Mo Wen descended onto the completely steel-forged ground.

Countless turrets attempted to track his figure, but they were far too slow.

By the ti they tilted down by 1°, making an imperceptible adjustnt, Mo Wen had already begun his slaughter.

He grasped the storm at his fingertips. With a re flick of his wrist, the very atmosphere seed to explode as pale shockwaves sent turrets and soldiers flying.

The leap from energy level 3 to energy level 4 represented crossing from human limits into a new realm.

At energy level 3, Mo Wen's ti acceleration was dozens of tis normal. But when unleashed to energy level 4, his ti acceleration reached thousands of tis.

More crucially, he could now slightly affect external objects and consciously determine the manifested effects after ti acceleration.

Simply put, while moving at sonic speed, the physical strain and recoil he experienced remained equivalent to sonic speed, but the external effects manifested as thousand-fold sonic speed, with energy output increased by at least a million tis.

This was terrifying.

Without ability intervention, air at thousand-fold sonic speed would behave like solid matter - impossible to displace. Yet under his power, the atmosphere itself beca a devastating weapon.

But for those being attacked, they had no ti left to feel fear.

Even the speed at which their corpses flew backward after death was far slower than Mo Wen's movents.

Mo Wen could see tal shattering under his force, reduced to scrap. He watched bodily fluids being squeezed from augnted fras, limbs severed by tal fragnts, scattering everywhere.

He picked up relatively intact weapons and pulled their triggers, but once outside his influence, those sluggish rockets and electromagnetically-propelled spikes beca utterly impotent.

He could casually walk up and seize weapons that posed genuine threats to ordinary augnted soldiers. A re flick of his finger could imbue them with power far beyond their original capacity.

Only light beams exceeded his current speed, but the ti required for energy to act upon and destroy targets felt infinitely prolonged in his perception.

The thrill of conquering ti was intoxicating - as if the entire world knelt before him.

Yet his enemies weren't completely helpless.

His psychic senses warned him the city would launch its first counterattack in 0.1 seconds.

This reaction speed was remarkably fast, and the counterstrike might seriously weaken or injure him.

But within 0.1 seconds, Mo Wen could traverse over 50 kiloters - enough to cross this entire war fortress.

And so, he passed through.

Turrets kept rotating but none could fire.

The AI issued continuous commands, but its programming had never accounted for a thousand-speed monster.

The psychics finally realized an enemy had arrived, yet they couldn't lock onto him or comprehend the aning of that red line on their tactical displays, left only to helplessly acknowledge the anomaly.

Shockwaves arrived first, followed by countless explosions as ammunition detonated and power conduits ruptured.

Alarms couldn't outpace the sounds of destruction - yet even those destructive noises couldn't catch Mo Wen, left far behind until he stopped before his target.

A windowless, doorless galith of a building with impregnable defenses - and within it, a formidable consciousness.

This was a powerful psychic, different from Mo Wen who could only briefly reach energy level 4 before his body would dissolve. It had achieved further evolution.

Machines handled its thoughts, with computing matrices serving as its brain - each processor a neuron, its consciousness flowing as electricity, as binary code. This most efficient language granted reaction speeds far surpassing humans', enough to match Mo Wen's velocity.

Psychic power didn't discriminate between flesh or silicon - it simply surged then erupted within this "brain."

Thus Mo Wen heard a tsunami of ntal voices.

Even chanized, it retained emotions. Fury fernted within its processing matrices - rage at Mo Wen's slaughter, at its own impotence. Now, it had its chance to strike back.

All its wrath condensed into two words:

"Libra!"

Was this its na or its ability? Given this world's style, likely both.

In an instant, Mo Wen lost half his speed, while everything around him gained that stolen velocity.

Ah, an overt trap.

Had he not co, so device would have locked onto him in 0.1 seconds. By coming personally, he walked into another attack.

But unfortunately, Mo Wen's abilities weren't for everyone.

Turrets swiveled, burning from violent friction before being violently flung away. Augntations activated vector thrusters, then debris disintegrated at thousand-fold sonic speed.

Ti hadn't yielded to them, and their own strength couldn't overco physics.

Libra's calculations froze montarily. It suddenly understood why this individual could disrupt plans.

He manipulated sothing fundantally nonexistent, perpetually battling reality itself, trying to force everything to submit to his delusions.

In his "ti stream," only he and his dominated objects existed.

Libra recorded this intelligence, uploaded it, then boldly released its functional limits, pushing psychic power to energy level 5 and launching pure psychic assault at Mo Wen.

If energy level 4 was the inhuman domain, then energy level 5 belonged to gods - power no mortal should wield, the beginning of qualitative transformation, the first step on the ascent to heaven.

Though formidable, this chanical fra couldn't withstand such psychic power, but Libra feared no death.

From abandoning its flesh to beco this specin, its past self had already died - rely having death's imprint forcibly stamped onto machinery through flawed resurrection.

To die aningfully again would be trendous honor, whether for Libra the psychic or Libra the machine.

"Die!"

Rampant psychic energy replaced electricity, surging through every processor. In its binary consciousness, new characters overwrote everything.

The entire machine, the entire building, even the surroundings dissolved - dissolved in overflowing psychic energy, dissolved in that dazzling light.

Space collapsed. Motion distorted.

Mortal perceptions couldn't comprehend this, let alone resist. All objects within range were annihilated.

Only another energy level 5 could survive such magnitude of power.

Thus, Mo Wen survived.

[Current Energy Level: 5. Current Augntation Stability: 39%]

His vector thrusters were ruined, epidermis dissolved, nurous components damaged to reveal artificial musculature. Through his fractured cranium, sothing wobbled like jelly - hardly deserving to be called a brain anymore.

But before Mo Wen could recover, violent gravity crushed down on his body.
