Viktor sat in Rachel's office, one leg crossed over the other, his gaze fixed on the desk before her.

A green oblong waterlon lay quietly on the desk, its eyes tightly closed.

Dean Rachel pushed up her glasses and pressed a hand against her slightly feverish forehead, saying with exasperation:

"Council mber Kravina, it's not that I won't help, but your request is... rather demanding."

Viktor reclined on the sofa, hands resting casually on the armrests.

"If my request cannot be fulfilled, it might sowhat affect my capabilities."

"I believe, Dean Rachel, you've witnessed what I'm capable of firsthand."

Rachel fell silent for a mont, her mind inevitably drifting back to Viktor's earth-shattering battle in the Padalenbu Sea.

Those dazzling spells, and that final devastating attack that could rend heaven and earth.

Just thinking about it made Rachel's head throb.

The imnse power had completely split both ocean and sky in two.

Had it happened on land, the entire ground might have been torn asunder.

As a council mber, it was perfectly reasonable for Viktor to make requests, and the council would try their best to accommodate them.

After all, the battle at Padalenbu Sea had brought significant attention to the council.

However, Viktor's current request was indeed troubleso for the council.

Needing a staff that could withstand his magic?

Was he even listening to himself?

The 'Uruste' staff they had given him previously was already incredibly powerful.

It was crafted with premium materials - a unicorn's horn, a fourth-tier magic dragon's tail, and a hundred-year-old locust branch - all top-tier staff materials.

Yet such a staff, which should have served a mage for life, had shattered in the hands of this otherworldly being!

And the council mbers couldn't even find fault with it.

After all, broken ant broken.

What staff could possibly withstand magic of that magnitude?

Rachel heaved a deep sigh, remained silent for a mont, then continued:

"Besides... to be frank, you shouldn't be coming to with this request..."

Rachel was just a fourth-tier mage whose pride lay in the Sky Sparrow spell, used for surveillance and live broadcasting.

It could also enable long-distance communication.

How would she know anything about crafting staffs?

"That's why I'm here to ask you to relay a ssage to the council."

Viktor said calmly:

"In so ti, I'll be taking people to Endymion."

So that's the delivery deadline?

Rachel pondered for a mont and said:

"Actually, if it's just about crafting the staff, that's not too difficult."

"One of our council mbers, Ryan Kent, is a talented dwarf craftsman."

"Council mber Kravina, your previous staff and mage robes were his creations."

At this point, Rachel paused, looking at Viktor's coat, falling into contemplation.

Well... she couldn't quite understand why she had never seen Viktor wear those mage robes.

As a mage, proper robes would be quite fitting.

Like herself, wearing robes that were both suitable and dignified.

Honestly, she couldn't understand Viktor's aesthetic preferences.

Robes were clearly more appropriate for mages.

But she didn't dwell too long on Viktor's coat, continuing:

"But regarding the materials, honestly, we're quite limited..."

Materials like unicorn horns were rely rare.

Fourth-tier magic dragons were beings that even three or four fourth-tier mages couldn't defeat with certainty.

The council mbers could manage by hiding sowhere, preparing a spell, and blasting the dragon.

That's how they got the materials for Viktor's previous staff.

But this ti, the material requirents were even higher than a fourth-tier dragon's tail...

Such materials were not only hard to find, but even if found, they might not be able to defeat the creatures possessing them.

Just as Rachel was sinking into endless worry, Viktor spoke:

"I can provide so of the materials."

"Similarly, if the council encounters difficulties, just tell what materials are needed, and I'll handle it."

Rachel finally understood.

Viktor ant he needed soone to design an extraordinary staff, powerful enough to withstand his magic.

But he could resolve the material requirents himself.

As long as they didn't need to seek those rare materials, this beca much more manageable.

Though compared to the previous staff, the crafting difficulty had increased by more than one level.

After all, Viktor's magic was simply too extraordinary.

Even fifth-tier mages might not wield such terrifying power.

