She turned her gaze towards Corbin Crowley, her eyes flickered, and she walked over, smiling sweetly, "Corbin, can you do a favor?"

Corbin lifted his eyelids slightly, and looked at her coldly, refusing without a second thought, "No."

Unsurprised by his indifference and rejection, her smile remained unchanged.

She then changed tactics, speaking softly, "Corbin, these stones are really important to . I need them to improve my life. If you help carry them back, I can agree to one of your conditions."

Corbin raised an eyebrow, his silver eyes looking at her in surprise, "Any condition?"

His expression was sowhat amused, his voice held a playful tone.

Luna Sutton beca nervous, knowing Corbin was not easy to deal with, she bit her lip and nodded, "As long as the conditions aren’t excessive and I can do it, anything is possible."

She deliberately emphasized the words "not excessive" and "can do".

Corbin sneered, looking at her with disgust at her excess weight, "Since you say so, I have two conditions. First, you have to lose 50 pounds in a month, and second..."

He paused, looking at her nervous expression, and continued, "Second, don’t disgust like you did before, like hanging on , or doing other things I can’t stand."

Hearing his two conditions, she felt relieved; she was already on a weight loss journey.

Who can tolerate such a nearly 300-pound bulk?

She’s still a woman, can’t stand it.

However, losing 50 pounds in a month is really challenging, and she’s unsure if she can make it.

This damn man wants to starve her to death?

But she knows she’s too fat, and she must lose weight.

This damn man has so conscience for not asking her to lose 100 pounds in a month.

As for the second condition, as long as Corbin doesn’t provoke her, she won’t intentionally disgust him.

"Okay, I agree."

After thinking it over, Luna Sutton nodded in agreent.

Corbin saw her agree so readily, feeling suspicious, doubting if she had any tricks up her sleeve.

But he wasn’t afraid she’d back out. If she dared or failed, he’d know how to deal with her.

He got up and walked to the place where the basket, stone pot, and millstone were kept.

Looking at the basket loaded to the brim and two huge stones, his face darkened.

"So many things, how do you expect to carry them? Do you want to haul them back?"

Hauling is one thing, but carrying them along with her is another.

Luna Sutton felt a bit awkward looking at all the items on the ground.

"Um... Anyway, you need to transform into your beast form. Hang the basket on your body, hold the stone pot in your mouth. As for the millstone, I’ll weave a sturdier basket for it, and hang it on your body too, with one basket on each side. Then I’ll sit on top."

Upon hearing her words, Corbin’s face turned darker.

Not only holding one in the mouth and having two baskets hung on his body, but also carrying her as well.

He, the noble Peak of Fifth Rank Beastman, had turned into a pack horse.

But having agreed, it’s not nice to go back on his word.

Luna Sutton saw he didn’t speak, assud he accepted her suggestion, and quickly pulled so flexible and durable vines nearby.

She plopped down on a stone and began weaving a basket.

Her movents were skilled.

Within the ti it takes to drink a cup of tea, a sturdy basket was completed.

Corbin watched her movents with a hint of surprise in his silver eyes.

He had thought these baskets ca from sowhere else, but it turned out she made them herself.

Not to ntion The Wolf Tribe, even in The Royal City, such things didn’t exist.

He was very curious about how she learned to weave these and from where.

"What is this called? It seems convenient for holding things."

He asked softly.

His voice wasn’t as cold anymore, becoming more peaceful.

Luna Sutton glanced at him and casually replied, "It’s called a basket, sothing I figured out myself. It can be used to hold things."

Corbin’s silver eyes stared at her deeply, obviously not believing her.

In his impression, Luna Sutton was lazy, greedy, bad, slobbering over n, slovenly, and not smart enough to figure out such a thing.

Yet he did feel that she had changed.

At least she wasn’t as lazy and sloppy, and seed smarter too.

The pimples and pustules on her face receded, and her skin lightened, but she was still ugly.

"You seem different."

He suddenly said, staring deeply at her with his silver eyes.

Luna Sutton was startled by this statent, stopped her actions, and looked at him, feigning calmness, "How am I different?"

Her heart was sowhat tense, afraid this damn man would notice sothing.

But she wasn’t the original owner, and couldn’t live like the original.

Corbin’s silver eyes continued to stare at her deeply, not answering her question.

Seeing she had finished weaving the basket, he stepped forward, bent down, and placed half the millstone inside, testing if it was sturdy.

Fortunately, the vines were strong and flexible enough to support the millstone’s weight without issue.

Then, a flash of white light, he transford into his beast form, majestic and imposing, extrely impressive.

He opened his wolf mouth, grabbed the two baskets with his mouth, and swung them onto his back, instantly hanging them, one on each side.

Luna Sutton saw him and quickly climbed on.

Corbin felt the weight on his back, his face turned a bit dark, but he said nothing.

With a pot in his wolf mouth, he leaped forward, quickly leaving Adamantus, heading towards the Tagren Forest rendezvous point.

Even with a person and stones on him, his speed wasn’t slow at all.

About half an hour later, they reached the rendezvous point.

At this point, many beastn had gathered here, and various prey piled on the ground, with an intense bloody sll.

Beastn gathered in groups, chatting and laughing.

Luna Sutton sat on Corbin’s back, spotting her father Lyle Sutton, brother Mason Sutton, Rhys Blackwood, Kian Sterling, Zeke Veridian, Malachi Arcanus, and other tribe beastn.

Clearly, it was after a hunt, gathering here seed like they were waiting for them.

The beastn present saw Corbin holding a large stone in his mouth, two strange things hung on his back, with Luna Sutton riding on him.

Especially Luna Sutton, what was she wearing?

It looked like a grass skirt.

With a few leaves hanging on her, only covering essential parts, and the rest of the fat completely uncovered, sagging down, piling up, layer after layer, oily and thick, truly an eyesore.

However, her skin seed lighter, and her facial pimples and pustules were gone.

Lyle Sutton saw Luna Sutton’s outfit, his face dark as the bottom of a pot, but he said nothing.

As Corbin ca closer, the beastn gathered around.

"Corbin, what are these things? Why have I never seen them before?"

"They look like they’re woven from vines, there are seven or eight under the trees over there, covered with grass, I’ve noticed them before, don’t know who put them there."

"Hey, why are they filled with stones, and in such strange shapes..."

"Indeed, Corbin why did you bring back so many stones? Where’s your prey?"

...

Faced with the beastn’s chatter, Corbin’s face looked dreadful, yet he ignored them.

He opened his wolf mouth, dropping the stone pot from his mouth onto the ground, coldly saying, "Don’t you hurry up and get down?"

This was directed at Luna Sutton riding on his back.

She said nothing, quickly dismounted from his back.

Corbin tossed the two baskets hanging on his back onto the ground, flashed into human form.

Lyle Sutton walked over, not caring about Luna Sutton’s grass skirt outfit.

Watching the stone pot on the ground, and stones of strange shapes piled in two baskets, he frowned and asked, "Corbin, where’s your prey? Why did you bring back so many strange stones?"

Rhys Blackwood, Zeke Veridian, Malachi Arcanus, and Mason Sutton ca over curiously too.

The others didn’t know what the baskets were, but Malachi knew.

He had seen Luna Sutton weave them before, knew they were for holding things, called baskets.

Just why she brought back so many strange stones, he couldn’t understand either.
