But at that mont of death, Kyle was keenly aware that there was a smile tugging at the corner of his lips and that Petra was yelling at him. Lotus’ location was too far away to hear what they were saying.
But Kyle knew how to read lips.
’What the f*** are you doing?’ Petra yelled.
Kyle chuckled. ’I’m doing what I want. Besides, aren’t you happy to see in this condition?’
’You’re crazy! Damn it! You’re such a crazy b*stard! Why did I get entangled with you in the first place, you b*****!’
Petra scread towards Kyle but the dying Kyle didn’t seem to care as he closed his eyes, seemingly dead.
From the distance, it only looked like Petra was abusing Kyle because of what Kyle had done for the past few weeks. The destruction of the world that Kyle had been doing just made Lotus’s impression of Petra rise several tis higher than Kyle.
And Petra’s reputation was better than Kyle. At the very least, there was no one who kept on telling Lotus about how dark Petra was.
Truly like a box office cliché hero movie from the side character’s point of view.
However, after that grand battle where lightning and fire converged everywhere, Kate was also there. She ca forward and looked at everyone who had finished the battle, chuckling coldly.
’Have you had enough having fun?’ Those were Kate’s words. Lotus couldn’t hear it but Kyle could read her lips.
This appearance of Kate from such a close distance was the first for Lotus and it was also at this ti that Kyle realized that the current Kate in the image was terrifyingly cold and indifferent.
She was very different from the cute and playful Kate he knew.
Instead of smiling happily, she was sneering. Her face was terrifying cold and the next mont, she raised her hand and activated her reverse healing. Everyone around Lotus withered at speed visible to the naked eyes.
And the range was terrifyingly wide.
The people nearby were all screaming, trying to get away as far as possible. They didn’t want to get entangled with the famous reverse healer who had already made her na rang on this wilderness.
’You…’ Petra also found Kate and then struck on his place.
He was unable to move.
The Kyle on the ground was not dead yet, he was just staring blankly at everything that happened. His current appearance was no different than that of a corpse.
’Killing everyone.’ Kate’s tone was ridden with huge killing intent. She looked at Petra as she stretched her hand, the reverse healing was completely focused on Petra.
At this mont, the real Kyle realized that Kate had grudge towards Petra too.
’You….’

Without any life left, Petra lost all sign of life and fell to the ground as withered corpse.
’Thanks for luring him here.’ Kate looked at the dying Kyle and then turned around, walking towards the other people who had been watching the fun here.
Her steps brought her directly straight towards Lotus.
’What do you want?’ Lotus scread and backed away. She could feel her life being pulled away from her and felt fear from the bottom of her heart. This feeling was even stronger as Kate got closer to her.
She didn’t want to die.
But she couldn’t do anything.
There was only despair and hatred. Despair for being so weak and hatred because she was too weak!
Kate didn’t answer. She walked towards Lotus in the last scene and her hand stretched towards Lotus as Lotus’s body withered at slower speed. Lotus was already too weak to even struggle and could only watch Kate held her head with hatred.
Kate was murmuring sothing, but Lotus couldn’t hear anything.
She could faintly see Kate’s other hand, her palm was up and there seed to be sothing on top of it. But her already hazy consciousness made it harder for her to even focus.
The image turned blurrier with seconds.
And everything turned black.
"Things are different." Kyle closed his eyes for a mont, forcing himself to calm down and not get affected by what he had seen and then looked at Petra calmly.
Petra’s eyes narrowed. When he first touched that crystal, he was in a daze for an entire day, imrsed in Lotus’ mory and sensed her desperation as she struggled at the lowest bottom of the society. Even if she was an awakened, her progress had been extrely slow back then.
This so called rebirth was what Lotus relied on in order to change her future to a better one and to protect herself.
But the two ’villains’ in her story had changed.
They didn’t destroy the world as they should have in accordance to the storyline that Lotus had known.
"What’s different?"
"A cat," Kyle answered and laughed lightly. From the very mont Lotus returned to the past, she had already changed the trajectory just from the few seconds she scread.
He might not pay attention to the student, but he still heard the scream and the commotion outside. Without Lotus suddenly receiving her mory and scream in fear, Kate might not end up fusing with his cat and turned into Little Kitty.
That way, they would truly not know each other and probably only et during the ti in that academy when he picked up Dylan’s cousin sister.
Things had changed completely.
He stood up. "I would like to thank Lotus for ’coming back in ti’ and changing so many things from how things are supposed to happen. Also, you should know that you no longer have any place in this world after you have provoked so many tis. Your woman calls a villain. Wouldn’t it be a sha if I didn’t fulfill her expectation?"
"What are you….Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"
Kyle ignored the scream of the man behind him as he closed the door and walked out of the room. The door closed and insulated everything that happened inside perfectly.
