Chapter 75: Alora, jealousy is bigger than love
Venus finally cald down as she apologized to both her mother and grandmother for making such a decision. "Alora was of great help. I never thought the sister whom I always cursed would stand one day to protect ," she said in a low voice. Her heart was heavy with the overwhelming emotions that she gathered in her heart all this ti.
"We cannot let her stay in such a marriage any more then," Madam Aubrey said. "Lying to us about their werewolf identities is their biggest mistake. And why did Alora not tell us about it that very day? At least, you would be unmarried than a divorced woman."
It was a clear taunt from the old woman to her granddaughter.
"Grandma, I thought I would die in that marriage. That’s why I decided to make such a decision," Venus said while keeping her gaze low. "Alora did warn , but I was jealous of her, Grandma. She got Prince Magnus as her husband, so I thought it would not be a problem if my husband is a werewolf."
She had always blad Alora for her fate. But this ti, it was she, who refused to listen to Alora, who rely wanted to help her as an elder sister. Tears dropped down her eyes and fell on her cheeks.
Madam’s Aubrey heart broke to see her granddaughter’s state. She never anticipated that Alora would be useful to them and help Venus get freed from Venus.
Rhea gazed at her mother-in-law because in her eyes Madam Aubrey was the reason why Venus began despising Alora. As a mother, Rhea was truly heartbroken to see that her second daughter’s marriage failed.
"Venus, I’m glad you took the right decision and left Eugene. As long as we all are alive, you don’t need to feel burdened. Once your father returns, I will talk to him about a formal divorce procedure for you and Eugene," Rhea proclaid while keeping her hand on Venus’s shoulder.
"Thank you, Mother, for understanding ," Venus said and told them she would like to rest. "I couldn’t sleep the entire night, Mother," she murmured.
"Co, I’ll take you to the room. I will put you down to sleep," Rhea opined and helped her daughter stand up. Madam Aubrey told Venus not to be worried anymore. They would protect her at all costs. Once the mother and daughter duo left, Madam Aubrey glanced at her attendant.
"Tell Norman and Elliot to return early today," she instructed.
The attendant bowed to her and left for the administration center in the market center.
"These werewolves need to be shown their places," Madam Aubrey murmured.

Alora thanked Izaak for safely escorting her sister to the Wilson Residence.
"Reward your friend," Izaak demanded.
Magnus sharply glared at him but chose to remain silent.
"Umm... I have nothing to give to Brother Izaak. He cannot eat the food the humans eat, else I had cooked sothing delicious for him," Alora stated.
"Why don’t you reward
with your eyes? I have soone to threaten for a long ti," Izaak proclaid.
Magnus chuckled as his elder brother finally showed his real face to Alora. Izaak never believed in doing anything for free. He would always find his gain first before giving out any kind of help.
"Isn’t Brother Izaak hold the highest rank after the King? Why does he need
to threaten soone?" Alora inquired with curiosity.
"Nice question, Alora," Izaak stated. "I cannot tell you unless you agree to help ," he clarified.
"I will think about it and give my reply to Brother Izaak tomorrow. Is that okay?" Alora asked in her humble tone.
"You can take your ti, Sister-in-law," Izaak said and smiled.
"Don’t let Alora get involved in your personal grudges," Magnus warned him.
"I won’t do that. Alora, your sister is clever. I think you need to be careful of her in the future," Izaak suddenly said to her.
Alora was bewildered to hear that. "Why did Brother Izaak say that?"
"He can see the future of a person. Perhaps, he has seen sothing about your sister," Magnus answered before Izaak could speak.
"Future can change too," Alora affird.
"But what I see never goes wrong. Your sister wants to be like you. She will be a threat to you in the future. So, be careful of her. You are a gentle and compassionate woman. It is easy for anyone to take advantage of you by saying a few good things to you," Izaak explained as this was a major trait that he noticed in her.
"I agree with my brother. Venus might act good now, but she does harbor resentnt toward you. The reason is in front of you," Magnus pronounced. He wanted Alora to stop being good to everyone.
Alora lowered her head and wondered if Venus would actually do that. "The future is unknown to everyone. I believe if I give love, it may return to . Many did say wrong things about Prince Magnus too. But only I know how kind he is from his heart. The sa goes with Brother Izaak. Every being does have a light in them," she asserted.
Magnus and Izaak exchanged glances with each other.
"Alora, don’t be foolish. Love doesn’t always return. I found you interesting, and I knew I would love to spend my life with you. However, that doesn’t an I’ll be kind to everyone all the ti. For you, I can be, but only for a limit," Magnus stated.
"Alora, jealousy is bigger than love. It destroys everything. So, keep in mind not to believe in Venus for a long ti. Since you are soft at heart, I decided to tell you a little insight about the future," Izaak proclaid as his expression turned into a serious one.
Magnus decided to keep Venus away from Alora. Now, that she was free from the marriage, Venus would do everything to co close to Alora.
"What if the future changes?" Alora asked.
"It may depend on the actions, but I doubt your sister is willing to do good deeds," Magnus remarked harshly. "Well, let’s not talk anymore about her. I feel thirsty," he said and rose to his feet.
Magnus called in Selvina and asked her to take Alora to the chamber.
