"Peach Blossom Spring Life Season? What the hell?"

Qin Wei only looked back at the na of the show after signing the contract. This show's na is too hackneyed!

Afraid that she would regret it, the agent quickly took the contract from her and put it away:

"It's a low-budget online variety show trying to ride the trend. If it becos popular, there will be sponsorship and preparation for the second season. If not, there will be mber-only content so there's no loss."

The agent patted her shoulder and got up to leave:

"I know it’s difficult for you to attend a press conference right after waking up from the hospital. Go take a shower and get so good rest. I’ll co pick you up tomorrow morning to do volunteer work."

According to the law on public security administration punishnts, those who violate traffic rules but have not committed any real illegal acts shall be punished according to the actual situation by doing volunteer work for varying lengths of ti.

Qin Wei had to do a total of 21 hours of volunteer work.

After the agent left, Qin Wei was the only one left in the huge villa.

She had experienced death once, but through a stroke of fortune was given a second life. In her previous life she had struggled desperately just for a chance to debut, but in this life she debuted and reached the peak easily.

However, the applause did not belong to her, the glory did not belong to her, but the original owner's debts had to be repaid by her.

If she had transmigrated into any other celebrity's body, even a nobody, she was confident she could have risen to fa with her own abilities.

But she just had to end up in the body of this forr A-lister now D-lister.

In her seven years since debut, Qin Wei was both notoriously infamous yet still maintained high public awareness, but she was so badly trashed that she was beyond saving.

Qin Wei didn't even bother trying anymore.

But life had to go on. With just the five-digit balance on her card, it was definitely not enough for her to live for a lifeti. So while she could still make money, she had to earn her retirent fund first.

After figuring this out, Qin Wei got up from the sofa and went to the bathroom to turn on the tap. Hot water gushed into the bathtub, reflecting her breathtaking beauty.

Qin Wei unconsciously drifted off in thought. It really was great being beautiful. If she had even half the good looks, combined with her abilities, she would at least be a third-tier celebrity by now right?

Too bad she didn't. No matter how hard she worked, she was only ever a trainee, waiting for the joke that fate played on her.

"Miss Qin, your blood test results are abnormal. We recomnd you go to a proper hospital for further examination."

"..."

"Miss Qin, the biopsy results are out. Unfortunately..."

"..."

"Miss Qin, although there are currently limb-salvage treatnts available, considering the growth rate of your leg tumor, to avoid endangering your life, our recomndation is..."

"..."

But her legs were a dancer's life...

Oh well, just let it be destroyed...

Qin Wei snapped back to reality. The bathtub was already full. She subrged herself completely in the water, only then realizing how unbelievable everything was now.

It really was great to be alive and healthy.

Maybe she shouldn't try so hard in this life!

...

At 4am, there were already a bunch of reporters gathered on the street. Caras in hand, they stood in the bleak pre-dawn chill.

"Will Qin Wei really co on the first day of volunteer work?"

A reporter complained, provoking discussion among the others.

But it was required, whether she ca or not she had to co.

Five minutes later, an Audi Q8 stopped at the roadside. A young woman in light gray workout clothes got out of the car.

Her hair was tied up and she wore a cyan baseball cap.

No makeup, bare-faced.

It was Qin Wei, dressed in a way never seen before in public.

Refreshing and efficient.

"Didn't expect Qin Wei's private fashion sense to have improved."

The reporters imdiately started snapping photos.

Even a D-lister gets attention if people are watching, which generates buzz.

Moreover, the usually sweet and gentle image of Qin Wei was now sweeping the streets.

She probably doesn't even know how to hold a broom!

Ignoring the dia attention, Qin Wei picked up a broom after getting out of the car and started sweeping from the start of the street. The broom in her hands was like Sun Wukong's magical staff, dancing gracefully as if she was born to do this.

Cheh, other celebrities sweep buildings but she sweeps streets.

Qin Wei stopped to wipe the fine beads of sweat on the tip of her nose.

When she was a trainee in the company, she had worked part-ti sweeping the 3 practice rooms for 3 years to survive. Sweeping over 20 rooms didn't tire her out, but this body simply lacked exercise, getting exhausted after sweeping just a few ters.

But from the dia's perspective, it was a touching scene, befitting her sweet image. Even exhausted from sweeping, she was still beautiful.

These photos attracted quite a bit of attention online, although so did feel she was beautiful, most were still criticizing her.

[Celebrity criminals should stop buying hot search! ]

[Sis please just retire from the industry! At least you have this skill to support yourself!]

[Buying hot search even when doing volunteer work as punishnt, desperate D-lister do you have an annual hot search package? (Fans don't co at , I'm not interested in fighting)]

[Does this b*tch even still have fans?]

[Poser.]

"F*ck."

Qin Wei threw her phone aside.

She had swept two streets for three hours, just gotten off work, and the useless hot search spot was already arranged with thousands of comnts scolding her when she checked her phone.

With this horrendous public image, she didn't dare imagine the abuse she would get on a variety show.

The road ahead was long and arduous...

Waking up early for seven consecutive days, Qin Wei finally completed her 21 hours of volunteer work after sweeping 14 streets.

The reporters that ca at dawn gradually decreased, unable to capture any gossip from Qin Wei sweeping streets.

Everyone wanted to watch an embarrassing D-lister make a fool of herself on cara, but no one was interested in watching a D-lister work diligently sweeping the streets everyday.

Qin Wei closed her phone with a pinch between her brows, and said to her agent who was driving:

"Forget buying useless hot search spots like these in future, I get annoyed just reading them!"

The agent gave a cold laugh:

"You flatter , we're so poor that we've laid off all the company staff. Where do we have money to buy hot search spots? Those were bought by competitors, hiring paparazzi to stake you out everyday hoping to catch you making trouble. Who knew you'd actually just be sweeping streets?"

Qin Wei hugged herself: "Why do you sound so disappointed?"

The agent pushed his spectacles up: "Infamy is also fa. If one day, no one scolds you anymore, we'd have no chance of making a coback. Qin Wei, if there's still no improvent this ti, our partnership will have to end."

The atmosphere suddenly turned gloomy and lancholy. Although they hadn't worked together for long, she could feel this agent Li Yao's sincerity towards her.

In the past seven days she hadn't received a single call asking about her well-being, as if she had no friends at all. Her team mbers had also left one by one for better jobs, leaving only her agent behind.

Qin Wei also felt a little heartache. She turned her head away to change the subject:

"We'll talk about all that in future. For now, tell more about the show I'm participating in!"
