The Wish of the Dragon Chapter 27:

Issei told everyone he's gonna go outside for a while to test his new skills.

He went to an area that's far from the city because he doesn't want to test his new skills near the city.

After a while, he arrived on empty land.

He tried , it basically looks the sa with gumin but his version has Dragon made of fire then it crashed to the ground.

The power is even bigger than gumin , about 3 tis more powerful.

Then he tried , he created an ice field around him and everything near him is basically frozen.

So it works just like Grayfia and Serafall but with more intensity that the area around him instantly frozen.

As for his , it's just him able to breathe Ice from his mouth just like how his Fire breath works.

Both Kyou & Kinou decided they will only marry the sa guy they approve of, but they never found one after all this ti.
