When the system screen popped up, jack expected the usual question.
’Would you like to summon such individual, and the cost for such summoning.’ But never had he expected, to see the failed system notification.
"300 chaos energy to summon the goblin king!?" He exclaid in shock, at the insane amount of chaos energy required to summon the goblin king.
Yes, the latter was powerful just like Jin. But, Jin didn’t cost as much chaos energy as the goblin king.
"Damn it!" Jack cursed punching a boulder, exploding it into smaller bits. His main ambition was to aquire the goblin king but unfortunately, the requirents were above him.
With no other option, jack decided it best to store the goblin king’s body in the system store. Since he was none living, and the system store stated only nonliving things could be stored.
Stretching his hand, he attempted his luck with kabobs first. Like usual, the red light spread on the goblin Knight’s body, with the system notification popping up.
[Would user like to summon kabobs?]
[Costs 70 chaos energy.]
[Yes, no?]
’Phew..’ jack sighed in relief. He’d thought summoning kabobs, would be comparable to the goblin king. but thankfully, it was still fair considering kabobs strength.
"Yes." He imdiately clicked the yes option.
[Successfully summoned kabobs!]
[Na: kabobs]
[Rank: f]
[Ability: muscle hardening]
[Class: undead knight]
[Strength: 25]
[Agility: 18]
[Stamina: 20]
[Intelligence: 09]
"Growl!" Kabobs bowed his head in respect, acknowledging jack as his master. Slightly nodding, he then stored kabobs along with the rest goblins he’d acquired in the ring.
Sitting to the ground he chatted with the system, doing so light exercises to kill ti. He also planned out his strategies for his journey to the ogre settlent.
After about 45 minutes had passed, his chaos energy had been refueled. Not wasting ti, he summoned the second goblin knight.
[Costs 50 chaos energy to summon goblin knight.]
[Proceed?]
[Yes, no.]
"Yes." The red light enveloped the goblin knight body. The force wasn’t as strong as when summoning kabob’s but still, it was strong nevertheless.
[Successfully summoned Igor goblin knight!]
[Na: Igor]
[Rank: f]
[Ability: muscle hardening]
[Class: undead goblin knight]
[Strength: 15]
[Agility: 11]
[Stamina: 09]
[Intelligence: 07]
Looking at the screen he frowned, comparing Igor stats to kabob. There was so noticeable differences, but the margin wasn’t that wide.
[As an undead, when reincarnated by the host the underlying previous stats rests. To be automatically lower than the user.] The system explained to which jack nodded, understanding what it ant.
’So they grow stronger as I do.’
[Exactly..] the system answered confirming his thoughts. With 50 chaos energy remaining, he summoned the second goblin knight nad hulser.
The stats were exactly just like Igor’s with no difference, confirming the system words. With nothing left to do, jack decided to wait for his chaos energy to refill. Then he summoned 5 undead goblins, adding to his growing undead legion.
[Undead summon: 69]
He’d summoned over sixty undead allies, greatly boosting his undead summons by a margin. There were still a lot of graves and bodies, but he left them for next ti.
Summoning undead’s required both physical and ntal will power. But it mostly took a huge toll on the mind, requiring focus and high concentration.
"That should do." A weak smile ford on his face, looking at the number in the holographic screen. Steadily walking back into the village, he could feel his legs shaky from all the standing and summoning.
It was already really dark, the thick dense foggy air filled the village. Several candles and lanterns were lit up, around nurous spots in houses.
There were so guards on patrol when he passed, whom bowed in respect. And he could also sense the prescence of so guards, in hidden dark spots.
Making his way past the mating house, he’d expected to hear the sounds of moaning but there was none. Only silence as there,as there wasn’t any lit up candles or illumination whatsoever.
"Weird~" jack muttered, finding the mating house empty. Only a few male goblin guard guarding it.
’Where are all the female goblins?’ He frowned, not seeing any signs of any female goblins. And the male goblins here were half of their original numbers of 50.
Proceeding to the second largest house here, jack made his way to the entrance. Passing by all the guards ard with a dagger, shield or spear.
’What’s going on?’ Jack frowned, sensing multiple aura’s in the lit up house.
