"Tell again how the woman who used to love your husband has fallen in love with the wife of the man instead," Evan said as I was returning to my room after dinner.
"She doesn't love . It is purely sexual," I clarified.
"How do you know that?"
"We had a conversation regarding this quite a long ti ago. She admitted that she used to have feelings for Dem and still liked him, however, it was not as much as before. And she also said that she wanted to know what it felt to have sex with a human and… envied Dem because he had," I said.
I saw sothing flash in his golden eyes, sothing quite unfamiliar. However, he quickly went back to his old self and chuckled.

Rather than going to my room, I decided to go to my workshop first.

My voice broke. But I continued.

I turned to him, dropping my knees. He sat down in front of and placed his head on my lap as he looked at .
"Maybe he will and maybe he won't wake up, but Blue, there is always a purpose. You can always have sothing to do. You will rule this kingdom. You will still remain the Queen. The people will follow you. You will have your child.

I laughed finally and nodded. "Yeah, it does. It really does."
He waited until I cleaned myself up, changed, and finally climbed on the bed. He pulled the blanket over .
"Should I call you father now?" I asked.
"Should I sing you a lullaby?" he asked.
"I won't mind that."
"But I will. I would rather read a bedti story."
"I whined a lot. You should have said I was being dramatic and shut up. You shouldn't have listened to my odd requests. He closed my eyelids with his palm. "Don't talk now. Go to sleep. Dream of beautiful things. You deserve so peace."

He remained silent. His hand on my eyes shook a little.

I heard his footsteps going farther away from . He opened the doors.
"I will not like it if you take back your words. The position of 'godfather' is for only," he said and closed the doors as I chuckled.
