As soon as the 1st Floor Quest began, the massive castle gate in front of swung open with a loud crash, and a horde of Cute Green Round Slis ca rushing out.
At first, I thought that was it, but outside the grand castle, which sat in the midst of a vast green grassland dotted with various colorful flowers and scattered trees, another group of Green Slis suddenly spawned and charged at from behind and the sides.
HOP! HOP! HOP! HOP! HOP! HOP!
BOING! BOING! BOING! BOING! BOING! BOING!
"Hahaha! Bring it on, you cute little Green Round Slis!" I laughed excitedly, charging into battle.
WHOOSH!
I braced myself for the incoming swarm of Cute Green Round Slis. As adorable as they looked, I knew better than to underestimate them. In large numbers, they could be a real pain in the ass.
These Green Slis bounced and hopped toward , their tiny round bodies wiggling with boundless energy, as if they couldn’t wait to take down. I could already tell this wasn’t going to be a simple fight. I needed to act fast and with precision if I wanted to keep them from overwhelming . It was going to be a challenge, but I was ready for it.
LEVEL SCAN!
I imdiately activated Level Scan to check their levels.
[Na: Cute Green Round Slis]
[Level: SSS-Rank]
SSS-Rank? As expected. Even without using my Level Scan skill, I could already tell that they were pretty strong from the start. I’m not sure why I could sense it—maybe it was their powerful aura, or maybe it was just my battle instincts, honed from fighting countless monsters over the years. Hmm, Who knows?
"Alright, let’s try out so new moves!" I said, using my agility to jump high into the air, evading a cluster of slis.
As I landed on the ground, I unleashed a rapid series of punches, kicks and slaps, targeting the Green Slis one by one. My strikes were precise, aiming for their centers to minimize their ability to bounce away.
PUNCH! KICK! SLAP!
The slis squird and wobbled as my attacks landed, and they burst apart into green goo as I defeated them. One by one, they were taken out, and the first wave was gone in no ti. I didn’t even break a sweat—just another day at the grind.
Hahaha! This is actually pretty fun! I never imagined I’d be taking down Maplestory look-alike Green Slis in real life. It’s kinda crazy—feels like I’m actually playing inside the ga for real.
Ding!

A few hours later...
Standing in front of a massive 100-foot door, I believed I’d finally arrived right outside the grand throne room. This must be where the 1st-floor boss monster resides—the mighty Cute Green Sli King.
Ugh, damn, these Green Slis... Even though they weren’t life-threatening, I had to defeat over 50,000 of them just to get here. Jeez, that was rather exhausting, even though it mostly only took one hit each just to take them down.
I sat down on the ground, trying to catch my breath. I wasn’t sure how powerful this Green Sli King was, but being a boss monster, I figured it had to be incredibly powerful—probably ten tis stronger than the average Cute Round Green Slis.

A few minutes later...
Having rested enough, I believed it was ti to get going.
Imdiately, I took a deep breath, cald my nerves for a mont, and then said to myself, "Alright, let’s enter."
With that, I pushed the colossal throne door open with both hands and stepped into the grand throne room, where I saw the Green Sli King was eagerly waiting for inside.
BAAAMMM!!!
As soon as I entered the throne room, the door behind slamd shut with a force that left no chance of escape.
I couldn’t help but gulp in fear. Damn, so I can’t leave until the boss monster is defeated, huh?
Welp, whatever. It wasn’t like I was planning to run away anyway. If anything, the thought of fighting this boss monster stirred sothing in . In short, you could say that I’m rather excited and really looking forward to this. Not to turn tail and run.
I have to say, this throne room was vast, with towering stone walls and an arched ceiling that stretched endlessly above . Bright sunlight poured in through large windows and skylights, bathing the room in a radiant glow. At the far end, a majestic, gigantic throne chair stood, with the Green Sli King seated upon it, awaiting my arrival.
Funny enough, the Green Sli King even wore a crown on its head, perfectly embodying its regal title and adding a whimsical touch to its appearance. I had thought the na "Green Sli King" was just for show, but I didn’t expect it to actually wear an actual crown. Well, I guess it really lived up to its na.
I quickly took in the sight of this 15-feet giant Green Sli King. This creature was massive, far larger than any of the other Green Slis I had faced so far. Its round, jelly-like body glead with a deep, vibrant green hue, and its bulbous form undulated with power as it shifted on the throne. The crown on its head added a royal touch, highlighting its status as the boss of this floor.
The atmosphere in this room was tense, full of anticipation. Even though this Green Sli King looked cute on the outside, I knew I had to stay vigilant and be at my best to defeat this boss monster and complete the 1st-floor quest.
I braced myself, knowing that this Green Sli King would not be an easy opponent. I could see its eyes glowing with intelligence, suggesting this battle wouldn’t be as straightforward as the Cute Green Round Slis I had previously faced.
As I approached the Green Sli King, the creature suddenly woke up, shifted off its throne, and bounced down to the floor. BOING! Its movents were surprisingly nimble for its size, and it seed eager for the challenge.
"Oh, so you’ve finally arrived!" the Green Sli King spoke, its voice a deep and resonant tone that echoed through the grand throne room. "I’ve been waiting for you, adventurer!"
A boss monster that sleeps with its eyes open? Damn, what a weirdo. I didn’t even realize it had been sleeping this whole ti, just sitting there, looking all wide-awake.
I raised an eyebrow, intrigued by this Green Sli King’s ability to speak. "Whoa, you can talk? That’s a first," I replied, while keeping my guard up.
