Compared to live streaming, Lin Yiyi would rather open her own shop.

It was said that there were tens of thousands of live strears on this platform. These live strears covered topics of every sort, and more and more videos were erging each day. There were also a growing number of viewers. This platform was exploding in popularity.
Since Lin Yiyi was going to co up with a plan related to food, she naturally had to pay attention to the food videos.
Compared to the other types of live strears, there were relatively very few live strears that focused on food. So of the most popular ones were people eating food.
There was recently a growing popularity of reality shows in the form of people live streaming themselves eating gourt food. Specifically, the strears would face the cara while eating the food and rely on their ability to enjoy eating food on cara to get views and rewards.
After Lin Yiyi went through the videos of past streams, she found that there were more people that stread themselves eating food and less people cooking food.
Actually, it was easy to understand why this would happen. Compared to eating, cooking required skills. It wouldn’t go well if you didn’t have genuine cooking skills to showcase.
Besides, everyone had their own unique ways of cooking. If you taught other people your cooking thods instead of opening your own restaurant, wouldn’t that be exposing your trade secrets?
Wouldn’t that be ruining the livelihood of the teacher that taught the students?
However, Lin Yiyi didn’t care about this.
Although one of the factors that a first-rate chef was able to cook delicious food was because of their own set of techniques, there was sothing else that played a bigger role. It was their experience in cooking that allowed them to cook food that would be endlessly praised even using simple ingredients and without any complicated cooking thods.
Most of the food that she had cooked here were all ordinary hostyle dishes. The reasons that the food looked good in the photos was because she was at expert at plating and knew how to handle food, that’s why the food looked appetizing and gourt as if they had co out of a high-end restaurant.
At this ti, Lin Yiyi had already registered on a live streaming platform.
She wouldn’t rush with streaming her first video. She still needed to do so preparations. It was just like how a chef would go through the ingredients before cooking and think about what tools and seasonings that she would use in order to compose the al.
Even if she was just displaying the process of how a dish would be cooked, the level of difficulty had to be slowly increased. She couldn’t jump straight to cooking relatively more difficult dishes like Slivers of Five Flavors or Buddha Jumping Over the Wall. The first dish tested one’s knife skills and the latter tested one’s ability to control heat and the degree in which the food was cooked. If you didn’t have enough experience, it wouldn’t be possible to successfully cook either one of these dishes.

Cooking required a gradual advancent in skill.
Modern-day people lived fast-paced lives and were busy with work. How could they normally have ti to cook for themselves? However, there were still many people that were willing and interested in cooking despite lifestyle constraints.
There were also housewives and even retired middle-aged and elderly people as her potential audience. If she showed them how to cook highly praised dishes in a simple way, they would probably be happy to try it out.
Having a general idea of what she wanted to do, she temporarily put the matter aside to go cook sothing for her children.
