Aeon Plane was divided into the Dinsional Alliance and the Devourer faction.

Even with the dark beasts, there needed to be a controlled rivalry to channel and vent internal tensions.

"Hah! Indeed, as intelligent beings, we crave peace, yet our nature breeds the chaos that ends it," Maximus muttered with a wry smile.

Whether it is mortal or an Overlord, it was ingrained in their nature to desire chaos as proof of existence.

"Since you’ve had enough rest, it’s ti to create sothing to exercise your bodies..."

Mobilizing his authority as the plane master, Maximus began to tweak the rules of the Aeon Plane.

Connecting each dinsion by its origin and laws, he took a piece of the virtual source from Elvian and created an infinite arena.

From that mont on, every dinsion could fight any other dinsion they desired.

From a tier 9 dinsion challenging a tier 12 dinsion or vice versa, everyone had the freedom to conquer one another.

With the weaker side deciding the rules, from mortals competing over who can eat the most to the most powerful fighting to the death, a ga would be ford to decide each dinsion’s fate.

Balancing the rules for the weak and the strong, Maximus set various restrictions and conditions for every dinsional ga.

For rewards, one could choose land, people, luck, talent, origin, or anything imaginable.

As long as it was deed fair by the rules he set, one could even transfer an Overlord’s strength to a mortal on the opposing side.

After polishing the challenge chanics, rules, rewards, and various other factors, the Dinsional Gas were ford.

After implenting and informing all the beings of the Aeon Plane, a vibrant carnival began to unfold.

It wasn’t fear or worry, but excitent! The desire for chaos and ascension began to surge in their blood.

A platform for war and competition, the harbinger of a new era had arrived!

Seeing the sudden shift in mood, Maximus’s eyes flashed with interest.

The previously sluggish atmosphere in the Aeon Plane seed invigorated, as each dinsion eyed the others like prey.

Yet, it wasn’t prey to kill like an enemy, but prey to devour and grow stronger.

Since the gas and rewards could be set to anything, might and intelligence weren’t enough, luck and creativity were also needed to beat impossible odds.

The rules Maximus had set took precedence over everything.

Thus, as long as the weaker side banned sothing, whether physique, strength, treasures, or mory, it would take precedence above everything.

Unless it was Maximus himself, even an Overlord with a plane-level physique couldn’t break the rule.

Such an intriguing challenge not only ignited the people below but also his family and the Overlords.

Without setbacks and challenges, what aning would life hold?

They thought that after advancing to the Overlord Realm, they would have unrivalled freedom. Yet, what they found was unrivalled loneliness.

Now that sothing finally sparked their interest, they eagerly set up dinsions to join these captivating Dinsional Gas.

Of course, the tasks Maximus assigned couldn’t be delayed.

After all, work was work, and gas were gas.

Soon, after setting everything up, Maximus took his wives to have so fun.

As for boredom? Loneliness? With his wives by his side, how could he feel such things?

Those powerhouses felt suffocated only because they lacked companions.

Even his children didn’t mind the peace, finding endless fun things to do. How could they feel loneliness?

As they say, one only feels lonely when alone, but with a partner, even in the most desolate world, there’s endless excitent.

For example, producing the next generation!

Free from worries about disaster or danger, Maximus urged his sons and grandchildren to produce the next generation.

Leading by example, Maximus basked in the warmth of his wives, eager to welco his fifteenth child.
