Ling Tian searched the jade containers for the remaining herbs he had. A spiritual dew plant, a stem of spring lotus, and a dragon-heart herb. He took them out at once, along with a clean bottle of jade, and sat down.
Since it had to be in liquid and direct form, he did not have the need to use a cauldron to make a dicine pill.
The icy woman was surprised to see Ling Tian pulling things out of thin air, as if he were working magic. She still sat at a considerable distance from Ling Tian as she watched what he was doing.
Ling Tian proceeded to carefully mix the spiritual dew plant together with the spring lotus stem, while casting a fire spell on his hands to warm the jade bottle and remove its impurities to form a liquid consistency. He then poured out the dragon-heart herb and mixed it delicately while the liquid was refined by the fire around the bottle. The dicinal liquid changed colour, first it was green, then red, and finally it beca a sky blue colour.
The beautiful icy woman was stunned to see Ling Tian mixing the dicinal plants as if nothing had happened, did he not need sothing called a cauldron to prepare the elixirs? She was sure that Ling Tian must be an alchemist, even a very important one since, he could make elixirs without using a cauldron. But, she decided not to say anything to avoid interrupting him.
Almost 30 minutes passed when Ling Tian finished making the dicinal liquid.
"First, you will have to take this special dicine so that it can heal your body and remove any hidden damage you may have". When Ling Tian finished, he explained to her.
"When you get ho, take this dicinal liquid and rest. This will help you heal your body as it digests it for a whole day, so tomorrow at this sa ti, you will have to co again for another dicinal liquid and I'll check the condition of your body again". Ling Tian handed her the jade bottle with the dicinal liquid and continued, "Rember not to train martial arts these days, let alone absorb the energy in your body as it could diminish the effect of this dicine on you."
The woman nodded softly as she looked at the beautiful jade bottle that contained the elixir that could heal her body.
Ling Tian had an easier way of having her body refine the dicinal liquid, but he did not tell her that, as that required skin-to-skin contact, so he was certain she would refuse.
Ling Tian stood up and stretched a little from exhaustion.
The beautiful, cold woman got up too, and just when she wanted to thank Ling Tian for helping her, they heard a piercing noise.
GROARRR!
The woman alerted herself and looked in the direction of the roar.
She was stunned when she saw a demon beast stand a few feet away from them. It was shaped like a tiger with two horns above its head, but it was nearly five ters tall while a powerful and imposing sensation ca from it.
"Dragon Tiger!"
The woman scread when she recognized the demon beast.
"Dragon Tiger?" Ling Tian was surprised when he heard the na of this demon beast: 'It seems that they really have nad the demon beasts'.
Ling Tian did not yet know the classification of the demon beasts in this world, so he did not know that they had been given nas.
Ling Tian had already noticed for so ti that this demon beast was coming in their direction, but he didn't take much notice of it.

"What are you-..." the icy woman wanted to ask Ling Tian what he was up to in addressing the demon beast when she was surprised by Ling Tian's move.
Ling Tian walked normally towards the demon beast, did not even run, but one could see that he was approaching quickly while the demon beast was moving slowly.
A sword suddenly appeared in his right hand, even reflecting the moonlight on its surface, while once he was within six feet of the demon beast, with a clean swing of his blade, he cut off the head of the Dragon Tiger easily.
The head of the demon beast fell and rolled a few feet, almost close to where the cold, stunned woman was.
The woman was stunned to see how the young man in front of her easily killed the demon beast.
Just as she was losing herself in thought, she heard the voice of Ling Tian from a distance, pulling her out of her daze:
"Rember what I told you! Take the dicinal liquid and rest! Don't even try to train anymore! ... See you tomorrow! ... There's no other demon beast around so don't worry!"
The icy woman watched Ling Tian's back disappear into the darkness, while she wondered who this mysterious man was? how powerful he was? where he ca from?
They didn't even know each other's nas, and yet he helped her by allowing her to be cured of her illness.
She wanted to reach out and ask him his na, but, knowing that they would et again the next day, she decided to wait for the next ti.
After seeing that the young man was gone, she left too.
Two young people t in the middle of the night, while one helped the other, and in the end, they said goodbye without even knowing each other's nas. Waiting for the next ti the next day.
