What’s a "Pretentious Ancestor" supposed to be!

Just with a single statent, he made the reporters feel the unmatched aura of the "Ancestor B King".

What’s infuriating is, what he said was the truth.

Su Wan really didn’t shoot for the kill from the spot he had specified.

And that’s Larry Bird’s unique charm; he always says so pretty arrogant things beforehand, and then turns them into reality.

That’s sothing unique in NBA history.

Su Wan, still has room to improve.

Of course, when it cos to becoming the next "Big Bird", Su Wan’s attitude is dismissive, "With my level of athletic ability, why would I want to beco a Big Bird who can’t jump high and runs slow? He could hurt his back fixing his grandma’s railroad, but my body isn’t that fragile."

The reporters were shocked. "Dude, that’s your general manager, and he’s the one who traded you to Indiana."

Su responded, "Yes, but you should see how the dia praises him for that trade. The reason the dia keeps talking about it is because ti and again, I’ve put on performances beyond anyone’s expectations. He believed in , and I solidified another one of his classic trades."

He really doesn’t hold back on anyone!

Even if that person is Larry Bird.

But the reporters were well aware that their report wouldn’t attract any criticism, because Su Wan was telling the truth.

Su Wan didn’t owe Larry Bird anything; they made each other successful.

The endless interviews finally ca to a close, and Su Wan, tired from the trip back to Indiana, drove ho. He felt he should hire a personal driver. After such lengthy interviews, driving himself was truly torturous.

But curiously, he was exhausted while driving, yet not so much when lying on the couch.

He decided to grab his laptop and logged into the forum he hadn’t visited in a while, eager to see just how many posts were singing his praises.

It was now the evening of the next day in Indiana, and the night sky was beautiful. Across the ocean, it must be the crack of dawn, but that was when the forum was most active. Even in the early hours, many were updating their posts.

All the posts were about Su Wan’s "premature turn celebration for the kill":

"Wow, can Brother Su not be so aweso, I’m lost for adjectives to praise him!"

"That ga, as it went down to the wire, had so nervous I stood up. When Brother Su sunk that mid-range shot and turned early, I literally knelt down."

"If you ask , the coolest mont was when Brother Su pretended to press down the remote control. It was so precisely tid, the ball just dropped into the hoop right then, it was like watching a movie!"

...

All sorts of praise made Su Wan feel bashful. After hurriedly reading for an hour, his face flushed with embarrassnt, he clicked on the "x" on the webpage. But as soon as he closed the page, sothing ca to mind, and he reopened the forum to post under his real na:

"Thanks for the enthusiastic support, brothers. I’ve seen all your posts. I’m making this post mainly to collect your ideas. If you have any good ideas for kill celebrations, leave them in the comnts. If it’s feasible, I’ll use these moves to celebrate on the NBA stage."

It didn’t take long for people to start replying to the post:

"People said before that Brother Su likes to browse the forum, and it’s actually true. Brother Su, did you see my post? The forum even featured it!"

"Brother Su calls brother, how do I deserve this honor! Good morning, Su, wait, it should be evening where you are!"

"Brother Su is mighty, Brother Su has swagger, Brother Su v587!"

...

These fans’ posts were all excitedly greeting him, with hardly anyone thinking of any creative ideas.

But he could understand; for a "Superstar" like himself, showing up on the forum would cause such a reaction. He picked a few posts to reply to, but as sleepiness surged back, he didn’t continue the interaction and turned off the computer to sleep.

anwhile, at the Cleveland Quicken Loans Arena, a Cavaliers’ regular-season ga had just finished, and from the excited expressions of the fans on-site, it was clear the Cavaliers had achieved a victory tonight.

For Clevelanders, starting March with such a victory was seen as a good on.

Moreover, the Cavaliers beat the Western fourth-ranked Mavericks tonight.

This sign is even better!

LeBron Jas racked up 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. Just looking at the stats, he was the absolute key to victory tonight. But if you watched the ga, well... those who know, know.

During the post-ga interview, LeBron had a belly full of things to say about the ga. He was even prepared to publicly announce that the Cavaliers were going to make a fierce charge for the playoffs.

But then...

The dia reporters asked even more questions about Su Wan.

No helping it, that ga-winning shot was just too hot!

LeBron could only vaguely nod, "I watched the replay of the ga, and that shot was indeed spectacular. Su did what he had to do, just like tonight. I also took on my responsibilities. We defeated the Mavericks, and that feels great. We’ll keep up the winning montum from tonight and aim to break into the top eight of the Eastern Conference by the end of the season. That’s our goal!"

Luckily, he was adept at shifting the topic, and he forcefully turned the conversation back to himself.

Not to ntion, his proclamation actually caught quite a bit of dia attention.

The Cavaliers currently ranked twelfth in the Eastern Conference, approximately 7 wins behind the eighth spot. With less than 8 gas remaining in the regular season, it looked incredibly challenging to make a last-ditch entry to the playoffs.

Plus, if they hadn’t misrembered, the Cavaliers had already lost twice to the Brooklyn Nets during the regular season.

This ant that if both teams had the sa record, they wouldn’t be able to get into the playoffs.

They had to win at least one more ga than the Nets.

And that was even harder!

Seeing that he had successfully caught everyone’s attention, LeBron seized the mont and continued, "I know this is a difficult task, but it doesn’t an we’re going to give up. We have decent strength, at least in the Eastern Conference. I believe we can make it to the playoffs as long as my teammates and I can perform normally. We won’t lose to anyone!"

His impassioned speech made LeBron feel that he was exceptionally eloquent in front of the caras today.

But then...

"LeBron, do you suddenly announce the playoff charge because of Su Wan winning the Eastern Conference Player of the Month yesterday? Are you also trying to prove yourself?"

This was the first question from a dia reporter after he finished speaking.

LeBron: @##$#@#$%!

Will you guys die if you don’t ntion Su Wan?!

For LeBron, it was definitely a humiliating night; the Cavaliers won the ga, but the reporters’ questions were all about Su Wan. This only fueled his competitive fire even more, swearing to lead the Cavaliers into the playoffs.

Soon, the reporters began to notice the drive of this Cavaliers team.

In the following ti, they won 5 out of 6 gas. By mid-March, the Cavaliers had climbed from twelfth in the Eastern Conference to tenth, now only 5 wins behind the eighth-ranked Brooklyn Nets.

It seed their playoff hopes were growing.

Especially with the Nets not performing well recently, it looked increasingly likely for the Cavaliers to make a playoff run.

Even Su Wan was being asked about the Cavaliers.

"Su, do you think your old team can make the playoffs at the buzzer?"

The Pacers were climbing up recently, reaching third in the Eastern Conference, so Su Wan could afford to pay attention to LeBron Jas and the Cavaliers’ gas. He noticed the recent drive of the Cavaliers and more particularly that the Pacers had a ga against the Cavaliers on April 10th, which was the second to last ga of their regular season.

Su Wan was waiting for a possibility, and based on the current state of things, this possibility was becoming more and more likely.

Of course, it was still too early to discuss this possibility now.

"I look forward to seeing what the final outco will be..." Su Wan said.
