(3rd's pov)
The group that went absurd on the spaceship gathered in a large room with a big screen on it. They didn't know why Mikado wanted them to follow her here, but they did it anyway. There wasn't any reason to distrust her after all. It wasn't in silence, though.
"I just don't understand what's shaless about what I said. Being attracted to and wanting to have babies with soone like Ryoto is natural. He is strong, caring, and understanding. Our babies would be strong and well-protected. He is also a... what was the phrase that Earthlings use... An eye candy! Unless he seems ugly in human eyes."
At first, Yui wanted to start explaining everything that was wrong with what Al had said to Ryoto, but then a sudden question ca to her, and no word could leave her mouth.
She wanted to deny it imdiately, but the more she thought about it, Ryoto wasn't bad-looking. In fact, he was the opposite of that. She saw him without a shirt when they went to the beach with a class last year, and he was visibly muscular, so he must have been working out if his picking up girls with one arm was any indication. His closed eyes also give him a certain charm. Also, despite his pervertness, he was a good person. She knew that because he saved her from hooligans when she tried to do the right thing, and she almost paid the price for it if it wasn't for the closed-eyed boy. The more she thought, the more she didn't like it, so she shook her head to make these thoughts disappear, but the seed had been planted even if she wasn't aware of it.
"My opinion of him doesn't matter. He already has a girlfriend, so even if I was interested in him, which I'm not, it would be aningless."
Yui emphasized on 'which I'm not' hard.
"Of course he has a girlfriend. Have you seen him? He is highly sought after, so it would be stranger if he hadn't. But I don't know what it has to do with what we are talking about."
Al was genuinely confused and wanted to learn more about Earth's culture. Manga was great for that, but nothing beats learning from the source.
Now, it was Yui's turn to be confused.
"What do you an by 'what it has to do with what we are talking about'? Ryoto has a girlfriend, so it ans he is taken, off-limits, in a relationship."
Gears in Al's head started spinning until a light bulb turned on above her head.
"Oooooohhhhh... So it wasn't a joke."
"What wasn't?"
"I thought it was a joke in these manga I read when all the girls were fighting over the MC. I always thought that it was a joke since it would be much easier for them all to get together with him, but instead, they fought against each other. I would understand if it was to establish hierarchy, but it wasn't. Does that an that all Earthlings only have one mate?"
"Partner, but yes." Yui was happy that she finally made the shark girl understand the concept of modesty. But if Al's previous words made Yui a red-colored ss, the next words crushed Yui.exe completely.
"But Ryoto has a lot of partners then." Al pointed to Lala. "Fiancé." Her finger moved to Kaede. "Girlfriend." Then to Rio. "Girlfriend." And then to herself. "Fiancé."
Yui looked around the room in shock. Her eyes went from one girl to another. She almost went ballistic but was stopped by Mikado.
"Enough of this talk. Al, please stop making my student question reality." Mikado lightly chastised without any real slap on the wrist.
What no one heard was a clicking of a lounge with a quiet 'almost' that left Al's mouth.
"Okay! Can I ask Yui one last question? Are you what they call tsundere?"
"I'm not tsundere!!!"
Al recognized a classic tsundere line that answered her question, and she nodded her head, satisfied with the conclusion she ca up with.
Mikado then clapped her hands to get everyone's attention.
"Now, how about we turn our attention to sothing much more interesting. For example, this!"
She pointed to the giant TV with a remote to turn it on. She was a bit more 'extra' since she was much more excited than usual. It does tend to happen more often when it has anything to do with Ryoto as of late. He is a biological mystery that she want to solve.
The TV showed an image of Ryoto and Gid staring at each other. Their mouths were moving, but no sound could be heard.
"Why there isn't any sound?" Rio asked the school nurse.
"Unfortunately, my drone wasn't built for spying. Its purpose was to collect data by filming everything, no matter the circumstances. It can survive temperatures on both extres, high pressure and other difficult climates. Microphone just wasn't needed, and other drones would probably be destroyed in this clash of the Titans."
Everyone except Yui knew that Ryoto was practically inhuman, be it in strength, stamina, or ability. Yui realized that she was the only one confused by Mikado's statent. She didn't have ti to ponder as a new voice appeared.
"So that's what was happening. I was wondering why Ryoto's emotions were so over the place."
Although very experienced, Mikado wasn't a fighter. She was quick to react, but the first one was Al, who was ready to jump on an unknown arrival at any mont, but she didn't move. She felt that whoever it was was strong, much stronger than she was. When Mikado 'finally' reacted and saw who the intruder was, she relaxed.
"I really should be more surprised, but after everything that Ryoto did, I'm just numb to your craziness."
"And you really should be surprised. Usually, what I did shouldn't be possible. There were certain circumstances that allowed to do it. Mostly Ryoto and a mark I left on Lala. Normally, long distances like this ti would be impossible with this technique."
"Kujo-senpa- Ouch!" Before she could finish talking, Rin appeared in front of Yui and flicked her forehead. Yui wanted to argue, but she saw Rin smiling 'kindly' with her eyes closed.
Yui gulped. "Yes, Rin-senpai."
That was the correct choice of words, as Rin smiled more genuinely this ti and patted the girl on her head like she was a child, but Yui didn't have the courage to argue against Rin this ti.
"Now, can soone explain where we are and what is happening? I only know that Ryoto is fighting soone, and it's not an enemy, although very strong. He is strangely excited about it, too."
"Papa wants to fight Ryoto for so reason, and Ryoto accepted it." Lala answered quickly, and Rin nodded. Then everyone's attention changed towards monitar as sothing happened. The biggest reaction ca from Mikado, Al, Ren, and, surprisingly, Lala. All of them widened their eyes as the Emperor of the Milky Way galaxy fell on one of his knees.
It was the first ti for Lala to see her papa in this position.
(Ryoto's pov)
Gid was staring at the ground as if it wronged him. Like the world itself didn't make sense.
"You know, I'm starting to think that this position suits you."
My voice woke him up, and his head whiplashed towards faster than ever before, and he snarled at . Gid stood up and dusted off his knee. It seed that he wasn't affected by my Reiatsu anymore, or if he was, he wasn't showing signs, so I just stopped the attack on his soul. I had already made my statent, and Gid received it.
"I don't rember the last ti my knee touched the ground on a battlefield. I don't know if you are brave or stupid to force into that position, but your last comnt made it clear that you are just an imbecile."
"Say that after you hear what I have to say next. How about I'll let you make the first move since I can see that your knees are already giving out, Grampa."
It's funny because I'm the older one, but Gid didn't share my sense of humor because his brows furrowed any further.
"I see that you need so humbling. I can't have an arrogant bastard for an Emperor that can't back up his words."
To be fair, I'm taunting Gid far more than any other of my opponents, but that's because I may have been still a little mad when he attacked the first ti, and I can pay him back at least a little. I know that it happened almost three centuries ago, but I can be vindictive sotis, and this is that ti. It isn't smart since Gid could probably kill . I'm not really sure, but there is a chance for it to happen if we fought for real, but I know that, at most, I would be heavily injured. He won't kill , and that's why I can act cocky without much worry.
