“Oh, you’re done?” Marc turned around.
Kate nodded and stood up, looking towards Lucy who was still busy beating the hell out of these giant mutated animals. She was amused when she thought about how Lucy was truly a person who liked to practice martial arts in the past.
At the very least, she had already done that for so ti and beco quite strong in exchange.
“I have nothing else to do.”
“Are you serious about her?” Kate could still hear Marc’s conversation with Robby even when she was practicing. After all, her way of practicing was more leisure than other people because of her special physique.
Marc’s face turned slightly red, but he still nodded.
“Then you better not hurt her.” Kate smiled charmingly. “Because if you hurt her, the one who will beat you up is not only her but also .”
Marc looked at Kate weakly and nodded.
Being beaten up by Lucy ant that one’s face would turn into a pig’s face. Being beaten up by Kate ant that they would definitely experience hell…

The sound of motorcycles ca from the distance and Kate smiled brightly when she saw Kyle coming back. The mont he ca down the motorcycles, she ca forward and hugged Kyle.
“Do you miss so much? I only go for a few hours.” Kyle was amused by Kate’s sudden action.
“Mhm.” Kate buried her face in Kyle’s embrace.
Just as Kyle thought that she was simply too shy, he heard her voice in his mind.
Kyle lowered his eyes and saw Kate had raised her head. But there was a faint glisten at the corner of her eyes.
Seeing that, Kyle panicked a bit.
Did she cry?
Kate was speechless by Kyle’s question. First of all, Marc and Lucy would never dare to bully her unless they were seeking death. Secondly, how many giant mutated animals can actually be her opponent?
They would be killed within few minutes at most.
Kate didn’t know how to explain this well. After taking that crystals that were far above her own rank, she ca to realize that she might not know the world so much.
Even with the sa crystals’ colors, there might be variation.
But the types were sowhat similar, which might be why the color of the crystals were the sa. Yet, the abilities it produced was completely different from what it showed on the surface.
Kyle’s eyes glinted as he looked at Kate.
He had such thoughts before because this was the rarest type of crystals and gems. But now looked at that giant mutated cabbage and Kate’s reaction, he felt that he might have guessed the truth.
Kate didn’t know how to explain it.
It was like in the ga, when one level up to a certain level, there will be options to pick their classes. And even in the sa class, there will be so branches. For example, a mage could beco combat mage, elental mage, and so on.
This so called transformation ability was similar.
And Kate felt that she could pick the direction she wanted when she was absorbing that crystals back then.
But the direction was also controlled by her sub consciousness.
It was directed in accordance to her deepest wishes.
And when Kate realized what she could do, she felt so fear. Fear for herself and the thoughts that has been hidden deep in her heart without her even realizing it.
Kate forced a smile out but didn’t explain more. She then thought of the devices that Kyle planned to make and added.
Kyle looked at Kate deeply and agreed to her request.
“Hey, how long are you two going to hug?” Marc couldn’t bear to watch this any longer. He felt that he was being force fed with dog food and had to watch it until the very end.
“Let’s go back.”
“Ok.”
“Are you done with your business?” Kate recalled that Kyle went away for so ti not long ago.
“Yep.” Kyle nodded. “It’s done.”
“Good.” Kate smiled. She would not ask too much about what he did because she knew that he also needed so privacy. Anyway, if it was sothing that involved her, he will tell her eventually.
Kyle patted Kate’s head and asked her to take out a car.
It was ti for them to go back to City E.

The return journey was relatively stable. Aside from the fact that Lucy was a bit overwheld by Robby’s ‘even more enthusiastic response’ to her, there was nothing strange.
Kyle looked at Marc, who was arguing with Robby and joked around with Lucy and silently shook his head.
As expected of a little genius in the academic field.

Kate went to see her parents while Kyle headed to see his own father.
