The car was cruising on the road when Song Luokui gave Chi Yu a direct call, "There's a guy who wants to have dinner with . I'm going to eat at the place near your building. Are you free to join us?"

"Who?" How could he not be free! Even if he wasn't free, he had to make himself free.

Chi Yu brought Song Luokui back to his office. "What happened?"

After the call, Chi Yu had her sit beside him. "Are you heading back today?"
Song Luokui nodded, "Yes, I have to."
Just then, the secretary ca in to summon Chi Yu for a eting. He told Song Luokui, "I have a eting now. Shall we have dinner together later? I can send you back in the afternoon, okay?"
"Sure, no problem."
After sending Song Luokui back to her company that afternoon, Chi Yu went to deal with Wei Li's matter.
Wei Qing had just finished handling so overseas business when soone called and asked him to pick up his cousin. "If you don't co, I'll send him to mine in Africa."
Upon hearing it was Chi Yu, Wei Qing imdiately rushed over. On the ground, Wei Li lay with his mouth gagged, his face bruised and swollen, though still conscious. But his limbs were bound.
Wei Qing glared at Chi Yu, "What's the aning of this? Unlawful detention!"
Chi Yu sneered, "Unlawful? So you know what's unlawful? Why don't you ask him what he did?"
The guards removed the gag from Wei Li's mouth. He imdiately shouted, "Brother, avenge ! Kill him for !"
Wei Qing squatted down. "What did you do?"
Wei Li still didn't understand what had happened. "I just wanted to have a al with a beautiful lady. She wouldn't dine with , disrespecting , Wei Li."
Wei Qing asked, "A beauty? What's her na?"
Wei Li paused, seeming to not know her na.
Wei Qing looked towards Chi Yu.
Wei Li then recalled, "She's probably the boss of Tian Yu, that Zhou QingRong's boss, a woman."
Wei Qing slapped him hard across the face. "Didn't you rember which people in the Capital Circle are untouchable?"
Wei Li froze in shock.
Chi Yu waved his hand dismissively. "You can take him away now. But I hope I won't hear his na again from Luokui, otherwise I might need more workers for those mines abroad."
The guards imdiately untied Wei Li. Wei Qing shot Chi Yu a glance before leading his cousin away, gritting his teeth to endure a while longer.
But before the two could leave, Chi Yu added, "Oh, soone from Song Luosheng's side might be coming soon."
Wei Qing's expression changed, and he promptly took Wei Li away.
However, they hadn't driven far when two cars blocked their way. Song Luosheng got out of one and dragged Wei Li from the car. "So you're the one who wanted to make a move on my sister?"
Wei Li cried, "No, who are you?"
With a loud "Ah!", his hair was seized and he was stuffed into the other car. Wei Qing made to move but was imdiately restrained by the n. Song Luosheng looked at him coldly. "You can act, but I don't think you'd want to keep dealing with overseas matters after just returning from abroad!"
Wei Qing froze, making no further move as he watched Song Luosheng take Wei Li away.
Wei Li yelled, "Brother! Hel-" before being muffled by a foul sock.
It was evening before Wei Qing finally went to retrieve his cousin. Song Luosheng remarked, "Your brother is quite the idiot. I suggest sending him back abroad."
Wei Qing walked away with an ugly look, gritting his teeth to endure a while longer.
That night, Chi Yu took Song Luokui to attend a party in their social circle. Ever since they had been together, Song Luokui found that Chi Yu often took her to various events.
At the banquet, she reunited with her sisters, breaking away from Chi Yu to join them. "You're here too?"
Weng Jiao laughed, "Just here to have fun. Look at you, ever since getting together with your man, when was the last ti you paid attention to our news?"
