When the first batch of Acclimation potions was revealed to the world, everyone on Earth only believed it to be a potion that would allow the body of Non-Rankers to adapt to the flood of Alpha particles surging into the world.
However, as ti went on and people grew stronger, along with the Planet’s grade increasing, one item beca a staple in each of the Ranked Shops, and that was the Acclimation Potion.
What was originally viewed as a one-ti item beca heavily sought after by the masses, as it could help your body acclimate to increases in not only particle grade but also Evolutions.
Funnily enough, the reason behind this potion working so well was based on science. When the body undergoes the evolution process, mass amounts of nutrients are required; this is also the reason behind my present condition.
Upon being broken down and analyzed by both Alchemists and biologists, it was swiftly understood that the chemical composition of the Acclimation potion not only contained an astronomical amount of nutrients, but the effects of the herbs used in its creation triggered the body to convert particles into any nutrients the body required to advance.
Of course, there were limitations; the low-alpha grade potion could only work with Alpha particles, but the higher-grade Acclimation potions worked absolute wonders for the body.
Having gotten my hands on one free of charge, I couldn’t be happier because it ant I wouldn’t be wasting money on one; however, that thought triggered a bubbling curiosity in , which soon turned to dread.
In the week I had been back in the past, I hadn’t once opened up the shop, as it was irrelevant without having any money to buy items, but now I regretted that idiotic idea because the mont I opened the Alpha Shop, I felt like crying tears of blood.

All my grand thoughts of going on a spending spree went up like a puff of smoke. Even if I had 20k Low-Alpha coins, it wouldn’t last long at all, especially if I wanted to be prepared to tackle the ( ) instances…
’Oh no…please not those too,’ rembering that I would need a lot of Instance Tokens, I unhesitantly switched over to the Instance Token Shop and almost passed out from fright.

The High-Alpha ( , ) Instance Tokens were sothing generated in the Alpha Shop post Earth’s upgrade to Beta, and they had been my fast track, powerleveling option; however, upon seeing the astronomical price tag associated with each, I only had two available choices.
I either ignore their existence entirely or grind out the money to buy one; the fact of the matter was I NEEDED those tokens if I ever wanted to advance, thanks to the massive amount of XP required for my leveling up.

’No… it’s fine; I knew it wasn’t going to be a cakewalk from the beginning; for now, I can only adapt and move forward, that is all; I can’t let this be a setback for .’ Gritting my teeth, I not so carefully swiped the Acclimation Potion, popped the cork, and downed the whole vial in one gulp.
Instantly, the warm sensations brought about by the potion flooded my nervous system, and I could feel my strength subtly returning; however, after 5 minutes of digestion, the lingering feelings vanished, and I knew that one potion wouldn’t be NEARLY enough.
Lifting my arms and doing so basic stretches, I felt about 10% better than before, making frown because I knew my wallet was about to scream for rcy once I followed through with my plan.
Now I know so of you are probably thinking, "Ohhh, Taylor, how the hell can you tell what percent better you are?" and to that, I respond, "F**k you, I just know, OK! You try going through soul-shattering pain every ti you evolve, and tell if you don’t know every fiber of your body inside and out, HMPH!
’Years of dealing with Evolutions and physical pain gave a solid foundation of the inner workings of my body, and I knew damn well what it feels like to be perfectly healthy, so the fact that I even attached a nurical value to what I was sensing should make you feel honored.’
