Of course, pushing myself to the limit wasn’t the only thing I was looking forward to. I also wanted to push my infinite regeneration skill to its absolute boundaries, to see just how far it could truly go.

The real question I had was whether this seemingly overpowered ability was truly unbeatable, or if, hidden beneath its power, there was so kind of flaw or weakness. If there was, I intended to uncover it, piece by piece, and test its limits until I understood everything about it.

After all, nothing in this world is perfect—well unless, of course, you’re a God, but that’s a different story. Either way, I was determined to find out whether anything could, in fact, challenge this skill.

And this was very important to ; understanding its strengths and weaknesses would allow to plan my future battles more safely, minimizing unnecessary risks that could put in a bad spot or situation.

"Ah, before we start, call Ragnar, by the way, instead of ’clone,’" he said.

"W-What did you just say?! R-Ragnar?!" I blurted out, shocked to hear such a familiar na.

Wait, hold on! How the hell does he even know about Ragnar?! Didn’t he say he had no mories of ? So how does he know sothing like that? Or is it just so bizarre coincidence? I couldn’t help but wonder.

"Oh? It seems you know sothing about Ragnar, huh?" Ragnar said, sounding a bit amused.

I narrowed my eyes, trying to piece together the puzzle. "Hmm, didn’t you say earlier you didn’t inherit my mories? Then how do you know all of this?" I asked, my voice full of disbelief and curiosity. I couldn’t shake the feeling that there was sothing I was missing.

Ragnar shrugged, giving a half-smile, as if understanding my confusion. "Indeed, I didn’t inherit your mories, but I did inherit your skills, your stats, and, of course, the other you—the one called Ragnar."

"M-My other ?! What the hell does that even an?!" I blurted, completely thrown off.

I an, I did have a dream about Ragnar before, but I always assud it was just that— a dream, not reality. But to think this clone of mine actually knows sothing about Ragnar... Damn, what the hell is going on? And who the hell is this Ragnar, anyway?

"Seems like you still don’t know anything about Ragnar, huh? Well, I’m not going to bother with the full details, but just know that Ragnar is another version of you," Ragnar said, his voice calm but carrying an odd weight.

"Another version of ?" I echoed, raising an eyebrow. I leaned back, trying to process what he just said. "Interesting. That’s definitely not sothing I expected to hear today. So, this Ragnar... he’s like my other self, huh? I see. Well, do you mind telling more about him? I can’t help but feel this pull of curiosity. There’s still so much I don’t understand."

"Err... Well, sorry, but that’s not possible..." Ragnar replied, his tone apologetic.

"Huh?! W-Why not?!" I asked, a bit thrown off.

"That’s because, even though I inherited Ragnar’s mories, it’s not the full version of it. Sohow, I only inherited a small portion of his mories. For example, I know his na, and I know he has a family, but beyond that, I’m in the dark—his background, his past, everything else... I’ve got no clue," Ragnar explained.

"I see... Hmm, fair enough," I said, processing the information. "So his na is just Ragnar? No last na or anything? Or is there sothing else to it that I’m missing?"

"Ah, now that you ntion it... It’s actually Ragnar Dragonire. I believe he was part of the dragon race, or at least closely tied to it in so way, but honestly, I’m not entirely sure. My mory of him is a bit fuzzy, and I could be wrong, so don’t judge on that. Like I ntioned earlier, I only inherited a small portion of his mories, so I can’t be 100% certain about the details. There are gaps in what I know, and it’s hard to piece everything together when it’s just fragnts of soone else’s life," he said, a hint of uncertainty in his voice.

I couldn’t help but think, Ragnar Dragonire, huh? The na Dragonire definitely gives off the vibe of soone from the dragon race. But then again, it’s just a na—there’s no guarantee that Ragnar is actually from the dragon race. Welp, whatever. One day, I’ll definitely find out who this Ragnar guy really is, and why he is even connected or related to .

"Alright, thanks for the info, I guess... Not that I really needed it, but it’s always good to know a bit more. With that said, shall we start?" I said, already feeling the adrenaline kick in, eager to dive into the fight.

"Haha! Very well then, let’s begin!" Ragnar replied, his voice full of excitent. Without wasting another second, he charged at , moving faster than I expected.

WHOOSH!

The air rushed past as Ragnar’s speed generated a powerful gust, whipping the ground and my hair. His movents were fluid, almost blindingly fast, and I barely had ti to react. In that instant, everything else seed to fade away—just the two of us, locked in this mont of pure intensity.

The ground beneath us seed to hum with energy as Ragnar closed in, and I could feel the tension between us, thick enough to cut through the air. Just like that, the battle began, the world around us falling into a silent chaos.

"Hahaha! This is fun, isn’t it?!" Ragnar laughed, clearly enjoying himself. "And guess what? You’ll never beat . After all, we’re equally powerful. Ah, of course, even if your willpower is stronger than mine, it’s still useless, since I can’t die anyway." He said it with such a smug grin, like he was enjoying every second of it.

"Hmph! We’ll see about that!" I said, my voice filled with determination. I wasn’t about to back down. I’d find a way to overco this, no matter what!
