"I can be of uuuuuse to you; please don’t kill ," Amazingly, even in her present situation, Gina was still able to spew utter bullshit in the form of pleading for her life, but I simply ignored her efforts, and placed my free hand over her face.

"Hardly, at best, you would make my life in this Instance more annoying than necessary. You literally have nothing to offer, knowledge? I can easily extract what I want from your mories; your valuable items all belong to , and even your body is a waste; keep that stupid mouth shut, and you may get to see tomorrow." Rolling my eyes and gripping her face tightly, I moved the remaining particles in my body into my arm and Activated my Telepathy skill.

Instantly, a flood of mories trickled from Gina’s head into mine as I saw everything she had experienced in not only this life but also the Origin Tiline, including intimate monts with hundreds of different n.

’Tch, this bitch was a total whore, wracking up a body count even famous idols couldn’t touch, sheesh over 200 rods entered that filthy cave of hers; even holding her head disgusts .’ Wishing I had a pair of gloves to wear so that Gina’s face wouldn’t dirty my bare flesh, I tightened my grip, causing the girl to begin thrashing about as blood leaked from her ears, nose, and mouth.

"Gross, you are total and utter trash, selling her body for minimal benefits all because you were too scared to tackle instances alone."

CRACK!

Before I could say another word, I felt the tips of my fingers sink into Gina’s head as the force behind my grip was too intense for her weak, Basic Human skull to sustain.

Screaming a high-pitched scream like that of a maid cat as her skull was crushed under my hand, Gina’s body soon fell limp, and I graciously absorbed what XP I could from the corpse before tossing it aside like used goods, sothing the young lady had been quite used to in her lifeti.

"Sigh, I wish I could say that was, at the very least, entertaining, but those morons were too weak; the only good thing to co out of this was I got a bunch of loot and obtained the knowledge that although their group had been in the Instance for months, they hadn’t encountered remains of any other people on the Bronze side of the Caverns, which ans I don’t need to stay up in my hidey-hole any longer." Dusting my hands off on my pants, I pulled up my inventory and scrolled through my gains from the little skirmish, only to end up releasing a high-pitched, surprised whistle.

"Well, I’ll be damned; those two were rich as hell; oh yeah, that reminds , there were two more…" Looking off to my left, I spotted the corpses of my first two victims and felt a little regret.

Not because I had rcilessly killed them, no, that was never a thought, to begin with; instead, it was the loss of maximum free loot.

Padding my way over to the headless corpse carrying a smaller one, I crouched down beside them and placed one hand on each of their chests, roughly above their hearts.

"Arkadia, proceed with Inventory Extraction." This command was every bandit and thief’s wet dream, but for those of us considered as the higher echelons of society, it was more lackluster than anything.

Inventory Extraction was exactly what you’d assu it to be: a way for anyone with access to Arkadia to claim loot from those they killed.

Once the command was uttered by soone who was touching the heart of their kill, the system would automatically extract the contents of the corpse’s inventory, with the only, yet major, downside being you could only receive 10% of the contents of the dead person’s inventory.

Knowing about inventory extraction was also the reason behind my forcing Aaron and Gina to dump their inventories onto the ground before killing them, sothing I had long since perfected in the Origin Tiline.

In this manner, I would be able to receive the optimal amount of loot from my enemies, followed by reaping their lives to acquire their XP.

"8211 High-Alpha Coins, 57001 Low-Alpha Coins, nurous potions of a wide variety, half a dozen low-grade Instance Tokens, oh, a set of 4 matching tokens, Nice, and last but not least…" glancing at all four corpses and tallying up my gains, I swiftly stripped down everyone’s armor, leaving the four bodies in their underwear.

"Four sets of armor with matching weapons…it’s a sha nothing suits , as it’s all plated, but beggars can’t be choosers. Worst case, I can throw them up at the auction house when it opens later on; still storing them will be a pain in the ass; when I get back ho, I need to sort out an underground bunker to house my gear and shit since my Inventory space will eventually be limited."

With all my loot perfectly organized in my inventory, I stood up and turned my attention to the horde of wolf-sized monsters pacing back and forth in the distance.

Looking from the Subterranean Ferretmoles as they threw their bodies against the invisible safezone barrier to my XP, I noticed I only gained 2% by killing the group of four Alpha-Rankers and clicked my tongue.

"If I were a lower Classification, I would have gained a shit ton more, probably at least 20% if I was a Basic Human." I mused while swapping out my dagger for the expensive sword Aaron had been using.

"Not Bad; it’s a High-Alpha grade and gives a decent boost to my Physical Stats." Examining the weapon’s description while twirling it around expertly, I began walking toward the pack of monsters that would continue attempting to get into the safezone for the foreseeable future.

That was the problem with these Instance Monsters: unless given a reason to actively avoid the Safezone or even Gates, the dumb beasts would continuously ram against the barrier until they either passed out from exhaustion or died from hunger and dehydration.