Rachel nodded, her furrowed brow finally relaxing, and said:

"If that's the case, then there's no problem."

She took her cane and tapped the waterlon lying quietly on the desk.

The waterlon, as if summoned, opened its eyes and turned to Rachel:

"What is it, Azure?"

"Viktor has so questions for you."

Rachel looked back at Viktor and said:

"Tell it your requirents."

"In a sense, it possesses omniscient effects."

"It will tell you anything related to you."

The waterlon turned to look at Viktor, who was still reclining on the sofa, waiting silently.

Viktor thought for a mont, when suddenly inspiration struck - he rembered a staff he had once favored in the ga.

[The Truth of Great Prosperity]

It was considered an inadequate, peculiar staff.

In the ga, this staff provided players with such low magic enhancent that almost no one would use it.

Most importantly, its inherent effect made even more people avoid it.

[Great Prosperity]

The staff's effect could provide the user with more health and strength based on magic power and spell intensity.

But ordinary mages didn't need these two attributes.

Even magic warriors couldn't use this staff.

Thus, players dubbed it the most useless staff.

As for why Viktor liked using it?

Because it was very handy in fights.

Viktor's lips curved into a slight smile as he said:

"I require this staff to greatly enhance my physical abilities, and if it could strengthen my magic power, that would be even better, even if it consus more magical energy."

"But the staff's durability must be extrely high. I need it to completely withstand my magic, and even serve as a lee weapon."

Viktor wasn't concerned about whether the staff would increase his magic consumption,

After all, he had Vega as an external magic source.

"The staff should be hard enough to cut through a dragon's tail without showing any signs of damage."

With each requirent Viktor listed, Rachel's eyebrows twitched.

By the end, Rachel nearly collapsed.

Are you sure you're asking for a staff?

Why does it sound more like equipnt for warriors and knights?

They say Viktor, as a mage, likes close combat - surely this couldn't be true...

The waterlon listened to Viktor's requirents, various chaotic images flashing through its eyes.

The images rolled like high-speed film, blurred beyond comprehension.

They appeared as rely jumbled color blocks.

As the waterlon's eyes refocused, it finally spoke:

"I need ti to create the blueprints and determine the specialized materials needed for crafting the staff."

Viktor nodded, saying calmly: "No rush."

"But I have one more question."

He leaned forward slightly, clasping his hands on his knees, his gaze fixed intently on the waterlon.

The waterlon returned his gaze, its calm eyes carrying a profound light, like morning stars streaking across the night sky.

"I have seen your experiences."

"At the world's end, chaos born from disorder, lust overflow from desire."

"The origin of chaos lies thousand miles beneath the earth."

Viktor listened to its cryptic description, seeming to understand sothing, and nodded.

Naturally, his question concerned Henie.

And from these brief sentences the waterlon shared, he grasped the general aning.

Connecting it to the ga, he could associate quite a bit.

But regarding things related to Henie, Viktor could only think of one thing.

"Lust."

But Viktor hadn't sensed the presence of other demons from Henie.

If he had overlooked sothing, that was possible.

But demons couldn't escape Vega's eyes.

Strangely though, Vega hadn't detected any other demonic presence either.

Viktor couldn't quite understand it.

But at least things hadn't developed in a bad direction.

He just needed to maintain so control over the situation.

The waterlon began to doze off, seemingly having expended much energy.

"In so ti, go to the Sky City, I will bring you the blueprints you desire."

With that, the waterlon, as if drained of all energy, closed its eerie eyes again and lay down to sleep.

Rachel looked at the sleeping waterlon, then raised her head to Viktor:

"I'll notify the council and do my best to recall Council mber Kent."

Viktor nodded and stood up, just about to leave when urgent knocking ca from outside.

The student didn't wait for Rachel's permission to enter, but directly opened the dean's office door.

Their first words were filled with anxiety:

"Dean, sothing terrible has happened!"

They suddenly noticed Viktor standing to the side, and their words imdiately changed to:

"Professor Viktor!"

"Your fiancée is fighting with your two students!"
