"How did you know my flight number?"

Jiang Qingkui stepped forward and took the bouquet from Zhou Wang’s hands, discreetly sniffing it before lowering her eyelids and asking.

Hmm, fresh flowers...

Though not the red roses she preferred, it was still a thoughtful gesture.

Caught off guard by Jiang Qingkui’s question, Zhou Wang could only awkwardly laugh and say:

"Of course it was Qianqian who told , who else could it be?"

"Wenxi?"

A flicker of doubt crossed Jiang Qingkui’s eyes; she truly couldn’t recall telling Xu Wenqian her flight number. She vaguely rembered only ntioning the estimated arrival ti.

Nevertheless, given their frequent communication, she might have forgotten. Besides, there are only a few direct flights from Guizhou to Magic City daily. It’s normal to guess the flight number if soone wanted to. So, Jiang Qingkui quickly let it go.

"Mr. Zhou, it’s perfect that you’re here. Let’s talk as we walk; I have a lot to discuss with you."

Looking at the serious Jiang Qingkui in front of him, Zhou Wang was a bit annoyed.

Even if I originally wasn’t here to pick you up, I’m here now, I’ve given you flowers, yet you’re still putting on that "sour face," huh?

Yes, Zhou Wang admitted he had been neglecting Jiang Qingkui recently, perhaps missing a few calls, ignoring dozens of ssages. But this proud woman, clearly thrilled to see him, yet still maintaining her aloof deanor — how could Zhou Wang, who’s adjusted to his overbearing CEO identity, stand it?

Although the surprise Zhou Wang planned for Jiang Qingkui wasn’t the airport pickup, but a ceremony at the dinner party, however...

At this mont, Zhou Wang was quite displeased.

Faced with the usually rational Jiang Qingkui, words had little impact on her, so Zhou Wang, feeling daring, opted for a direct approach.

He strode forward, and in Jiang Qingkui’s startled gaze, wrapped her directly in his arms.

Soft jade fell into his embrace, Zhou Wang sighed with satisfaction.

See, no matter how cold your deanor, your body is warm.

So far, Zhou Wang had encountered many won with perfect figures, but he always believed Jiang Qingkui was the true queen among them.

With a 88-60-91 hourglass figure, paired with a height over 175 cm, when she wore slim high heels, she looked like a world-class painting.

Yet her real treasure wasn’t just the alluring curves.

It was her visually golden ratio alignnt, and the tactile sensation of her extre voluptuousness.

Simply put, she was "well-rounded."

Many beautiful won look well-bodied, but are actually slender and bony; Jiang Qingkui transcended this, finding the perfect balance between voluptuous and toned beauty after inherent charm and acquired training.

That was sothing Zhou Wang discovered during his last inappropriate request to Jiang Qingkui, and it left a lasting impression.

At this mont, while holding Jiang Qingkui’s supple yet slender waist, inhaling the cedarwood-like fragrance from her neck, Zhou Wang instinctively tightened his grip, wanting to pull her deeper into his embrace.

After a brief stiffness, Jiang Qingkui started to struggle involuntarily.

It’s not that she couldn’t accept Zhou Wang’s intimate gestures — they had kissed, even ventured into more daring territories — although their relationship was still ambiguous, Jiang Qingkui wasn’t planning on giving Zhou Wang the chance to take more liberties, but holding hands and hugging was sothing she found hard to refuse...

But this wasn’t a private mont for them; it was the airport, in broad daylight, under nurous watchful eyes!

Though to be fair, last ti at the airport, Jiang Qingkui did initiate a kiss with Zhou Wang.

But that was out of comfort for Zhou Wang, not suggesting such actions had beco their norm... Jiang Qingkui still cared about appearances.

"Zhou Wang, you... let go!"

Feeling the myriad of gazes around, Jiang Qingkui pushed Zhou Wang while quietly admonishing him.

At this point, she even forgot to use formal address, indicating Sister Qingkui’s slight panic.

Zhou Wang didn’t know if she panicked, but Jiang Qingkui’s resistance did cause him so pain, which only fueled Zhou Wang further. He raised an eyebrow and, emboldened by anger, reached out to lift Jiang Qingkui’s chin.

As wise as Jiang Qingkui was, upon feeling Zhou Wang’s gesture, she already realized what he intended to do.

"No... mhm!"

The word "don’t" was halfway out of her mouth when, under Xu Lingyue’s complex gaze, Zhou Wang already kissed Jiang Qingkui.

Last ti was just a fleeting glance; this ti, Xu Lingyue saw clearly: Zhou Wang kissed with greed, it wasn’t rely a "kiss" but more like an "enveloping."

Jiang Qingkui’s bodily reaction was quite intriguing too. She was evidently flustered, one hand upon Zhou Wang’s chest as if to push him away, yet her other hand unconsciously clutched the hem of his shirt, seemingly drawing him closer.

Having spent so much ti with Jiang Qingkui, Xu Lingyue had a general grasp of her personality. To Xu Lingyue, Jiang Qingkui was a strong-willed woman, never hesitant or indecisive, capable of stepping forward even when uncertain if her decision was right. Xu Lingyue had never seen Jiang Qingkui in such a conflicted stance.
