Ling Tian finished telling almost everything to Yun ngxin. Although it would be impossible for soone in the Foundation Establishnt stage to send information through the use of the spiritual sense, Ling Tian could do it. He had access to his sea of knowledge actually, so he could make use of it.
Yun ngxin closed her eyes, slowly digesting this new world that was opening up before her. She was understanding all the information for over an hour. Ling Tian did not move to avoid disturbing her, still keeping her sitting on his legs.
After so ti, Yun ngxin opened her eyes and nodded to Ling Tian. The shock was still evident in her, but she slowly ca to accept it.
Ling Tian gently lifted Yun ngxin, as he led her to a flat stone and sat her down, indicating the position to cultivate.
Yun ngxin positioned herself properly, waiting for Ling Tian's instructions.
"The path of cultivation is very long and unpredictable, so you must have a firm heart and a clear mind. The ups and downs in life are necessary, so you must accumulate experience and thus improve over ti."
Ling Tian taught her the special technique for her body in detail, so that she could cultivate it properly.

Except for the first stage, the other realms are divided into 3 stages, so in order to pass the next realm, you will have to complete these 3 stages and perfect the realm correctly.

In order for you to embark on the path of cultivation, you will have to start gathering the Spirit Chi of the world, of your surroundings.
Thus, you will enter the first stage: - Chi Gathering -"
Ling Tian finished explaining in detail to Yun ngxin about the first stages, as well as explaining to her how to cultivate and absorb spiritual Chi.
Yun ngxin listened to Ling Tian in silence and asked questions to clarify the doubts she had at that ti. Soon after, she began to feel and absorb the spiritual Chi; thus, the cultivation began for the first ti.
Ling Tian observed her cultivation in silence. He did nothing but observe her, to prevent her cultivation from deviating and causing an accident.
A little over an hour later, Yun ngxin opened her eyes surprisingly. She had clearly sensed everything Ling Tian had told her once she started cultivating, so the final barrier that stood before her destroyed it, thus embarking on the path of cultivation.
The martial arts techniques of this world were sowhat similar to cultivation, so so feelings are similar.
Ling Tian smiled delightedly and scanned her with his spiritual sense.
She had broken through the barrier to cultivation and was now in the First Stage of Chi Gathering!
Without any eternal help, be it Chi stones, immortal crystals, spiritual plants or other things, she easily advanced to the First Stage in almost an hour.
