Usually, this was an arduous process, as most normal people wouldn’t have experienced being so in tune with their Talent, but I was different.

Because my Talent was so weak in the early ranks, I was forced to learn every twist and turn available so as to utilize it to the fullest extent possible.

Well, until recently, I knew everything about my Talent, yet after my upgrade to Prymordyal, I began to feel as if I had only scratched the surface of what it could do.

Sothing I feel I should touch on is that, as I said before, there were ABSOLUTELY ZERO Talent Technique books available to . No matter what rank I achieved, the shop still stayed empty, leading to originally believe my Talent was so weak that apart from the natural unlocking of skills, there was nothing further I could add to my strength.

But now, after coming back to the past, I had been proven wrong, and the bubbling excitent nearly caused to ss up in molding the technique into a bonafide Skill.

Now, so of you may be wondering, "Taylor, how in the hell are you able to change a technique to a skill if you have already stated Skills are Talent Specific, and you couldn’t get any Talent books for yours in the future?"

Well, honestly, you’ve got a good point; how, indeed. If I were to co up with a half-assed excuse, I’m sure y’all would fla for it, so let explain it to the best of my ability.

Techniques can be just about anything, from how to lift weights effectively to sothing as complex as computer engineering. In a sense, all they were was a written description of how the creator advanced their knowledge through using said technique.

Skills….you feel. If the Talent is your arm, then skills are your fingers; it’s a part of you, it’s the ans with which a being accesses and utilizes their Talent.

Talents are like a wall socket, whereas your Skills are the lamp that plugs into the socket to draw power, in this case, Particles; thus, if you wish to transform a Technique into a Skill, you must first be completely in tune with your Talent; that way, you can integrate, or slot in the technique, turning it into a skill.

Since my Talent revolves around using my Brain, and I have a VERY high, albeit not as high as it was in the future, Intellect stat, for to mold the Psy-Tag from a Technique into a Skill wasn’t much of a challenge, and by the ti the Sun rose the next day, I had already completed the task at hand.

{New Skill Unlocked}

{(Minor) Psy-Tag}

{Cost of activation 100 PC, Cost to Sustain 6 PC per hour}

{Bio: Formly a Technique that allows Users to utilize Particles in such a way that they can clone a portion of their consciousness and attach it to a target; this Skill has evolved the properties to new heights.}

{Description: The User is able to make a ntal clone of themselves having 1/4th of their Intellect Stat. This Clone can then be attached to a being. If the being has a lower Intellect Stat than the User, the attachnt of the Clone to another being’s Mind will go completely unnoticed.}

{Description CONT: Once attached to the Mind of the target, the User will be able to share all of the primary senses of the Target, along with remotely reading their thoughts.}

{Description CONT: The Clone will be accessible through a ntal link ford between it and the User and is able to be remotely controlled by the User.}

{Warning 1: Since this Skill is only in the Minor Stage, there was a 100-mile range for the Clone, and if it leaves said range, it will automatically return to the User.}

{Warning 2: In the event a target has the sa or a higher Intellect stat, the Clone will be instantly destroyed, and the User will receive backlash in the form of a 50% reduction to all Stats for 24 hours.}

’Woah…’ laying on my back facing the ceiling with my display panel floating overhead, I found myself at a loss for what to say or think.

The Psy-Tag in Skill form was even better than I could have ever imagined; in other words, IT WAS OP AS HELL!

Reading the full description presented by Arkadia twice, three tis, and finally, a fourth, I still couldn’t shake the feeling that this was all a dream.

Had I owned this Skill in the future, my life would have been a hundred, no, a thousand tis easier. While so of you may think that Psy-Tag was irrelevant or weak since it didn’t have any combat abilities, to , who was practically an expert in espionage, it was the literal embodint of an absolutely perfect ability.

At the sa ti, it solidified the fact that I would continuously need to increase my Intellect Stat, but with how many Stat points I would receive with every level up, that wouldn’t be much of an issue, as I had always intended to keep that particular stat ahead of all my others.

The longer I sat there musing over my new Skill, the more cynical and twisted my thoughts beca, and each one revolved around using Psy-Tag.

’With a 100 Mile range, I can only surmise that with each increase in Stage, I will be able to lengthen further the distance my Clone will travel, which makes spying so much easier for .

’Hell, once it reaches the Perfect Stage, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was no place on Earth my clone couldn’t travel to while still being in range, heh, f**king AWESO!’

"Well, lookie here, it looks like soone woke up happy today," unfortunately, right as I was getting to the good part of my planning process, an annoying voice I had co to loath interrupted .

"Good morning, Face. Did you sleep well?" Amanda said from her bed, where she could be seen holding Baby Brenden and feeding him with a bottle while sitting up.
