The day was just about to begin and after my talk with Irene, I kinda felt lazy to do anything, "This scheming really takes a toll on my energy," I thought stretching my arms once again.
I needed to do sothing to entertain myself and let my mind run loose for a brief mont.
Ever since I got here, I wasn't able to catch a break, especially after so many things that had happened in these couple of weeks, I was ntally exhausted.
I sighed and rolled my neck, while doing that I tried to open my window, and I realized that it was locked, "Of course, it is locked." I mumbled.
My room was too big for to be able to unlock it by myself even if I reached for it, and I knew that Serenu wouldn't help either, he must be busy looking after the mansion.
I needed so activity, sothing that I could do and that was when a clear shot ca to my mind, "I could explore the city," I wondered rubbing my chin and looking out of the window.
I had always loved exploring new cities and towns, and maybe I would find sothing interesting here too, but then I knew nothing about this location either and Serenu was also probably busy preparing the clothes for tomorrow.
I was lost for a brief mont, but then rembered that the twins were doing nothing special as well, hoping that Hector actually let them out.
I took a deep breath and prepared myself for the day after giving it a thought.

First off, I changed my outfit, putting on a pair of pants and a black t-shirt, which matched my hair color perfectly.
I preferred to always look simple and not to stand out too much, just in case of an unexpected incident, no one would be able to recognise .
After I finished changing, I glanced at the clock and found that it was already noon, so I walked out of my room and down the stairs carefully, fearing that I wouldn't step on anything sharp, walking down the stairs, I then turned to the left side of the first floor, that was where the twins were locked up.
I didn't see them anywhere else in the mansion and so deduced that they were probably in their room.
As I was heading to the front door of the mansion, I suddenly stopped in my tracks as sothing caught my eye, "What the hell did I just see?" I wondered aloud.
There was a small figure sitting on the front steps of the mansion, it was the figure of a young girl.
I knew right away that she had to belong to the house, she was dressed in a long pink dress that had puffy sleeves, along with a skirt that reached her knees, her hair was tied in a bun, and the ends of her hair were coloured dark red.
She was staring at the ground through her glasses as she sat there.
I could tell that she wasn't here alone, but who exactly was this girl? Deciding to get closer to her since she looked the sa age as the twins, I walked ahead but noticed that her face was covered by a white cloth.
Taking a deep breath, I again tried to approach her, but as soon as she caught coming towards her, she stood up and ran away.
"Weird," I mumbled while giving her a chase.
As I chased her, I understood that she was really fast and agile, and I could barely keep up with her, nonetheless, I kept chasing until I finally caught her.
"What are you doing here?" I raised my voice, but she just ignored and ran away once again, but this ti I was faster, and so grabbing her by the collar, I asked again, "Who are you?!"
"Let go, why are you holding ," the girl spoke with such a low tone that I almost thought she was crying.
But following that, I heard a familiar voice.
"Rowen..." Mariabelle's gentle voice called from behind making imdiately turn around and from the looks of it she didn't look any well, "why are you hurting my friend?" Water droplets fell down her eyes and on her cheeks, and in an instant, her beautiful big eyes were now full of tears.
I released the girl quickly as Mariabelle wiped her tears with her long sleeve, "Sorry," I mumbled with my head low, 'SHIT! I didn't know she was her friend,' I thought as I looked at the completely frozen child standing next to .
A complete silence filled the atmosphere and I no longer knew what to do, it was indeed a tricky situation.
I looked at the young girl, "Are you okay?"
"Hmmm, I'm okay," she spoke with a small nod.
I smiled and then began to walk away, but then sothing ca to my mind as I stopped in my tracks, "Wait, I don't have any idea as to who you are or why you're even here, please tell your na," speaking softly, I walked over to her again.
"You can't rember ?" The little girl tilted her head and asked with a surprised expression, "it's been many years since we last t."
Well, she does look like a seven or maybe eight years old, but how would I know when we t and why does she even rember that?
"Sorry, I'm too busy trying to rember things, do you mind telling which family you ca from?" I asked her gently, slowly glancing at my little sister.
"Evelia! She's from a count's family of the east," Kayden interrupted our conversation, he had been following all this ti, and it seed he was waiting for outside the door.
"I see," I replied in a low tone.
The situation was as awkward as it could be... I didn't know what to do or what to say anymore...
My goal was to take the twins out but if they had soone else to play with, I couldn't drag them out, and then an idea ca across my mind, "I will stay with you guys," I smiled at the children and then sat down next on the black cushioned chair.
The two girls looked at each other and then at with no emotions, I could tell they were feeling uncomfortable with being around them.
"Why are you here?" Evelia finally asked , her voice was weak and shaky.
"Because I want to be here!" I answered her before turning to Mariabelle, "why aren't you speaking to ?"