’Crack!’ The door slightly creaked backwards to which he entered.
"What the-" he froze, not expecting the scene he’d walked into. As in front were no doubt all the female goblins, stark naked. Several incense were being burnt, excluding strange alluring fragrance.
"A-am sorry you highness.. I couldn’t tell you earlier, but the new king is required to mate with each female goblin to activate the sacred cycle. "Yuma stuttered with flush cheeks, her eyes filled with lust.
She unlike the rest was dressed in a black leather bra, with black lingerie and panties. Making her look more sexier and tempting than the rest.
’T-this is insane!’ Jack inwardly exclaid, not knowing what to make of this scene. He’d just co back from a hard day’s work, into an orgy?
[Wow.. you really have your work cut out for you master.] The system gagged in a sly tone.
"Y-you highness?" Yuma called out seeing jack just standing there frozen. She was aware he was uninterested in mating with any of them, but they couldn’t help it.
They were proud lustfully goblin won, that could mate almost everyday. And it was for the better of the village, in reproducing their species. So it was technically a win-win for both parties.
"I.. I don’t have ti for this." Jack uttered in a weak voice. He lacked the energy to get mad or waste on this, having far more important things to do.
"I’ll deal with this later." With that he disappeared from his spot. Leaving a group of horny female goblins, unattended to.
’Did he accept?’ Yuma couldn’t make out, if jack was angry or accepted. But she knew she would soon get her answer.
’That was close.’ Jack sighed slightly shaking his head.
"Don’t allow anyone to enter." He commanded, to which the goblin guards nodded. Entering the mating hall the system scanned it, confirming no traces of another prescence.
"What a long day." Jack weakly yawned exhausted. He didn’t bother for a bed, crashing down to the comfy couch on the last floor. Within seconds his eyes fluttered closed.
........
Early the next morning the sky was a bit brighter than usual. Sothing warm could be felt on his skin, jolting him awake.
’Could it be?’ Standing up he stared out the window and for the first ti, jack could visibly see the sun in the sky.
"Now that’s a good sign." He smiled, thinking lady luck was finally having a change of heart towards him.
[Think again dimwit.. this planet orbiting cycle is different from enders. Am not certain, but I can plause it takes a much longer ti to orbit round the sun than most planet.] The system stated, crushing whatever built up boost of confidence he had.
’Give a guy s break would ya.’ Jack chuckled in defeat. His ever cocky system, always had it’s way of crushing his spirit. If he had any left.
’Ti to advance.’ Doing so light stretches, he flexed his cramped muscles. Stepping out the mating hall, he could see the guards from yesterday asleep on the floor.
"I really outdid them." He slyly grinned leaving them be, calmly making his way from the building. Stomping his foot he lept in the sky like a dot, moving with great speed across the clouds. Landing softly at the entrance of the hidden cave.
Glancing back he had a smug grin on his face, proud of his accomplishnts as two title holders. Making his way into the cave he arrived at the other side. The concealed entrance imdiately closing shut, as he passed through.
"South.. this should be south right?" He murmured, not really a fan of geography.
[It’s that way dimwit!] The system scoffed with a holographic icon pointing the way.
"O-of course I knew, Hmph!" Scoffing, jack followed the arrow which led him to a direction he’d never been to.
It was a swampy area, just like the place he’d been trapped in by hades. There wasn’t any prescence of life-forms, just like the space, only mud and swamps.
’Not creepy at all.’ He weirdly chuckled trying to compose himself. He could feel his heart skip so beats, but he persevered forward.
"What’s that sll?" Jack frowned, blocking his nose with his hand. As an undead, his senses were sowhat heightened than before.
The sll was irritating and repulsive. Like a regurgitate foul stench, of rotten and decomposing flesh. Advancing further, through the thick green fog covering the swamp. Jack finally located the source of such foul stench.
In front hung on high wooden spikes were the bodies of dead goblins, foxes, orcs and even cyclops. Which was weird, as they were similar but not relating at all.
Unfazed, jack indifferently stared for a while before continuing onward. And it looked like his journey was finally coming to an end, seeing so light in front.
’Ti to grind.’ A wicked smile tugged at the corners of his lip, his eyes locked to the ogre settlent.
