"But then, we can’t just go back." Lucy frowned. She didn’t want to leave these two to do the most important thing and brave danger by themselves.
"Stay in this area and deal with the giant mutated animals so that we can run away faster later. Also, those people are still watching us, so you can use this chance to watch them back." Kyle smirked.
The others looked at each other and finally nodded.
Both Kyle and Kate were not affected thanks to the healing ability and also the illusion ability that they shared. It had given them enough resistance to go against the powerful tempting aura that the source emitting.

At this ti, they noticed that another group was already within the mist and busy fighting there.
They looked so desperate.
As if they were already in front of the source and ready to fight to their bitter end just to get it.

"That seems to be out of control." Lucy blinked her eyes.
Jake and the other silently nodded in agreent.
Kate looked at the people in front of her that seed to be charging towards their death and silently used healing towards them. It might not help that much, but if these people were to gain clarity for a mont, they might be able to realize that they were being lured inside.
With more and more powerful giant mutated animals around, they might never be able to get back alive.

Kyle glanced to the back and saw Petra was heading to a different direction with his group. He wanted to go forward and kill Petra, but there were simply too many high ranked giant mutated animals.
He couldn’t lose sight of his main important mission now.
Kate could sense the location of so giant mutated plants and noticed that there was actually a different route towards the source. By now, the main route with the obvious cave like entrance would have been filled with people.
They just had to use a different way to approach the source to be able to obtain it before others.
Kyle nodded and continued walking towards the location that Kate ntioned. She told him that this cave was connected to several entrances, but this was the safest, which was why she picked it for him.
"You can even see the map of the entire island." Kyle was speechless. "Do you really only sense the living beings?"
Kate glanced at Kyle but didn’t elaborate. After reaching rank 8, she could clearly sense these mutated plants, allowing her to be able to see the geography of the areas around her very clearly. It really felt as if she was looking at everything from above.
For ordinary plants, she could barely feel them. It was still sowhat vague and seed to be able to be controlled. When she wanted to, she could sense them vaguely but when she didn’t want to, she wouldn’t sense them and they wouldn’t bother her.
The ability was indeed very scary.
Kyle entered the entrance Kate ant and continued walking. It was a narrow tunnel but soon, they reached a sowhat bigger area. A pearl at the size of a child’s fist was rolling about in the middle.
As Kyle approached, he suddenly felt sothing was threatening him, but then there was a shield that covered him.
Kate was astonished. She naturally fought against the source and realized that the source might be able to use all the elents, but the control was not that good.
This was their advantages.
Kyle nodded and slowly approached the source. He looked at the moving source and frowned.
Kate suddenly said but then she was stunned. How did she know how to take the source?

With a slash, a wound was ford on Kyle’s hand and the blood dropped on the source that was trying to get away. However, the mont the blood touched it, Kyle could sense the connection and also the overwhelming energy that was pouring towards him.

From behind, a young woman suddenly jumped out and stretched out fire attack towards Kyle.

Evading to the side, Kyle looked at Lotus coldly. This woman seed to be seeking death and even when he felt the pain from the source mixing into his body, he still could control his ability at so degree.
Even if he didn’t understand why Lotus could co here, the plants might actually help her since she was of wood elent.

"Hand over the source!" Lotus scread and countless plants were heading towards Kyle.
Kate was about to make a move when she sensed Petra coming over. She owed lightly and the reverse healing imdiately went to work towards Petra. Being at peak rank 7, Petra clearly sense the danger when Kate made a move against him.
Kyle waved his hand and lightning converged.

Kate could no longer follow their movents, but she stayed in Kyle’s pocket obediently, watching as Petra was forced to retreat because he knew that he would die if he were to get closer.
Reverse healing for those at high ranked would take so ti.
It was a pity she couldn’t directly kill that Petra.

Scream filled the cave as Lotus fell to her knees. She looked at Kyle in horror as she couldn’t believe that her calculation was useless in front of him. Even when she waited for him to be weakened by the source, he was still more powerful than her.

Kate was bewildered as she looked at Kyle in astonishnt. Even when she knew that Lotus was most likely a rebirthed person due to her ability… was Kyle so scary in her so called ’past life?’
