A match for the stars?

The thought of his own ridiculous ambition made Yu Chen lower his head in self-mockery.

In the face of a "star" like Tendo, so-called geniuses like them were nothing but insignificant dust in the sunlight.

There was simply no comparison.

He was like this, and so was Chen Kong not far away, and even the "Demon Blade (Chen Xing)" above him.

If other Starchildren were special because of the "Starlight Core Surgery," then Tendo was the exact opposite.

He wasn't special because of the "Starlight Core Surgery"; he was special in his own right, which only made the "Starlight Core Surgery" seem more so.

From the beginning, Tendo's power wasn't because of the "Starlight Core Surgery" but because of the two words: "Tendo Sii"

It was his very existence that elevated the "Starchildren" to a height they didn't belong to.

After realizing the imnse gap between himself and Tendo, Yu Chen, feeling he had no chance of victory, his eyes slowly dimd.

After all, in the face of absolute power, sches and desperate last stands were utterly aningless.

Because a human being can never defeat a monster.

"Giving up?"

Just as Yu Chen was about to resign himself, a slightly disappointed voice ca from above him.

Hearing this, Yu Chen looked up again. He was t with Tendo's indifferent expression, looking down on him like an ant.

"Vice-Captain Yu, I thought you might provide with so fun, but it seems I expected too much."

"You, like the others, are just weak, worthless ants."

"And for ants, there's no need for to continue playing with you."

As he spoke, Tendo slowly raised his hand, ready to deliver the "final blow" to Yu Chen.

But at that mont, a change occurred!

Bang!

Amidst a sharp whoosh, the "Tendo Sii" whom he saw as a monster, transcending all others, actually took a half-step back?!

Although the price of that half-step was the attacker's entire left arm, it still left Yu Chen utterly shocked.

Tendo casually tossed away the still-twitching severed arm, and drops of scarlet blood fell on the tal floor with a clear clink.

He turned around and looked at "Chen Kong" not far away, who, despite clutching his severed arm, showed no sign of pain. A rare, faint hint of approval appeared at the corner of his mouth.

"Well done, Kong, or should I say, the guest from beyond the domain, Qiong."

At these words, Bai Kong's smile instantly froze, and his eyes widened in disbelief.

Wait, how does this guy know...

After a mont of shock, Bai Kong's shoulder gave a sharp jolt.

In the next second, black mist surged from his severed left arm, instantly condensing into a new limb.

He then stared intently at Tendo, his previous arrogance gone, and said with a grave expression, "How did you know all this?"

Facing the question, Tendo let out a soft chuckle and answered in a lazy, playful tone.

"Hmm, who knows?"

Bai Kong: "..."

You're the one who brought it up, and now you're telling you don't know?

Tendo, you bastard, are you toying with ?!

As if hearing Bai Kong's inner thoughts, Tendo's smile grew even wider.

"Yes, I am."

The corner of Bai Kong's mouth twitched fiercely, and a vein throbbed on his forehead. He was clearly furious.

However, faced with this man who was even more arrogant and dominant than himself, Bai Kong ultimately chose to "compromise."

After all, he was just evil, not brainless.

Defeat Tendo?

Please, does he think he's so kind of omnipotent wish-granting tree where he gets whatever he wants?

His mission had always been to hold this guy off for just three minutes.

Thus, a rare sight occurred. The Bai Kong, whom the Dinsional viewers saw as the epito of evil and arrogance, actually backed down!

He pouted and deliberately raised his voice, complaining, "Fine, fine, toy with all you want. It's Chen Kong's fault for being so useless; he's preventing from using even one-ten-thousandth of my power."

Regarding Bai Kong's claim that it wasn't his fault but Chen Kong's, Tendo just smiled faintly, not bothering to expose the clumsy excuse.

So things are fine as long as you fool yourself; don't think you can fool others.

Especially not him, an "information gatherer" who had read the original Season Two multiple tis.

Without Chen Kong's body, Bai Kong would probably still be slumbering in so temporal rift, not even having the right to stand here and speak.

Seeing that "Chen Kong" seed to have briefly stalled Tendo, Yu Chen, who was on the ground, seed to understand sothing and slowly began to stand up.

Tendo's peripheral vision caught sight of him, but he paid no attention, rely raising his hand to flex his knuckles, producing a crisp crack.

A mont later, Tendo looked at Bai Kong and smiled. "While it might be a bit of an insult to Kong, if it's just him, I truly feel no pleasure."

"After all, a person doesn't get happy from stepping on an ant, but you're different..."

Tendo's tone sounded like a joke, but the absolute confidence in his words was felt not just by Bai Kong but also by the Dinsional viewers outside the screen.

But before Tendo could finish, Bai Kong, that despicable guy with "evil" written all over his face, ambushed him again like a phantom, instantly appearing above Tendo's head.

At the sa ti, a jet-black longsword appeared in Bai Kong's hand.

It was his innate weapon: Black Star.

Bang!

Amidst intersecting black light, Bai Kong's Black Star ultimately failed to strike Tendo. Instead, it was firmly clamped in mid-air by his two fingers.

Upon closer inspection, an almost imperceptible vector barrier separated Tendo's fingertips from Black Star's blade.

Though the gap was minuscule, it gave off a feeling of being a world away.

If Bai Kong couldn't break through this "vector barrier," he could do nothing to truly harm Tendo.

It was at this mont that Tendo slowly completed the half-finished sentence.

"...Now you have a little bit of the right to make serious."

As his words fell, just as Tendo was about to make his move, Bai Kong seed to sense sothing. He decisively let go of Black Star and instantly retreated to a safe distance.

Seeing this, Tendo casually tossed Black Star back to him and said with a smile, "Bai Kong, why are you so far away from ?"

"If you truly wanted to hit , you should have attacked from up close."

"Or are you worried that if you get too close, so of my attacks will completely escape your sight?"

"But you seem to have forgotten one thing..."

As he spoke, Tendo raised his hand.

In the next second, five "Black Cangs" appeared behind Tendo.

"...Only in a fight of equals does distance have any aning."

"But the power gap between you and has never been on the sa level."

The mont his words landed, the five "Black Cangs" simultaneously let out a sharp whoosh, hurtling toward Bai Kong, who had just caught "Black Star," with a terrifying aura.

Boom!

Amidst a violent explosion, Bai Kong's body was completely engulfed by black light, his fate unknown...
